They have very comfortable chairs while you wait. Although I am always on my way after about 15 -20 minutes usually with no wait at the 9 :30 time. Why are they called In & Out? Because they are quick. I was in and out for about 10-15 minutes. I went there on a Monday and it was raining. There was no one waiting and the guy just asked me to pull in a little and I just sat in my car while he was doing the work. With the $10 off check in coupon, I end up paying $50 for the smog check, which I think is a reasonable price nowadays. I will recommend this place. The only concern is since this place is small and the plaza is small as well, I am not where you can park the car if there is other people in there. I have used the services of this business twice. The first time was a few years ago and again today. Both times I received quick and excellent service. The technician who helped me today was Anh. Anh is quite competent and completed my smog quickly. My vehicle is an older year model and requires a more extensive smog check than some newer models, but the check was done as quickly as possible. During the check, Anh helped me with a minor mechanical problem with my vehicle which was not smog related. I offered to pay extra for Anh's assistance, but Anh refused any additional payment.
