I recently got a base model Mustang and wanted to fix what the factory called a stereo so I called this shop. I was worried about keeping steering wheel controls and the back up camera. I called this shop and spoke with Charles. I was pleasantly impressed that he listened to what I wanted and took the time to discuss options. There was zero pressure and I was never pushed on a product. I ended up getting a complete stereo system with subwoofers. I hitched a ride with a friend and got to the shop a few hours earlier than it was supposed to finished and saw that they had a protective steering wheel cover and seat cover on it.
