Even the person who looked at my vehicle said I would just keep the estimate money and not even repair it was that minor. They ended up replacing the whole skin of my truck bed side. called many times and asked for progress after week 4 and 5. Talked to a person and they said they could not give me a time frame for what is left to finish. I asked for an update end of day Friday of each week 4 and 5. no call backs no text no nothing. I get a text on Thursday, estimated pickup Friday at 4:00 pm. I did not click the link in the text till Friday so I thought it would be good to go Monday morning and get it. well, it was not ready and probably a whole day worth of work yet. I was so upset. Why no communication at all? Why the text even if not even close to the time they say. again, I said you know the text goes out so why not call and let me know before I drive 40 minutes to get the bad news? All I received was we are very busy here. Even the receptionist I was talking to started getting snippy with me. I talked right back and said this place needs to change it's business practice. I said I know you have had customers get mad before but this is why they get mad. being treated like this is uncalled for. This place is run so awful I will never go there again or even think of sending anyone I know. Maybe get some people in the place that really care about doing the right things. They really just need to close this place down as it is an insurance ripoff palace!

I also have a Honda Fit, it is discontinued and the parts are sometimes a problem. NOT FOR THESE GUYS! In a week my car was adjusted, pulled to the shop, and repaired. A week later - as good as new. WOW. It took me three weeks in CA to fix the bumper ;) They updated me every single day on the progress, provided the test drive on pickup, quietly arranged the rental return... They even asked if i need help to transfer the stuff from the rental :)! Absolutely recommended, go with these guys! They also are very conveniently located right by the highway.
