This is the worst and rudest service I have EVER received anywhere. First I would like to begin by saying that the owner is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and self righteous. He took a quick glance at my car and told me he would charge me $900 for the fix. When I asked for a breakdown of how he came up with that amount asking for him to explain to me how much the parts will cost, the paint, and the labor so that I can better understand he looked at me and said "you dont understand how auto body shops work, i am not going to waste my time explaining to you how this works, go to other places and then come back when your'e educated and know you want good work" I am a young business professional. I do my research and am fully educated on how auto body shops work and how pricing works. I have NEVER been spoken to in such a degrading manner as I have been by the owner Anatoly. I am utterly disgusted and am never doing business there, nor do I recommend anyone else go there. I have a 2013 Acura ILX and explained that I spoke to my dealership and they told me they could fix my car between 700-900. He told me he would be getting the parts and paint from there... so explain to me why he would charge me more than the actual Acura professionals? There is no reason. I ended up going to Acura of Boston and got a cheaper deal and much better service! They threw in free deep cleaning of my car as well! read more

I'll begin by saying this place is overpriced, and the staff and owner Anatoly is rude, unprofessional, and very self righteous. I have gotten my car fixed there because of convenience. I was not impressed. I cannot say that i got a good deal. What I can say is that Anatoly tried to make it seem like he was doing me a favor and giving me a discount shorting himself... After I went to a few other places i saw that you can in fact get the same quality service for much cheaper and without feeling any sense of guilt or pressure. He assured me that the work was the highest quality, but from previous reviews I can now safely say that he did use used parts on my car and not on mine alone. He too did not want to give me a breakdown of the pricing for the body work especially the actual price for the labor, which to this day I still could not tell you what it is. He was rude to me, spoke down to me and treated me as if i know nothing. The WORST service I have ever received anywhere. Needless to say I have never been back since. There are many other places I would rather recommend. I do not suggest this place to anyone, unless you are willing to pay more than necessary for sub par work. Andrey and Anatoly from Auto Precision went above and beyond for me and my car after I had been in an accident. I had a lot of damage done to my car and Andrey and Anatoly got it done in a timely manner. When I went to pick up my car, it looked like it was BRAND NEW. It was sparkling inside and out. I was smiling from ear to ear. You would have never known that my car had been in an accident. They were very caring and sympathetic throughout the entire process and were very flexible and understanding. These guys are extremely trustworthy and reliable and I highly recommend Auto Precision to any one who needs any service to their car. Good as new. Anatoly, Andrei and the rest of the team worked to make sure I was more than satisfied with every part of the job. After I was involved in a fender bender I shopped around for a place to get it repaired. The first shop told me I should just buy a new car, the second gave me a quote in their office without ever looking at the damage. Then I found Auto Precision. They spent the time when I was there to review the visible damage with me, we went through everything. When they took the front end apart they found other hidden damage and again took the time to show me what was wrong and offer me solutions to fix it. Auto Precision has worked on a number of our cars over the years. They have always done a great job and are great to work with. They explain all the work clearly and have always worked very well with the insurance company. The recent repair work was needed after my car was hit by a snowplow outside my Cambridge home. As I was unable to open the driver door, they even came and picked the car up, climbing in from the passenger side so as not to cause any further damage. The next day I received an estimate for the cost, and timing of the repairs. Here's the upshot of my experience: 1. Towing experience was smooth. 2. This company consists of very dedicated and skilled professionals and engineers. I asked them to install a backup camera that I had purchased. They took the work seriously and figured out whether the system works and how best to install it. Now that I have had some experience with it, I realize that they did a perfect job and I couldn't be happier. They engineered a wiring solution better than I imagined. The guys were very friendly and thorough. I had been scraped by another car and they made it look good as new in half the time they originally quoted, plus they detailed the interior as a courtesy! Anatoly did an excellent job with my vehicle. He and his team were quick and professional. Very responsive and it didn't take too long at all. They made the bumper cover look brand new.
