AMAZING!! I had a small accident this winter & brought my car to be fixed here. Only took maybe a week or less to get fixed!! My car looks brand new!!! I missed a little bit of damage so I let the guys at the front know and they took care of it! They were both very helpful & kind! Honestly was a disappointed with the response based on other reviews. I called to set up time for an estimate to pay out of pocket for damage on my vehicle. I received a lot push back on scheduling a time to bring my car in for an estimate and was asked where else I received estimates from and try there instead!? I wanted to support a local business but times must be good and I was asked how serious I was to bring my car in because it was a lot of work to write the quote and if I'm not serious then she's rather not book an appointment for an estimate. At that point, it's not worth it after being treated like I was bothering them to bring business. It was a shocking conversation to be told it's a bother and look else where. read more

ZERO STARS! I went to pick up my friends car because he wasn't going to be able to pick it up before they closed. When I get there I asked If I could use their restroom. I was told by the woman behind the deck "NO" After getting the keys (to the wrong car no less) I told her I could really use a restroom. The owner then took it upon himself to tell me that I could go out behind the dumpster. Needless to say I was appalled at the way I was treated. Who denies another person the basic human courtesy of using a restroom in a place of business. I have been a business owner on the seacoast for over 20 years and have never denied anyone access to our restrooms. It is safe to say I wont EVER be bring any of my vehicles to Reflections Auto Body in Greenland and I would suggest that you don't either. I think that the owners need to look at their name (Reflections) and Reflect on how they run their business and treat people. read more

They often don't return phone calls. They often don't return emails. Was met with grumpy/surely attitudes numerous times. The male and female, who run the office, often have very obvious tension between each other creating an uncomfortable experience. I was lead to believe the work was superior only to find rust in the areas, of which were directly worked on by them over time and, despite being confidently told all work was fully warrantied, it--in fact--is certainly not ! Bill and his team could not have been more professional. I went to them based on the recommendations of my mechanic and the Porsche dealership in town. They took my SUV in right away and did an awesome job with some fairly major repairs. The insurance company was looking to use 2nd rate parts, but Bill managed to get me all factory new materials and blended the finish perfectly. Thanks to AAA leaving my car at an unreliable impound lot, my wait on getting my car to Reflections was delayed, but at no fault of theirs. Maria was in contact with the insurance company as well as the impound lot to get my vehicle to them as soon as possible, and she made my estimate a priority when the vehicle arrived. When I went in today and received some bad news immediately that my car had been totaled, they were incredibly helpful and also thorough in describing next steps in the process, and gave me access to my vehicle to empty it immediately, dropping what they were in the middle of to do so. They then took the time to have one of their employees help me remove a satellite radio from the vehicle that had been installed after purchase that I was struggling with. There was no demand for them to do so, they went out of their way to do this, and also made sure that I did not forget to take the plates from my car (which I would not have thought of). As if all of that were not enough, they then helped me further by giving me some input on local dealers, as I am a recent transplant to NH who would have no idea about places of positive or ill repute outside of Yelp or other reviews. The amount of time that they invested to help me today was outstanding, they went above and beyond what they had to do, and Reflections absolutely warranted a five star review. read more
