Owner to this dealership and her workers sell LEMONS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Luckily I found a lawyer to help me get all my hard earned money back they had sold me at their old dealership named motor queens or queen motors bs where they now rent cars. Reading these reviews guess they still sell people lemons and junk cars from auctions. Shame on you. I waited months for arbitration to pass on their end. Salesman named Joshua hylleburg was working at this place when he handed me back my 12k check in person. Be careful people.

This is my first time ever buying a car and couldn't have been more nervous. I have bad credit and currently unemployed and didn't think I could get a car until I met Anthony! He was so busy helping me and so patient and had a really great personality ! After showing me a couple cars I fell in love with the second one and was even more amazed at the monthly rate he got for me with my down payment ! I've been searching for a used car lot for about two months and this one I found this morning and by the afternoon I was singing off for my new (for me) CAR!! Head down to AUTOMART today if you're in need of getting out of the Vegas heat then this is the place to go

Oh how I wish there were honest and reliable car dealerships (salesman) in Las Vegas. I was speaking to a representative for two days on Offer Up regarding a white four door Audi A6. How excited I was! He told me what I needed to bring in, I told him I could make it in, that day, so he told me to ask for him, Kam. I called a couple hours later just to make sure (I did my best) I wasn't going to be wasting my time. I told the guy on the phone (Kam was unavailable) about that specific Audi and he was aware I was arriving shortly. When I arrived I headed to the front entrance, walked right passed a couple salesmen outside assisting fellow car searchers, yet they didn't even acknowledge me. There went that gut feeling. I waited in the tiny garage like feeling sales room for about 20 mins before I was finally greeted. Good ol' Marty I've read about in reviews approached me. I explained who I spoke with prior to and the car I was there for. This dude says Kam is an outside Marketer who responds to the sales messages, but he doesn't know which cars they've sold nor what's not ready to be sold and it's been an issues they're trying to fix. The A6 is next door at the mechanic shop and won't be ready for approximately another week. WHHHAAAT?! Lol, I can't even explain how I was feeling once I heard him utter that mess. I expressed my frustrations with some grunts and sighs then I walked out. On the way out I saw two Mercedes I may have had been interested in, but their processes, lack of a "fresh" environment and attention to the vehicles on the lot, no thank you. Dirty! You get what you pay for right? On with my search...

Deanna and all other phone attendants will tell you anything to get you to the dealership. They claim to work with you on down payment but that's not true and they need to be specific if otherwise. They also say no matter your situation you should be able to qualify for something. I asked could I do my application first and they insist you come in just to tell you no we don't have anything for you and Deanna is only a phone attendant she doesn't work sales. That's ridiculous. Just be upfront, real, and do pre approvals via phone and ask questions to see if ppl qualify instead of lying. Better business that way. They had three people next to me that was lied too as well. Big frauds. They were very friendly on the phone and when you first walk in. Once they feel like you don't have a big down payment or you don't qualify the customer service goes down terribly. They leave you high and dry. Just a warning for people who fall for the $399 down. read more

What can I that hasn't already been said about this place?.....First off, all the positive reviews are absolutely true. I was a bit skeptical coming in that they would be able to work with me. My wife and I both lost our jobs a couple of years ago and that left our credit in shambles. The road to rebuilding credit is a difficult one but the team at Auto Smart, led by Tony Blue, came through for me. Tony is a true professional that went right to work for me. He and Louie got me the car I wanted with comfortable payments in order to surprise my wife! To Tony and Louie.... You both are a credit to your profession and any dealership is lucky to have you. I would only consider this place if it is your absolute last resort. You will wait in a hot dirty non air conditioned room for hours. They will work to approve you for the vehicle they want you to have. You do not get to decide. Only after they see the bank has approved you are you allowed to test drive the car. And the car they selected for you is your only option. I guess if you are desperate enough this is a viable option but personally I found it to be oddly sketchy. Plus at one point I was blatantly lied to. The salesman was nice but overall a super sketchy experience and I decided against a car there. It's definitely not like how it's advertised on Facebook. read more

I was interested in a vehicle advertised in their inventory, so I called in to make sure vehicle is still available. I was told it was, it was a clean title, with zero problems, "ready to go". I drove 23 miles to the dealership just to be told the vehicle was in a bodyshop in a different location and not available for viewing, and asked if I wanted to finance the purchase. What??... Do not go here do not be desperate. me my brother and my sister came here for a car all of our cars broke down with transmission issues my brothers power steering pump is out not even a whole year has passed they don't return calls and they give you the run around and don't want to fix nothing they refuse a warranty they claim there backed up with fixing cars because they sale you a piece of crap car do not be desperate and go there you will put more into fixing the car then probably what you pay for it read more

The only reason the reviews are high is because they give you a gas card and make you give them a good review and make sure you give the name of the salesman. I haven't even made my 3rd payment and I've had to get an oil change-2 days after I bought it... get the breaks done-including rotors... then I was driving on the 215 and all of the lights came on and it stopped working.. I thought it was the battery.. no it was the alternator. So luckily I knew someone to fix it.. otherwise $1000 later it is fixed....For now. We will see what else is to come. I'm pissed. This place should NOT be open. I was sold a car and told it was in perfect condition. They reassured me that it had been looked over and that if it gave me any trouble, to bring it back and they would repair it. Well, since then, my car has given me NOTHING but trouble. From leaks to a new water pump, my car has pretty much seen it all. Not only that, but whenever I try reaching out to them for help (as I was advised), I am told that they will not do anything to help me. They are also extremely dishonest about the fact that the vehicle was in an accident. Do NOT come to this pathetic excuse for a car dealership! Car cost me $8k, repairs have cost $11k! read more

I wouldn't even rate this place a 1 star. Their service and attitude sucks. They were rude and basically said that if we left their lot to look for other deals we can not come back and use the deal they already gave us (even if we came back the same day). The dealer cussed a lot, kept saying "This car is the sh*t." and "Let me get the keys for this mother f*cker". He just made us fell very uncomfortable. Highway robbery!! I contacted them to purchase a vehicle, told the guy I could come in that day. He asked me to schedule it for the next day. I agreed .When I got there the guy I had spoken with wasn't working that day and the car they showed me was ten years old, dirty, small ( I had requested a larger vehicle, due to being a heavy set person) with 120k miles on it. None of the criteria I had discussed. So we look around and see another vehicle (yeah I know, should have left when they showed me that dusty p.o.s.) but I really needed a car and the second one was nice looking and decent on a lot of other details I wanted in a car. It was more than I wanted to pay in the note but I liked the vehicle and decided to purchase it. also they were willing to work with me on the down payment. So three weeks later, my lovely vehicle started smoking heavily and now it's in the shop. I purchased an extended warranty (yayy me right?) well my $250 deductible has increased to a $1500 and counting expense, because their awesome warranty only kinda covers things like an engine practically exploding. So I have spent 2k on a vehicle I havent owned for a month. I miss Drivetime, I should have waited and went back to them. i got 5 years out of my vehicle with them and my warranty was way superior. DON'T Get Your car from here trust me I made that mistake and is still paying For it. In my own defense this was my first car buy and didn't know to much of anything about the the whole process. But anyway to make a long story short I get a car from them and I had it for about three months and found out the transmission was Shot and and the entire front wheels parts will also need to be replaced To the tune of $ 4000 the car costed $ 7000 and so basically I am stuck with a piece of crap.Yes there cars look nice but they have all types of problems they Just get them from the auction wash them a little sit them out for unsuspecting low income People who just need a car to get them here or there. I just wanted to write this so I could help someone not end up in my situation just find another place to get your car I know the try to act as if they are selling u a sweet deal but you will really Pay after u sign on the dotted line read more

I would avoid this place for real. Their cars are junk. The people who work there are very unprofessional. They hangout and sit there like it's their own home. Bought a car a few months ago and had warranty on it, took it back a week later with overheating problems and who knows what else. It's a Junk yard not auto store. Avoid if at all possible. I warn you all. They accept bad credit so a bad car u will get. read more

DO NOT buy a car here. You will most certainly regret it. I bought a Cadillac and had a blown head gasket within a month. A friend of mines recently bought a different vehicle (I wasn't able to warn her) and it broke down with in 2 weeks. This place does not deserve even 1 star. Please beware. read more

They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

I wasn't going to do this because I don't like talking down to people, however I personally used…read morethe reviews from Yelp to contact these guys so I feel obligated to share my own experience. First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

Let me just start by saying i regret ever going to this dealership. They are first of some of the most rude mfs i ever dealt with exspecially that mf Jose low key racist ass mf. I got a car from them and have had problems with it every since 3 days after i got the car. I brung it to their attention and they kept brushing the shit off when in reality they sold me a ducking bad car. I have almost got danger several times in this car because it goes into a reduce mode which doesn't allow me to drive past 20mph. I have been in there office every since i got the car in feb and they have yet to fix my issue they only feed me lies and talk crazy to me when they have Took my money and sold me a bad car. I would not recommend anybody in they right mind to go to this place and get a car. Those given reviews most will change it shortly after their car gives them problems and they realize that these wack ass mfs don't care about you or fixing your issue just getting yo money to rip you off. There is no way i should not have issues with my car from 3 days after if they inspected the car and did what they was suppose to. They are some lame ignorant people who have really pissed me off to the point of no return. I don't care what other ppl view is the car place is garbage and they no damn well they ain't fix my issue. They know that they sold me a bad car and refuse to fix it trying to tell me i have to go to Buick and pay Buick Money to resolve a issue when i put 1000 in they hand. Oh yeah there was nothing about 399 on my end they suck me dry and spit me and they got me. I asked for a report of all the times i have had to come in there to get car repaired and still no report then they racist fat ass bastard Jose gonna tell me i had my car almost a year lol i just got this car this year a few months ago. He and his managers really try to play me like I'm so dumb black woman but I'm not. Only thing they got me on they sold me a bad car and refuse to do anything about it. If you are smart i swear i would not buy not car from them you gonna get lucky or half way lucky. They don't care about customer service or helping make things right they just care about ripping you off. But God don't lie ugly i swear and I'm gonna let the piece crap go back and take the consequences cause they ain't about to keep getting my money for they trash car. I tell my family and friend don't do it unless y'all wanna go and act a fool don't do it!! AUTOMART IS A SCAM A RIP OFF AND NOT SOMEWHERE TO GET A CAR UNLESS YOU DESPERATE!!! read more

AUTOMART NV 2 vehicle later and I'm pleased to let everyone know that they have helped me get where I need to be. 2018 I bought my first vehicle from here, not knowing what to expect. A young man walked up to me and my daughter asking if there's anything he could do to help make my car purchase easier. I turned and said yes, all we need was a vehicle to get us to and from our destination. We sat for a while and ended leaving after 4hrs. Next day we showed back up at this location with determination and a car in mind. Gentle man came in and said Miss I may have a vehicle for you. My daughter and I looked at each other and said ok. Want to the lot where he showed us a 2013 Kia soul and pointed out anther vehicle. I opened the door and said yes this will do. Today I came in with leading the same gentleman to the Kia I saw and wanted. THANK YOU AUTOMART NV for the easy purchasing process, you all made me a happy customer. read more

I needed a good, dependable car, but my credit score was bad! Last car I had bought - ( in California) -blown motor, etc.,...so...I read some good reviews on Auto Mart, Boulder Hwy, Las Vegas. Went down, met Marty (he's Great!), told him I didn't have cash for a big down payment. No problem. He worked with Manager Chris, and I was driving a beautiful 2011 Nissan Sentra, hours later. Gap insured, 1 year warranty, super clean, shiny, & I'm so excited! Best move I've made in years was going down to Auto Mart on Boulder! Friendly, honest, straight talk, no "B. S."! (I actually sat there, & cried from being so damn happy!) Really! Great people. Need a good car? Quick? Reliable deal! Go to Auto Mart, on Boulder Hwy! I purchased a BMW wagon from Auto Mart and I would like to share to all guys out there that they are a reputable car dealer who sells used cars. I have been searching for a wagon style car that would be perfect for my family. I saw a flyer about them and Googled them without any hesitation. Found that they had a BMW wagon up for sale so I called the manager and decided to personally visit their dealership. I met with Kevin, one of their sales rep. He was very helpful and non-pressuring. He was an honest guy. He shared the carfax with me. He even disclosed to me that the car has been to an accident. Quite concerned about this, I came back the next day with an independent mechanic to have the car inspected just to make sure the car is still ok. And yes it was! After test driving the car for a while as well as a few discussion with the management, I affixed my signature on the deal. read more

This place saved me from myself. I was in dire need when I came to them. After having a recently horrible experience from a different dealership that I only ended up giving the car back to them to get my deposit. My credit was shot and since I'm a single mom of two boys one being an infant it was important that I had gotten a vehicle to provide for them and rebuild my credit so in the future I could buy a house. They made the process so much easier, made sure I had everything I needed and assisted me with getting insurance so I could drive off that night. They extended a type of patience because I had to bring my newborn with me and had to care for him while I was purchasing the vehicle. I CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR HELPING MY FAMILY. They are god sent and provided me the stepping stone I needed to insure my family's future. read more

These people are the biggest rip offs.. They gave me a car with a sticker saying it was safety checked and smogged. Come to find out it should of never been on the road.. It needed a transmission, axel, bearings and had a oil leak.. Luckily I purchased the insurance or I would of been out over $6000 to replace everything.Their shady mechanic said he would give me back my deductible because I was dooped from the gate and that never happened either. They even signed a contract stating they would fix the bearings and that never happened.. Don't buy from them,, especially the bald guy with the gold in his mouth.. He called me a bitch and said I would never get my car fixed when I brought it back to them.. They are crooks and should be turned over to the BBB. read more

Buying the car from Auto Mart was a great experience. The nightmare began when I needed to purchase car insurance before driving my new purchase off of the lot. The sales person called Fred Craddolph from Craddolph Insurance Group to assist me with purchasing a car insurance policy. Fred was more interested in getting myself and my friend in the sack than to sell me car insurance. To say the least I called Farmers and obtained a policy $30 less a month than what Fred quoted me. I have to wonder if all or just a few of the sales associates at Auto Mart are aware of Fred using their car lot as a pick up joint?????..... read more

Buying a used car is sometimes very difficult. I personally never have bought a new car. I know there is risk in doing so but sometimes the minor repair costs out weights the price of a new car. It's like playing the slots in Vegas, most of the time you loose but the one time that you don't, you score big. I like those cars and drive them into the ground, because I am so excited that the repair costs are a lot less then the price of a new car. Used cars are great for the bargain shopper and provide an excellent way of starting out in life when one still has their parents to depend on, or even saving for a new one. read more

Just bought a car here. My credit is horrible after my divorce and I've had issues getting a car for quite awhile. I've probably been to 6 different little lots like these. I've had an issue buying because either the payment was to high, or they wanted to much down or the cars were just pure crap. I was pleasantly surprised that they actually had nice cars and got me financing through a bank somehow!??! Which I find amazing after the other lots would only let me do the in house financing and pay every two weeks. Thank you guys so much, you have no idea how much life sucks being stuck on the bus!!! read more

I have to say that from the first call with Jan to the last hand shake and farewell from George it was a pleasure working with them. George not only worked miracles and got me into my new car but his customer service was great. Full of smiles and jokes made what could of been a stressful situation feel like we were friends just enjoying our visit. Tony blue have the best customer service. He helped me out to get a car within my price range which is $700. My credit is not so good so it was hard for me to get approved it literally took us the whole day to find me a car that I can get approved on and also the car that I like and he didn't stop until he found me one. And when I needed to come home for a bit he offered me a ride a waited for me. I highly recommend this place to my family and friends. If your looking for a car here ask for Tony blue. read more

Man I saw this place online and I was like 500 down please!!! Well I came in here and got the best deal o EARTH and walked away with a car with the down payment as advertise! (and my credit is under 600) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE-- TONY BLUE IS A PHENOMENAL SALESMAN. The staff is amazing from managers to mechanics . We came in and knowing we had some discrepancies on our record, Marty from Auto Mart really gave us a chance and took care of us. From when we stepped in the door to his aloha shirt we were greeted with warm welcome. We had a car in mind but Marty wanted to give us a better deal with a better car. Automart is a perfect place, I highly recommend them to anyone who is on a budget they will work with you. Matt and Kevin were the best. I was in an accident and had a f150 pick up rental that was due the next day. They put me in a 2017 car and my son was in love with it. Normally purchasing a car is a total headache but the staff here was awesome. Everyone was friendly and professional and the service was great. Brian, Paul and Jose were great from beginning until I drove off. I left my phone in the car with Paul the night I submitted my application and Brian gave it to me the next day with a full battery. Tony and Theron have the best personalities as they made my whole buying experience comfortable and enjoyable. Paul in finance worked some magic and got me in a car nicer than I could imagine. Made it very easy to get into a car with my bad credit. Especially since their agreements allow the interest to be knocked down by paying over the monthly payment! Very confident they made sure the vehicle they gave me was in tip top shape. Would recommend this car lot to anyone.
