If they could do it from home, trust me--they would. Nobody wakes up excited to spend their entire day sitting in a DMV waiting room. Instead, what do they get? Confusing kiosks. Zero instructions. And not a single staff member nearby to guide people who clearly need help. I watched elderly people struggle just to use a keypad. No direction, no assistance--just frustration. It felt cruel. And honestly? I ended up helping multiple people myself, and I'm not even that tech-savvy. I just couldn't stand there and watch. We're not machines. We're human beings. Not everyone is up to speed with technology, and that shouldn't mean they're left behind or made to feel helpless. This system isn't just inconvenient--it's broken.
