Worst customer service ever in my life. The man that answered the phone. When I asked if it was possible to pick up a part that they had. Ask me who I was and did I think the world revolved around me. Then proceeded to tell me that the world does not revolve around me and What was I thinking for even asking. A simple no we don't have time to get it for you it's still in a vehicle not on the shelf would have been fine. I wasn't rude but the counter salesman spent more time being berating than it would have taken to get if it was already removed. But never got that far. The ABSOLUTE WORST. I went to buy a rear Differential for a 2000 ford Excursion. They were great whenever they were taking my money. However when it came down to getting the part and I checked it to make sure it was okay I noticed that there were big differences between my differential and the one they were selling me. I called the dealership to verify if this would fit and the dealership provided me part numbers and explanations as to how the differentials are not the same. I provided Auto Parts Pros with my tag number, gear ratio and everything necessary since the first call. Not only did they give me something that was not equivalent to mine but the sales Rep named Troy (brown haired guy with glasses and an extremely short fused guy with little man syndrome) called me stupid when I proved it to him. He yelled at me like the coward he is from the behind the front window and called me retarded and insulted my education in every possible way imaginable. The Absolute worst treatment I have gotten from any of the Junk Yards nearby. And when I convinced him to go look at the tag id from his differential he refused to take off the tag bolt so we could verify there was indeed no 373 on the tag. I called for a part and was for the most part treated with professionalism but the gentleman who took my call was very rude even cutting me off as I was talking to put me on hold. When I asked him a question about the process he would just repeat what he previously told me with an attitude. As sad as this seems, this is my actual first review and it's completely negative because of customer service. As a professional Dr. I strive to make my patients happy and provide them with the satisfaction they deserve for my services and this company was unable to provide this to me. Currently my car is in the shop and someone referred me to Auto Parts Pros for certain parts. I was told a day before that the part was able to ship to the mechanic shop with me paying for shipping. Prior to sending my credit card information (Which I'm glad I didn't) they later told me they will not ship the part and required to pick it up. The issue is that my mechanic shop and I were completely misled causing loss work time for me and the mechanic waiting for the part. We tried to speak to Vicki who would not allow us to talk to the supervisor. Honestly, I can care less at this point; however, they provided us with poor customer service and mislead 3 of us which caused us time and money. The part I needed was double the cost compared to other locations; however i wanted to support them because they were referred to me. Now I'm glad I didn't. I can't believe the way the company handled this and mislead me and the professionals that are trying to get my car running. horrible experience- worst ever!!!! spent $3000.00 on a rebuilt engine with a 1 yr warranty or 12,000 ....im under both the year and the miles.......... but it does not cover a blown head gasket....noone ever told me that,,,,i was told fully warranteed!!!! My husband is very handy on our vehicles so we deal with salvage yards frequently and realistically you don't usually get first class service but most people are decent to work with; this place was the only yard within 100 miles who had the parts we needed. An office employee quoted us a set price for the parts we needed however, after an hour long drive - when we arrived she stated that she quoted us the incorrect prices - fine, we decided to leave one part but still wanted to purchase the other part. The owner came flying in (right in the middle of the transaction) and literally went from zero to hostile in seconds, yelling at us in front of other customers, yelling at his employees - he put his finger in our faces and told us to shush and be quite, he also told me that it wasn't his fault he was smarter than all of his employees...he began to stomp around the office yelling that we were "done" but we had drove for an hour, we had to keep insisting that we needed the part, he finally said "what part" he had no idea what we were even talking about, he finally agreed to sell us the part for a $65 difference than what we were quoted.....absolutely unbelievable....I have NEVER experienced such disrespect and hostile behavior from a business owner.
