I had my oil changed 5/24/26 at the San Jose location. They overfilled oil by several quarts. My car started blowing heavy white smoke out of the tail pipe. There is also oily marks across my paint where they ran the hose over it. After paying $160 for an oil change because my car holds 10 quarts of Mobil One oil, I am now having to drain it out. Right now, I'm now sure of any damage this has caused to other parts. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

5 minute oil change. i don;t think so. oil changed in mid jan. told i needed six quarts of oil. ok. received the bill and the 6th quaret cost $11.99 and a chrge of $5 to install. since you must sit in car with the hood up it is next to imposible to see what service if being performed. but wait...just this past week, while doing leaf cleanout under the hood, i pulled the oil dipstick. to my suprise it indicaed oil level was one quart short. now, since they cheated me out of one quart of oil, you have to wander "did they change the oil filter? returned and a quart of oil was added it showed prefect on the dip stick. carefull, make sure you understand. what they are going to do. and...most importantly , the bottom line on the work orde read more

Worst experience there ever!!! Must be new management. I've been going here for years but, today is my last visit. The first guy that greeted" me acted like he was half asleep and missed that he had a customer. I felt like asking him if I woke him up.... I kept telling them that I had an appointment and I requested to talk to the manager first to answer some questions. They pretty much left me sitting there for about 15 minutes . When this guy came over that I guess you could say he was the manager ( bad choice) he reluctantly listened to my questions and when I asked him to honor a coupon I had from 10 minute express company he backed up and just said he couldn't do it! He could have offered me their promotion , he probably could have asked his manager or something... They all seemed to have an attitude and it seems to come from him. Went here as a last minute decision, called to make sure they could get us in. They answered the phone and were very polite, said there'd be a short wait. Upon arrival there was no wait, we pulled right in. Two kind and helpful men, I think it was Rick and Ian. Rick got our info and charged us while Ian did the work. Very quick and easy. We weren't sure which oil to get, Rick kindly explained but didn't try to push or up-sell. I did have an issue with the guy working underneath my car not reattaching my skid plate, so it dragged all the way to the town center (where I discovered it dragging) and back. Okay so here's the thing, this place was great. I literally drive right in, was greeted by the friendliest staff imaginable and never had to leave my car. Plus, I was in and out in probably less than 10 minutes. I had no complaints about service at all. The reason I came was because I got a $20 off coupon for full synthetic oil and I thought I'd give it a try and see if I could save a few bucks. The thing is that the cost for an oil change here for full synthetic oil is $80! So, with the $20 off, I ended up paying what I pay typically at the dealership. The difference is that I get an exterior car wash and they give me a status on my brakes and tires there too. Here, they top off fluids, fill your tires and do what they can, but it's not the same. I did however probably save myself a good hour or more over when I go to the dealership. I recommend this place because the speed and efficiency is off the charts, but boy do you pay for it. read more

Alright so here's the deal... I have been putting off an oil change for a while now... needed one so I literally googled "oil change" and this one came up. More times than none, I get all these up sale recommendations, and told I need all this work done... mainly because I am a female, but also because that's what they do now... Today I was recommended a new oil and AC filter. BUT not only did he make the recommendation, Richard actually showed me what mine looked like, BOTH of them! Not only did he show me the old one, he also showed me the new one before he put it in, to insure good honest work was being done. Because let's be honest, no one goes home and makes sure a new filter was properly put it... That alone blew me away.. I was greeted with a ice cold bottle of water. The people that work here are so nice! I have never felt more at home getting an oil changed! I love that you just pull in and don't even have to get out of your car and you are out in a flash! We are always greeted with friendly staff and a bottled water. We took our dogs with us too. I only wish they had dog treats but they do have treats for human children. This is the first time I've visited since the switch. I went on Wednesday. There is no longer a Ladies' Wednesday deal, but on the website there is a coupon for a few bucks off. When I pulled up I told them I wanted an out the door price for a basic oil change. It was not a problem at all, and I was still given a bottle of ice cold water with no strings attached! So I ended up paying roughly $30 for the oil change. This also came with fluid top offs, and airing up my tires. They also checked my air filters. The crew of course was fast, and very courteous.
