Buyer Beware - Georgesville Nissan (Columbus, OH) I do not recommend buying a vehicle from Georgesville Nissan. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and their customer service is extremely disappointing. I purchased a 2026 vehicle, and within two weeks warning lights started coming on. Instead of taking responsibility or standing behind the vehicle, they attempted to charge me $1,800 for repairs on what should clearly be a warranty issue. To make matters worse, the managers refused to speak with me or make any effort to resolve the problem. No accountability, no concern, and no customer care after the sale. This dealership will sell you a defective vehicle and leave you on your own afterward. I would strongly advise anyone considering Georgesville Nissan to take their business elsewhere. read more

So coming in to Nissan Dealerships can be a hit or miss. I really haven't found a dealership quite like the Nissan of Omaha Dealership in Nebraska (they set the bar with their customer service). With that said, I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. This location had several coupons and I was able to get both services for $29 not including tax. Upon my arrival, my service advisor greeted me and gave me a run down on what was going to be happening. He also washed my vehicle (Thank ya Jesus cuz she was dirtayyyy), topped off my fluids and checked my breaks and rotor's. I was surprised because other Nissan Dealerships (e.g., Phoenix, Tempe, Savannah, Atlanta) I have been too typically made you pay for most of these services. The lounge was comfy, bathrooms clean, & the service was relatively quick for a Monday morning. All and all, I am please and I recommend them. read more

I bought my car here a few years ago with Enrique and always come for oil change. I had a bad experience with oil changes at a previous place so I vowed to stay doing them at the dealership and this place always takes care of me and my car! They have a free coffee station which Derek helped me out with this time lol and an ice machine with the smaller chewable cubes. My stays are usually an hour but the staff is friendly and they have a few tvs to keep me entertained. In addition to getting an oil change they do an inspection, car wash, and they clean the inside driver and passenger area. Love these guys! read more

Buyer beware. This dealership and there sales people will lie to you, just to make a sale. Don't trust nothing that they say. I bought a vehicle from them and was told that if I had any problems , or questions about my vehicle to call my sales person. I reached out to my sales person and got nothing. I went for a routine maintenance visit and experienced the worst customer service ever I was a regular customer and always due to their customer service being a positive one After this past experience, I will not return. My vehicle needed tires and were still under warranty and already needed replacement. It was not addressed at all. When I addressed it t, I was treated with worse behavior. Bought car, paying in full w/ check. This Dealer cashed my check within 2 days. Records prove vehicle title was already in their dealership's possession and name prior to my purchase, but I didn't receive title until 29 days later, which left me only a 3 hr. window the next day to transfer my plates or else pay a late fee. Dealers who are permitted to charge car buyers $285 (and up) for "paperwork", title processing, and fees, and then tax you on most of it, but slow-play your title delivery, as they sit on the $1166 you gave them for state tax, are weak links in the business community. Dealers get a sales tax discount so they do not pay all the tax money they collect from you and their ACTUAL FEES are $15 to flip your title and a discounted portion of the $20 temp tag they sell you. I had 2 other issues with the dealership's M.O. but the above is the most review-worthy. read more

So today we went looking at what's on the market in the way of new cars or preowned. We decided to stay close to home. So we went to the dealerships over off of Georgesville rd in the auto mall. We started at the front and worked our way back. Everyone was helpful and kind until we reached Georgesville Nissan. We pulled in and drove through the parking lot. We were looking for a specific color and there weren't many to be found that's why we didn't walk around. There were 3 cars we wanted to check out. One was by itself. When we got out to look at it, a lady came out from the building and politely said, "Hi, is there anything I can help you with today?" my wife replied, "no, I'm just looking but thank you." she got in my van and pulled to the next two cars. She found two beautiful Nissan Maxima's in the color she loved. She got out here and began looking. She was surrounded by larger/taller vehicles. She is a little over 5 foot tall, so no one knew she got back out of her van. As she was standing there looking at these to Maxima's she hears a mans voice say, "well she can get in her f****ng mom-mobile and leave!" She was shocked!!! **we were the only customers on the lot** After she told me about it, she pulled back around and asked the lady to speak with the manager. To our honest shock the man who had this to say about her was the manager!!!!! Instead of him coming over and asking if there was something he could help us with or heck even apologize....he scurried back into the building. I walked in to speak with him about it. Instead of manning up and facing the consequences of his actions, he sends another employee out to talk with me. I walk past the employee and went to the manager to talk about the situation. Instead of the manager admitting wrongdoing he blames the employee who first approached us!!! He told me he was using that statement as a "teaching moment" he was "teaching" her how to properly approach customers! Let's, for a moment, believe that the manager, Jeff Houston, was using this moment to teach an employee, Donna Wooten, how to properly approach a customer. How is this teaching? What are you trying to teach? Why are you talking to an employee, as a manager, in this manner? Mr. Houston, you praise in public and teach/discipline behind closed doors! Ms. Donna handled the situation with the utmost compassion, professionalism and care she possibly could. I am very proud of her ability to connect with the customer in such a horrid situation. Ms. Donna, my heart still hurts for you. It hurts because you are forced to work in such conditions. This man is nothing short of a workplace bully. Using verbal abuse in the way he does is atrocious. He attempted to use his rude and arrogant demeanor to bully me into backing down from him and leaving. That didn't work! Georgesville Nissan, why do you promote such behavior in your employees? You do realize that although your company may not stand behind this man and his actions, he represents you while he's on your property working? In all honesty, Ms. Donna deserves to be credited with accolades and recognition for her skills in customer service. Anyone who drives a minivan, we are obviously not welcomed at Georgesville Nissan! I would give Georgesville Nissan negative stars if I can. They played a "Co-sign car loan scam" on me. First, they tricked me into signing the documents by not disclosing the potential liability involved. The Federal Trade Commission's Trade Regulation Rule on Credit Practices requires a Notice to Co-signer form to be included with any motor vehicle retail installment contract or motor vehicle lease contract that has a signer and co-signer involved. The Notice to Co-Signer form notifies the co-signer they are equally liable for the debt if the signer does not fulfill the responsibilities of the contract. The co-signer should get a copy of this form and read it thoroughly before signing. I was never provided with this form and the salesperson Ronald Bell deliberately hide this information from me. Second, after the documents were signed, Ronald deliberately rushed me out of the door and didn't provide me with any copy of the paperwork, so I will have no idea what kind of scam they played behind my back. I learned the truth almost one month later only after I received the bills from the bank. Apparently, as a co-singer, I ended up as the primary loan holder, and my name is not on the car title at all. Basically, I applied a car loan for someone else. If I repay the loan today in full, the car is someone else's, not mine. All these critical information was deliberately concealed from me. Georgesville Nissan played a scam on me and committed a fraudulent action. I tried to return the car back to them, they stated it is too late. If they didn't deliberately conceal the information and hide the documents from me, I would be able to find out the truth the day I signed the paper and return the car on the same day. I will seek legal advice and try to make them pay for what they did. read more
