Come right in, when you can!" I was thrown off with them being next to the car rental place - at first I thought they were closed. I dealt with Art - who was extremely friendly, up-front, and went over the details with me over trading in my old car, and with the car I was looking at. I test drove. It was everything I was hunting for - and he went above and beyond getting all the paperwork in order for me. The service was horrible. The car I drove over an hour to see was stuck between several cars and we were unable to drive it. Every car they brought out to show us had issues. The first had clearly been sideswiped, the brakes were horrible, and they were asking almost 16k for it. They brought out another vehicle but we were not allowed to drive it because it had only 5 miles of gas left in it. The salesperson clearly didn't care if we purchased or not. I think it's because initially I gave a lower amount of what I wanted to spend. We were treated pretty poorly. Also there is not much room to park your own vehicle there so you may want to Uber. read more

I drove 3 hours to show up and find car was not available to be sold, and was not at their location. Drove to a repair facility where it was being "repaired ". The car had been wrecked, was the worst repair job I've seen and they were trying to sell the vehicle for $22000. BUY AN AUTOCHECK REPORT! I went to look at a car ($34K list price to be exact) and although they were honest that it had been in accident, they didn't disclose how bad it was. After taking a look at the car and seeing it still had the other cars paint on it and how misaligned the repairs were, I decided to dig deeper into it. I purchased an autocheck report and found the car had been in a "severe" accident that resulted in the airbags being deployed AND structural/frame damage. This car really isn't safe to be driven but they're going to sell like it is and make money off of it. Additionally I honestly thought it hadn't been detailed yet because it was still pretty dirty inside but I was assured that it had been through detailing. I will say, the salesman wasn't pushy at all but almost to the extreme of literally not caring if I bought the car or not. It looks like they specialize in buying wrecked cars and selling them without disclosing the entire picture. I would never buy a car from here. read more

Bought a Jeep compass in Sept 2024. They did tell me that it had frame damage which I was okay with. My saleswoman told me everything had been repaired and was good to go now as of Feb 2025 I find out it needs a new engine. I have it at the Bob Caldwell Jeep dealership getting the head gasket replaced and they find oil has been burned into my cylinders. This car has cost me 6000 dollars and probably more. so do your self a favor go somewhere else this place is shady If knew it had not been repaired I never would of bought the car. purchased a 2023 Mustang Mach-e online from Cade, living in Indiana, did not see car in person and relied on representative and pictures. car looks good but dealership did not disclose warning lights for parking sensors and around the view cameras were inactive. I had asked if there were any issues with car and were told only a couple minor scratches and shown a picture of that, no mention of warning lights and come to find out, sensors and front camera were missing. This sentence sums up what I have to say. This dealership offered subpar customer service. I made a call to inquire about a vehicle I had planned to buy, arrived, and walked in. It seemed that every sales representative was busy. Usually, a representative would inform you that someone would be with you in a few minutes, but that was not the case. I had a seat, and waited....and waited....and waited. Upon looking around the room, I saw that there were other individuals waiting as well, who may have been in the early stages of deterioration from waiting so long. There were a few sales representatives who passed by, but everyone seemed to be preoccupied with other tasks. I observed another potential customer entering and was equally perplexed when no one offered any type of greeting. Similarly, he sat and waited for someone to speak to him. I had reached my limit of waiting, as I had one other vehicle on my list to see. I was curious about the dealerships' reviews and if excessive waiting was the norm here, so I searched online. I was happy that I did, as I noticed a lot of negative ratings from other reviewers. To the dealership: Lesson 1. GREET YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS and follow up with them when there is excessive wait times. It's very understandable that you guys can all be busy, but the customer also needs to know that you'll be with them as soon as you can be. read more

I was about to purchase a GMC here and kindly asked for the carfax and was assured i would get it and never did up until i was about to sign I remembered and im glad i remembered the car's airbags had apparently already been deployed which was a big red flag for me since i have a child and it is not safe it was clear to me that they were trying to keep this fact hidden. I gave them another chance and ended up buying a vehicle but it was missing the door key cover when i signed they said they would get it for me. I had to bug the service department about it for two weeks straight they would never answer and when they did Alexis would say she was going to order it and that she would call me back the next day and would never call. Amazing dealership!! I was visiting Columbus from Missouri and saw a few of their listings on Marketplace. Their prices were AMAZING! The same vehicles back home were selling for thousands of dollars more. I happened to stumble across my dream vehicle - a gorgeous 2018 Dodge Charger Hellcat. I almost didn't believe the price, but boy am I glad I came in!! The vehicle was everything they said and more!! I was able to purchase the vehicle and they even provided shipping to my house in Missouri. The car arrived in an enclosed trailer and was freshly detailed. My experience in the dealership was one of a kind as well! I worked with Hasan and while he was busy juggling several customers, he took the time to make sure each of us was being taken care of, was prompt to answer any questions and he had all papers ready to go and explained everything in a manor of which was clear and simple to understand. Plus, the vehicle came free with a 30 day powertrain warranty, which provided me extra comfort as statistically speaking, if something goes wrong with a pre owned vehicle it is in the first 30 days. Misleading information was provided by their website and salesman. Salesman says there's a FX4 sticker on the bed but it doesn't have the FX4 package. So no off road shocks but it's a brand new bed! Zero scratches in the bed! Super Clean! Salesman states that the truck use to have a hauler bed on it and that it was accident free. The website backed by auto check said the vehicle was accident free but when the carfax was pulled it showed front and side collision. Very unapologetic when confronted with this info. I'm 100% sure the accident was known and I was told a lie about there being a hauler bed ... the bed was replaced because it was wrecked. Don't buy from this company! read more

I'm actually quite disappointed in Autopalace. I bought a Ford Ecosport not even 2 weeks ago and it is already rattling and making a clicking noise. I called last week to the place and was told I could come Tuesday when I'm off to get it checked out. Today is Tuesday I walk in and she hands the keys to the mechanic. After an entire hour she comes back to say mechanic hears nothing wrong with it and hands me the keys. So I immediately told her let me take a ride with him so he can hear it. Magically the mechanic here is it and said he'll take a look at it. I then waited about an hour, go outside to check on what's going on and he wasn't even working on my car. He tells me that it'll be about 15 minutes, which turns into an hour. He didn't test drives my car comes back and says that he cannot fix the car today they don't have time. And I'm not exaggerating these were his exact words. So he goes to the back to Becca and tells her he doesn't have time. She asked me when I could bring it in and I specifically told her last week that I was only off on Tuesday. She tells me to come back next Tuesday at 10 AM and I said you guys have any appointments or anything she told me to write my name and phone number on a piece of paper which means that they don't have an appointment system. Again I've only had the car for two weeks I'm disappointed. I was respectful, I was polite, I was patient and I didn't even get an apology for wasting my time and my only off day. Really, if you are thinking of buying a car in AUTO PALACE, do not think why you are going to regret it as I am now I have to pay the GMC mechanics an amount of $ 1903 because the AUTO PALACE do not give maintenance to their cars before selling them. Yo yo Financing, spot delivery, amongst other scams. Me and my husband do not recommend people shop here. They made up a "new law" that went into effect from the DMV that states that "a car with even a small scratch on it counts as structural damage" and there for, after selling us the car, took the car back. We were left without a car as they had their car back in their name and our former car was traded in to their name. I consulted with 3 different lawyers and other dealers and no one ever heard of this so called law. They then Of Course offered my husband a more expensive car. After a wait the deal was canceled and they gave us our money and former car back and we returned theirs. According to them we were "lucky" they didn't leave us car-less. We wanted to just be done with them and therefore did not take any further action against them. I know they like to come on these reviews and leave rebuttals and different comments defending their actions and being very unprofessional. Action that I still want to take (after finding a much better car at Car Max with no issues with any weird "laws") is that others don't go here. Please learn from our mistakes. read more

I purchased a car from them a year ago...within the first day of having the car home the check engine light came on. I called, they said to bring it in and I got it back and the check engine light was off and said all was good. Only for the check engine light to come back on a few days later. Brought it back again and said was all good. Needless to say the car has been a nightmare since the day we bought it. I think they knew there was a major problem but just kept resetting the engine light. It needed over $2,000 in work when I finally took it to a mechanic not associated with the dealership. Huge mistake purchasing from them. They buy crap cars, do a lipstick job on them and then overprice them. I emailed in an offer simply to see if they were flexible on price if I had cash in hand versus financing. A quick write of my checkbook and I would've paid for the truck and left. I was responded to in an EXTREMELY childish and offensive manner. In my experience, any time an offer is made it is almost guaranteed you will negotiate back and forth quite a bit. The car was listed at $27,999 and I would have actually been willing to negotiate up to $25,000 or so, but instead was treated like an imbecile for attempting to start negotiating on a vehicle I surely would've ended up buying had I not been treated so horribly. And this was before I even stepped through the doors!!! How much worse would it have been had I walked in? Would they have treated me in such a way to my face? I'll never find out, because I'll take my $20,000+ cash offer elsewhere. I'm not a total imbecile, and my father sold cars when he was younger, so I was taught how to negotiate with salesmen. Excuse me if I don't walk in like a blind sheep and take the sticker price at face value, I simply know better than to do so. Amazingly clean and updated facilities. Our salesman was kind, professional and dedicated. Thought we got an amazing deal until a week later when the car stopped working and we found it needed a $400 repair. Upon calling Auto Palace they simply said tough luck since we didn't get the warranty which we weren't offered.
