    Love our Nissan!

Great choice of cars on the lots. Variety was nice. Marks great service has created a great option for those seeking a used car! Definitely worth the trip from Seaside, thumbs up from us!

Allow me to tell you about our experiences at Auto One, the car dealership that has stolen our hearts not once, but twice! When I first came to Mark about my husband and I purchasing a vehicle for our real estate business, he could have easily brought us to the first car that I had inquired about. Instead, Mark asked us detailed questions to ensure that we were in fact looking at the correct vehicle for our needs. So instead of the Ford Explorer that I had originally inquired about, he steered us in the direction of a more reliable and overall better vehicle for what we needed it for, our real estate business. We have now owned this vehicle, a Mercedes ML350 for 2 years and could not be happier. Fast forward two years, and we have purchased a second vehicle from Auto One, a 2021 Rav 4 hybrid blacked out with 40 mpg...Let's not forget the cherry on top of this automotive sundae - the purchase process. It was smooth sailing from start to finish, with paperwork that seemed to magically complete itself and financing options that made our wallets breathe a sigh of relief. Auto one truly has an amazing team of people and we can't thank them enough. Thank you, Auto One!

Mark is a great guy and he has quality cars at a fair price. He's not pushy and doesn't hound you the way larger dealerships do.

I wish I could give Argus Co. and its owner, Michael Gay, zero stars. My experience buying a 2005 BMW Z4 was nothing short of a nightmare. I had previously purchased a car from him and trusted his word, which made this betrayal even more upsetting. The night I bought the car, the windows were fogged, and he dismissed my concerns. The next morning, I discovered the real issue--missing window seals in the convertible top. He promised to fix it, and the repair was a joke - from De Laveaga Service Center- mismatched pieces that left an unsealed, unprofessional mess. Then came the real problems. The day after my purchase, the check engine light went on. Michael shrugged it off. A few days later, my car was completely dead and needed a jump. A tire pressure light was also on from the start. Again, he dismissed my concerns. Eventually, a mechanic confirmed the car had a broken front wheel and two cracked rear tires--an unsafe disaster. I was sold a sports car with three dangerous wheels. When I pushed for repairs, he sent me to Big O Tires, where the situation got even worse. They put the faulty wheel back on. Shortly after, I found myself trapped inside the car, unable to open the door from the inside--a terrifying safety hazard. If I had been in an accident, I could have been stuck inside a burning vehicle. Then, while driving, the car suddenly lost power--engine failure. It barely made it to a parking lot before completely shutting down. The next morning, it wouldn't even turn over. I contacted Michael Gay immediately--from day two--detailing the dangerous and unethical state of the car he sold me. Instead of taking responsibility, he dismissed my concerns, ignored my emails, said my text messages were too much (most people would have a threat response dropping into your autonomic nervous system, feeling threatened by investing over $10,000 on a lemon and being told everything's OK don't worry when in fact now I have a dead car sitting in my driveway ) and ultimately he threatened me with a restraining order for demanding he fix the vehicle. This dealership sold me a lemon under the pretense of it being a reliable car. If you value your safety, your money, and your sanity, stay far away from Argus Co. Michael Gay does not stand by his sales, dismisses legitimate safety issues, and when confronted, responds with threats instead of accountability. Do not trust this business. Save yourself thousands of dollars and a world of frustration.

I wanna make a buyer‑beware alert about Subaru Solterra (same platform as the Toyota bZ4X)…read more In a little over a year and under 13,000 miles, my Solterra has repeatedly failed to start because of a dead 12‑volt battery, even when the main traction battery was mostly full. Each time the 12 V drops, the car lights up with "system stopped," brake and ABS errors, parking brake unavailable, and other random faults, and then simply refuses to go into drive. I've now been stranded at least 7 times in a year. I've followed Subaru's instructions after jump‑starting: leave the car on for an hour to let it recharge the 12 V. Despite that, the problem keeps coming back. I don't leave high‑draw accessories plugged in, and this started very early in the car's life. At around 10,000 miles I reported the problem to Subaru during scheduled service, so there is a documented history. I've since learned that this is not an isolated fluke: Law firms and owners are pursuing class‑action cases alleging that Subaru Solterra and Toyota bZ4X models have a defective 12‑volt system that lets the small auxiliary battery drain and die prematurely, leaving drivers stranded even with plenty of charge in the main pack. The lawsuits claim Subaru and Toyota knew about these issues but failed to warn buyers or provide a lasting fix, and that some owners have gone through multiple dead 12 V batteries in just a few thousand miles. forums and groups are full of similar stories: brand‑new Solterras and bZ4Xs with repeated 12‑volt failures, dealers blaming accessories or user behavior, and people being told to just keep jump‑starting and driving I bought this car specifically to have a reliable, winter‑capable vehicle in the Tahoe area, and instead I'm carrying a jump pack and now a solar battery tender just to feel semi‑confident it will wake up. Meanwhile, my 2012 Mitsubishi Eclipse with almost 90,000 miles has been more dependable than this brand‑new EV. If you're considering a Subaru Solterra or Toyota bZ4X, Stop. please research the 12‑volt battery issue and the ongoing lawsuits before you sign anything. If you already own one and are having similar problems, I'm actively looking for other owners, forums, and legal efforts to join so we can push Subaru and Toyota to take this seriously and provide a real fix or buyback. If you want details on what I've seen, what codes and errors show up, or how to document incidents for lemon‑law purposes in California, feel free to message me.

Was reading a review of an Ocean Honda customer that put special marks on their wheels ahead of time as they were getting a tire rotation. They paid for it. When they got the car they noticed wheels in the same position. So before I bring my car in for some maintenance which includes a free tire rotation as I bought my tires there I cleaned a section of wheel rim. Plus, one tire has a silver valve cap the others black. I get my car back The next day I check the rim and tire. Wheels still in same position. Plus, no greasy smudge marks on the wheel spokes. Mechanic had also gone to lunch with :30 minutes worth of work remaining instead of completing the work. A 3 hour job took five and a half hours.
