The owner later explained that he did not know what I meant but never asked for clarification. As to the radio, he said it was a fuse. It was not. There were also no keys for the cap's locks. The owner disavowed any responsibility for any of the things that were wrong with the truck and now may face a Small Claims Court suit as he has also stopped responding to emails and has refused to make even a token offer of compensation. The problems with this truck will cost me up to $1500.00 to rectify. I offered to have him complete the work at his business and he ignored that offer.
