Top notch paint specialist who was able to successfully paint my 2014 Lexus IS 350 back bumper to perfection. In addition, painted the OEM lower portion of the bumper which is originally black to match my car color (gray). Price quote was lower than most of the competitors that I checked that promised the same service. In addition, to make sure that the front car bumper was flawless as well, removed and reinstalled to ensure that zero gaps were noticeable on the side of the car. Did not charge to complete the gap removals! Would highly recommended and will use again for my body repair needs.. read more

Global Impact Solutions is the best. I've purchased my vehicles from Meade Lexus for the last 15 years. So when my car spun out of control on the expressway last January after our first big blizzard and slammed into a snow bank, I immediately took my car to their shop. They've done work for me before, and I was always satisfied. So I insisted on them, even though my insurance company wanted me to go to their shop instead. Global did a great job on my car, which incurred significant damage to the driver's side door. It took about a month. But what was even more impressive to me is what happened, eight months later, when I came back with a complaint. I have someone who comes to my home and custom details my car. He told me there was overspray all over the right side of the vehicle. I hadn't noticed it before, but when he pointed it out, sure enough, there were small specks of white paint all over my beautiful black vehicle. I was furious! I called Global, upset, thinking that they had carelessly left my car out to be sprayed on from some other vehicle. Irving Martinez, the manager, was very courteous but insisted I come out to see why it was impossible for that to happen. I went there with total skepticism. Mr. Martinez met with me, and with utter courtesy began to explain that overspray occurring in the shop would create more of a haze on the surface than the small white spots I was seeing. He suggested it may have come from driving by a building that was being painted, or on a highway that was freshly striped. As he talked, I began to believe it was not Global's fault at all. Mr. Martinez said that, even though he did not believe they had caused the problem, he would fix it for me. He said it would take about four hours, and arranged to have someone pick the car up from my office, take it to the shop, and then return it to me when it was done. We scheduled an appointment for another day, but Mr. Martinez insisted on showing me around the shop. He clearly takes pride in it! I went inside, and found the most immaculate bump shop I have ever seen. It was so clean that, even though I was wearing a St. John suit and white driving moccasins, I wasn't at all worried about getting dirty. We walked further through the shop and Mr. Martinez showed me the closed chamber where all painting was done. By this time, I was convinced that he was right about the overspray. But true to his word, at the scheduled time the following week one of his drivers came out and picked up my car, took care of the problem, then returned it to me, right on time. Also since my car is yellow and very hard to match they went through many steps to make it match and it looks amazing. Eek!! Me thinks never go back there, once is one too many times!!! Take your car elsewhere for body shop work. They are recommended by my dealer for body shop work. Both parts they replaced in my car were of poor quality. Took way too long to get it looked at by the insurance adjuster, took too long to replace the parts. The worst part is that both parts are of very inferior quality, not at all at the expected level of performance for a Lexus. The people that work there including the front desk are very cheerful for incoming customers and but when you go there to pick up your car, they do not care to spend any time with you or even greet you well. They probably know how bad a job they do and feel guilty, so they do not want to spend too much time talking to you on explaining what they did to your car! To summarize: incompetent, poor quality parts and very slow! Also, you may want to look into working with your insurance company to see if you can get better quality parts and pay for the difference in cost. This place is not keen on helping you there at all. They are just an extension of insurance companies! At this place you are certainly not the customer, it is clearly the insurance companies. read more

Excellent work very high quality! Far better work then these so called "high end" Shops like autometric, collex,. They treat you like family and with respect. Very clean professional shop with a great front office staff. I was referred to this shop by my Lexus dealer and now I take all my cars there even my sons Ford. I took my brand new 2015 Lexus Rx350 there after I was involved in a pretty serious accident and when it was completed I honestly thought it was a different suv I could not believe they made it look like brand new again. No one can tell there has ever been work done to it. They went out of their way to explain the process and make the whole thing seamless. Hats off to this company for good old fashion customer service that I have experienced in a long time. read more

I just received my car back today from GIS for body shop work, and it looks fantastic. We have used them several times and have always been very satisfied with their work. What impressed me even more was that when the car was returned to me, there was a note taped to the dashboard by Joseph at GIS stating that a $100 bill was found under the seat and left for me in the visor! I was so impressed and touched by his honesty that I had to write this review so he would know that his good deed did not go unnoticed. Global Impact Solutions are incredible. My Silver Lexus ES 350, was hit in the drivers door. I took it to Global Impact Solutions, an as promised, they repaired and painted, and returned it within the quoted 7-10 business days. But most of all the vehicle looked like it was did when I brought it out of the showroom. When I ask people what side of my vehicle was in an accident, no one knows. I take care of vehicles and it looks as if it was never in an accident. The have an "Incredible Body Shop" staff. And both the Kim's that work there are "Rockstars" too!! And we all know people who have Silver vehicles that were repaired and repainted, and the paint jobs are noticeably visible upon looking at them from any angle. Some of my other Luxury vehicles have been in accidents through the years, and the repairs and paint jobs were really good. But once again, hands down Global Impact Solutions is by far the best. read more
