This company was so unprofessional they called me repeatedly send multiple messages for me to come and look at there trucks that they had for 5 thousands or more but I gave in and went up there at 12:40pm made it early my appointment was at 1pm I go in a white guy approached me and said what are you looking for I said cash car up to 5 grand and he said we don't have car for 5 grand so I said what was the point of yall calling and texting me and you don't have what I'm looking for so then I get approached by Ashley and she did took my information and went to the office I waited for 15 min and they did not come back to assist me so I left this car lot but god will bless me with a truck soon read more

First, we bought a 2021 Lexus NX 300 from them. Come to find out, they never properly inspected it and the car had no high beams. We took it to someone to be looked at. The whole headlight system needed replaced. Damage that we were told had been caused from an accident. An accident that was nondisclosed to us. After some back and forth, they told us we could bring it back and trade for another vehicle. Once their, of course, we were told that we had to buy an even higher price vehicle because we had negative equity. So, we get a 2024 Volvo S60. It was disclosed too us that it had been in a minor fender bender but had sustained no structural damage. We bought it in February 2025 and in June, there was a recall for a software update. We took it to an actual Volvo service center for the update. During this visit, we found out that the airbags and stuff had never been booked back up after it was in an accident (mild fender bender, right?). We were sold and had been driving a car with no safety equipment! Their service department checked it over well before being sold, right? We paid up front, but they did end up reimbursing us for that. So, we move along. Now, it's November and the 12v electric battery flashes up on the screen that it has a critical fault. Another hour and a half highway trip to replace it. We had been told it should be covered by the warranty. It wasn't. An aftermarket battery had been put in. So, that was over $700 we weren't expecting to pay, but did. While we're waiting for that to be replaced, we get called back down to the service department (Volvo dealership). They had put the car up on the lift and found significant damage from the wreck (fender bender, right?). Both the cv axle and control arm were cracked and leaking grease everywhere. They looked at the service records. Bobb's had had the car in there in December of 2024, two months before selling it to us. Their records show it was found and was recommended to Bobb's to be replaced. We have a print out of the service records and a video of the tech pointing out that Bobb's Auto had been recommended to fix it in December. We found out how dangerous it has been driving this car, especially at highway speeds. My husband and I are both disabled and live on a limited income. This repair estimate was $3,000. We simply did not have it. We had to very carefully drive it the hour and a half back home and leave it parked in the garage. We found someone locally who can do it for $2,000. Bobb's wanted us to DRIVE it the hour and a half back there again so their service manager could look at it. I said no way am I driving all the way there like that again. They refused to tow it. They refuse to fix the repairs. They sold us not one, but two dangerous vehicles in a matter of a few months. Doesn't seem like they check their cars out well, does it? If you're forced to deal with them, please save yourself and have ANY vehicle that they try to sell you checked by an independent garage and get documentation. They are not for the people, but, it seems, for the pocket. I shudder to think what could've happened driving 70mph on the highway if either of those had given way. The fact that Mike, the GM, then wanted us to drive it back to them, totally blows my mind. Customer safety wasn't important then. BE CAREFUL!!! read more

I purchased a vehicle from this group a couple of years ago and got an extended warranty. I since have traded the vehicle in and I filled out all paperwork to get the extended warranty cancelled over a month ago. I have called and left numerous messages and no one wants to return my call to find out where my refund is. All I can say is stay away from this dealership. Sold me a car it took 3 weeks to finally receive the vehicle Car was filthy the tires were at 19 lbs of pressure no gas sensor lights on they offered me a 3 year warranty but only put 2 years in the contract (read every line) I didn't and screwed myself. Put the wrong VIN # on insurance cards that delayed me getting plates just took it to the Audi service center and they proceeded to tell me that warranty will not cover anything and it won't pass inspection because of the tires someone drove it on a flat I didn't so who? Total cost to fix my new car is $7k to have it legal I refused and had to pay $478.00 for diagnostics they did wash my car so I got that going for me. So the fight begins again they refuse to do anything for me time to lawyer up. My salesman lied about everything Allen promised me the world gave me nothing. Sounds like their MO for us out of staters most bad reviews are the same issues I had and were transported to them. They are slimy used salesmen but I will not stop fighting until something is done!! If I could give zero stars I would. My son bought a car here that has had a problem with its temperature readings. Currently it is rising to overheated when being driven at normal speeds on the interstate within 10 miles. The car has been taken back to the repair shop at Bobb Says Yes on multiple occasions. At one point they did try something to fix it, that did not remedy the problem. I am not in the habit of taking up for my son quite as aggressively as I did today. But when they cannot fix the problem and instead of finding someone who can, they tell you that suddenly you do not have an extended warranty, it has gone too far! Every used car has issues that is to be expected, and not every mechanic has seen every problem a vehicle can have, but that is NO EXCUSE for not finding someone who does and NO EXCUSE for after multiple times having the car in for this problem telling the customer that there is no extended warranty. The salesman walked away from me today, because I was done allowing them to take advantage of my son in this way. Yes, I raised my voice, for the second time in that establishment. But please tell me at what point in time we can expect a business to take the necessary steps to fix problem and stop trying to lie their way out of it. This lot was beyond negligent and sold me a cash car that turned out to have an issue overheating within 10 hrs of driving it off the lot. I called several times and had the service department "inspect it" and they assure me they fixed the radiator reservoir once I had the car towed there at my expense. This in fact was not fixed, and has done the same thing over and over. They do jot return my calls. It's extremely unprofessional on BOBBs part, and my sales person Destry, as he knew I was buying this car for my 18 year old daughter. This same salesperson assured me that he would never let me buy a car for a young girl that would potentially leave her stranded. How crooked! Humanity and. Compassion were out the window. Now here we sit, thousands of dollars later, and the car is still overheating. Smoking and potentially has prior damage to the engine for this same issue. Beware of BOBB on West Broad Street. I have the worst credit ever and was at the point where I needed a car. I was almost desperate. I heard about the $2 down and drive deal on the radio and felt I had to check it out. I knew that not all applicants would qualify, I found out credit had to be at least 600 for the deal, but something told me to go anyways. Before I even walked in the door a man approached me and asked, "How can I help you today?" as he opened up the door for me. I told him my situation and he was sure he could help me out. Destry was absolutely amazing with helping me find a car. I just wanted anything drivable to work and back but he not only helped me find a better car for myself, he explained everything and showed me what would help me with my credit. This was my first time buying from a dealership and they now have a customer for life thanks to Destry. The best part about my whole experience though was my father. He took me in to look and he ended up falling in love with the place too! My dad also has never bought from a dealership and we both ended up with a new car! I have been trying to convince him to get a new car for a couple of years now and when he saw Destry trying so hard to help me that he practically bent over backwards, it made my dad finally interested in replacing his old vehicle. It only took my dad a couple days to get his new car but it took me just over a week to get mine. This was my personal issue due to needing a larger down payment and more information than I had. Still, Destry bent over backwards to get me into a new car. He kept mentioning how he felt bad that I had to keep making trips all the way out there just to be missing something. But honestly, it wasn't a big deal to me because I knew he was going to help me. Me forgetting something is my fault. He was also cool about email, calls or texts about anything I needed. It wasn't hard to get ahold of him. I am a very skeptical person especially when it comes to being a female who is trying to make big purchases at places where people work off of commission. An appointment was scheduled for me to come back then when I returned a couple days later the gentleman told me the car was sent back to the auction. It wasn't available but they told me they could get me what I'm looking for. There was a problem finding a parking space. I called and they were like "uh...well, yeah...people usually park somewhere around the doors." Well, folks were double-parked and cars were crammed EVERYWHERE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR HERE ..... The act of buying the car was easy and smooth. Sold us a warranty, they stated " we would not need to worry the car has been checked out and certified and anything that goes wrong the warranty will cover" now I am not stupid I understand the warranty does not cover everything. The car might have been checked out and certified. Certified for what is questionable, and the warrant does not cover anything. My son has owned this car 5 months and it has been towed back to the dealership 6 times ( the first time was within 14 days) we have spent close to 3000 dollars in repair thus far. The warranty company, (giggle) I call them every time at this point it is just for sport, because they tell me the same thing every time "this is not covered" I spoke to the manager of the dealership asking for a trade in he was very monotone when he said " this is not our problem and I was welcome to trade it back in with them, however they would not be able to give me what I bought it for as a trade so the deal would not be a good one for me" I was taken by surprise that BOBB SAYS YES would de-value a car that they sold 14 days ago. So the car was worth a lot more than it was 14 days later. Wow . I even spoke with the manager about giving me a better deal on all the repairs because let's face the fact it is going to break down again and again. He said, "I might be able to take 20 dollars off the 1000 dollar repair bill. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR HERE and I will make sure I tell every person I know about this. Worst experience of my life!,,,,,, They really give car dealerships a bad name. I was told i had warranty, wrong. I was told to lie to the lender about the contract if they called, I did not. I had 30 day warranty, did they honor that No. Was the paperwork from the account manager explained, No. I'm warning everyone do not buy a car here. They have you in and out in 30 min. They will tell you anything to sell a car. Even telling you the lie to the lender, which is illegal. They think once you buy the car it's your problem. Cars that are bought from a auction, jacked up to 15,000.00 plus. Look out for the 2000.00 service contract they don't tell you about. I was a fool to trust this place from the sales lady to the finance person to the sales manager.. I've never experienced anything like this in my life, not only did they not repair my car, they were forced to buy the vehicle back. I suggest everyone to go somewhere else, unless you want a overpriced car, with problems and loose out on a lot of money to go some where else. I would have to say car shopping here was the WORST experience I have ever had at any dealership. I first bought a 2014 Fiat that I loved! Ran great and I've always wanted one! But my representative, CJ said that I had to take the car back because I switched jobs and the lender thought it was sketchy, as if I was not making enough money for the payments. I asked if I can show him pay stubs from my new job so I can keep the car. Especially since I make more money at my new job! But he said it didn't matter that they HAD to take the car. So as I was sitting there waiting for hours to hear if I was accepted for a car ( 7 hours total of a visit) I finally am told I was accepted for a car. Not my fiat but another car. He tried putting me in three cars that needed work on it. After I consistently shown how frustrated I was he shown me a 2013 sonic. Not my fiat but at this point I just wanted a car and leave because I had to be at work by 5 and we were cutting it close. ( not to mention CJ made a snarky comment saying I was taking up all his day. Which I replied in saying " well I had to call off for this bs so be happy you're at least at work!) just a few days roll by and he text me saying that I have to take the sonic back (BY 1 pm or I won't get a refund AND they'll report it stolen!) because my co-signer got a car at a different dealer, they figured he wouldn't be able to do the payments. Which is nuts because I'm doing the payments anyways!!! As I was cleaning the car out CJ told me that I'm getting my refund back but not all of it. Because they charged me for the mileage on the fiat, and the sonic. More BS! Plus he tried to say that he was going to charge me for the flat that I had ( which was highly not my fault because I didn't hit any hard bumps, run over something or anything. Plus when I got the car they had to put air in the tires anyways so I bet it got flat because of lack of air from their own doing!!) I mentioned about how crazy it is for him to charge me for the flat and he replied "you misunderstood me I said we aren't charging you for the tire" I'm pretty sure I heard you said you were charging me bud. So after all the charges were added up I only got back $830 out of the $1,450 I put towards the car! I've been told several times to take them to court and trust me I want to!
