PLEASE READ ALL PAST REVIEWS! Let me say that I called this place without reading the reviews first but saw 4 plus stars overall. So I called to confirm that this location could process the particular Registration DMV Form that I had in my hand and get their fees before taking time off work and going there. I started off with "Hello, How are You?" However, the response received was in hesitation and almost like she was bothered by a polite start to what I thought was an easy question/conversation. Holding the form in my hand and speaking to her it was odd that it seemed liked she didn't know the form I was talking about for transfer of title. I had to restate my simple question several times and even read the form name straight off the dmv form to her. After hanging up I felt exhausted from something that should have been so simple and her attitude was not kind at all. I will just continue to drive to Orange instead of going local as her quote was overpriced and totally not worth it with that type of customer service. They start off at $70 plus another $12 plus DMV fees. I felt so uncomfortable after, I then read all the reviews to confirm my gut feeling on my first impression. read more

Let me start by saying that my family has used carols services for years. I myself have had 3 title transfers done through her and she has been increasingly rude every time. Today was the last straw for me. After watching her shut down attempts at small talk from the customer before me, it was my turn. She was incredibly condescending when I asked questions about the transaction. By the end of it I was so upset with her attitude that I mentioned that this would be the last time I used her service due to her overwhelming bad attitude. She rebutdtaled with a personal insult to me. I walked away but ended up going back for a refund. She then messed up my refund and made me sign two separate refund receipts. As I was leaving she said "don't come back" and believe me, I won't. I'm unsure why my loyal business offends her. I will be using a different dmv service center from now on. She gets 2 stars only because she can get the job done if you put up with her attitude. read more

///carol has register 2 cars for me. One was a straight transfer on a '29 Ford Roadster. The other was more complicated. It was a '52 Chevy pick up that had been out or registration for a few years. It was from Hawaii, and had never been registered in California. Carol took care of registering it in California, as a Non-Op. And after getting it running, she did the current registration. Can't say enough good things about Carol, "She could register a ham sandwich". She's the best!!! read more
