Nice looking place and several friendly folks working here, but I sadly can't recommend them. There's two main reasons for this, first being the inconsistent customer experience and the second being the value proposition of their services. On the customer experience side, it's been hot and cold for me. Some folks here are extremely helpful, while others seem to have thinly veiled contempt for the customers. I don't understand why businesses operate that way, and I'm not going to name anyone, but I abhor inconsistent experience when calling and walking into a place. On the services side of things, not to be too reductionist, but it comes down to cost and warranty, and I found this shop not measuring up to the competition, even chain outfits. I love to support independent and small companies but when the price is nearly triple the nearest chain shop and comes with less than half the warranty, it gives me pause. I'm looking to support the little guy, but not to get fleeced. Parts markup here is ridiculous even by modern shop standards. Heck, even compared to other independent shops and dealerships, it's over the top. They're very proud of the parts when they sell them to you, but the short warranty tells me they're either installing junk or haven't got faith in the quality of their labor. Not sure which is worse. Do yourself a huge favor and shop around before you commit to this place. You will be floored by how much of a difference in price and warranty coverage you get elsewhere. As I said, the value proposition just doesn't add up for me. If you point out the sky high prices, expect a dose of attitude from the counter guys. When a shop tells you, "I don't care if you buy it from me or not," it tells you everything you need to know. Sorry but this place is a hard pass for me. I did business here a few times but knowing what I do now, I won't return again. It's just not a good value, and they can't handle criticism about that. read more

I went to them with a Jeep emissions problem (veery common on Jeeps). These folks performed diagnosticks and properly repaired the problems found. Friendly, professional and thorough. Needed a new battery for my car today and remembered that I used Auto Rehab for my current battery (purchased in 2019) so I called them up to see if they had availability today for a replacement. Battery and install was completed within 2 hours of my phone call and it only took about 25 minutes once I got my car to the shop for them to install the battery. My service isn't done yet, but I can honestly say I've never felt so comfortable in a car place. They make you feel cared about, and considered, and as a girl coming to a place to get any kind of service done on my car can be pretty intimidating. That's not the case here. The lobby is clean, they have a cafe area, and they have a television with lots of entertainment. I asked what kind of services my car needed and instead of getting a sales pitch I was told I didn't need any major services until a few thousand more miles. All of the reviews were so positive on Facebook and I'm so glad I came in and gave them a shot. I'll definitely be back for any car needs and recommending them to my family for all their car needs as well. It's incredibly hard to find a place in this area that has amazing customer service and a friendly environment but this place is definitely one of them. read more

Let me say that my rating is reflective of their prices and not their service. The shop is very clean and the employees are friendly; however, their pricing seems over inflated. I have a Buick that failed emissions and the code indicated I was in need of a catalytic converter. AZDEQ offers a program that will assist with the repairs as long as you qualify. They provided me with a list of authorized shops and the program will pay up to $550 for the repair. Also, there is a $150 deductible. They provided me with two options. The first was $1900 for an OEM replacement and $1600 for an aftermarket. I found another shop on the program that did the repair for a third of the price. If you are participating in the program, do your homework and get several quotes. read more

Your measly attempt to deflect and distort facts would be almost laughable were it not for the obvious serious nature of the allegations you've made against myself and my family. I am only interested in setting the record straight with the truths of the matter here. Let the readers determine for themselves after that, which of us is the professional purveyor of b.s. 1/We were absolutely blessed and so grateful and humbled when the previous owners of the Lexus gifted it to our family out of the goodness of their hearts because at the time our other vehicle had just gone out beyond repair and we did not have another reliable means of transportation. 2/We have nothing but the utmost admiration, respect, and love for the couple who so selflessly helped us in our time of need and would not ever do anything to tarnish their name or reputation or hurt the relationship we have built with them by impersonating their name or likeness. We would have no reason to do so. But to further unravel your lie, let's think about it logically for a second. On a transferrable warranty, there would be no reason to pretend to be the previous owner. The fact that the warranty could be transferred to the next owner was part of why the previous owners purchased the battery and it's transferrable warranty from you to begin with. It was also something that they trusted you would honor the terms of. 3/When we came in, we were asked, "What name it was under?" So we answered the question with the name of the previous owner since clearly that would be the name you would have in your records. No false documents or indentification was presented to you at any point in time. 4/As to the claim you made about us supposedly "going all over town" pretending to be the previous owners of the car to "get free stuff" you have no personal knowledge or even secondhand knowledge to support that claim. If you did, you would have stated the actual what/when/where we supposedly did that. 5/You are highly practiced at bolstering up and embellishing the false statements you seem to conjure out of thin air. Kudos to your creative imagination, but perhaps you would be better suited for a career as a magician because at least then people already know you are dishonest and expect you want to mislead them. 6/People need to be aware that this place won't honor the warranties that they sell you-the warranties are not worth the paper they are written on. Worse yet, they will break parts on your car that weren't previously broken just to scam people out of as much money as possible. Whatever you do, don't take your car in for an inspection because they will lie and tell you to replace parts unnecessarily. Anyone with any intelligence be very wary!
