The receptionist (never got her name) would call to update me on my car and it's progress multiple times throughout the week, and had an air of kindness and warmth that rivaled that of some close relatives. The finished product (repairing smashed tail light and dented/scratched metal) looks somehow better than it did when I first got the car, and only took 5 days, which is exactly what Jason had estimated prior to receiving the car for repair.
