MOBILE TRANSPORT CAUSED $1454 IN DAMAGE TO MY CAR & MINIVAN!…read more These guys are by far the worst! If you get assigned this car transporter, tell them to find another one. Mobile Transport Inc damaged both of my vehicles (2001 Hyundai Sonata & 2011 Toyota Sienna) transporting them from NC to OR resulting in $1454 in damage. It took over 50 days of me writing and calling before they finally told me that they were not going to pay for any of the damages they caused. By far the most unethical car transporter I've ever worked with! You can see all the pictures of the damage they caused at http://www.lompico.org/mobile HERE's EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED: 8/31/2010: I received both vehicles and they both had paint damaged. My 2001 Hyundai Sonata had paint rubbed off the front bumper by the front driver's side tire. Caused by a tire strap? My 2011 Toyota Sienna had blue paint scratched onto the front bumper. Rubbed off from the car they pressed mine up against? The minivan was only 2 weeks old and brand new off the dealer's lot. I wrote the damage down on the acceptance forms before signing them. I Emailed pictures of the damage and the acceptance forms to my broker: Dependable Auto Movers. As a next step, I was told to go get 3 quotes for the damage. 9/13/10: I sent over 3 estimates for each vehicle. Here are the quotes I had to spend hours getting: - Hyundai Repair Quotes: $884, $899, $1002 - Toyota Repair Quotes: $570, $743, $561 9/21/10: Mobile Transport Inc claims they have not received anything so I resent the photos and report sent on 8/31/10. 10/1/10: My broker, Lisa from Dependable Auto Movers, told me to call their claims representative Tom at Mobile Transport, Inc. on Monday and he'll cut me a check. She told me to call 1-509-368-9449 because NO ONE ever answers their main number: 1-509-443-5827. 10/4/10: I called Tom at 509-368-9449 at Mobile Transport Inc. and he claims he just heard of the claim. He asked me to email the pictures of the damage and the acceptance forms where I wrote down the damage. I told him that I already emailed that to him twice but that I will email it again. I also decide to send him everything via certified mail so he can't claim that he hasn't received anything. 10/6/10: Package with letter, photos of damage, car receiving forms with damage written on them and repair quotes arrives at Mobile Transport Inc. USPS Status: Delivered your item was delivered at 11:57 am on October 06, 2010 in SPOKANE, WA 99212. The item was signed for by Y PUKLOWSKY. 10/7/10: I Called Dependable Auto Movers and spoke with Sarah. She told me that they have had lots of contact with Mobile Transport Inc. Including speaking with a dispatcher there (Mark) on Sept 22nd and he confirmed over the phone that he received everything and would pass it onto Tom. She also said she re-emailed everything on 9/21 and 9/27. She spoke with 2 different dispatchers and they said they would forward it on. She told me she would call Tom again today. 10/11/10: I called Tom and he says they need to send someone out to see my acceptance forms. I ask why since he already has a copy and he gives me no answer. I press him again and ask for a reason since he already has a copy of the forms. He refuses to give an answer and simply says it's what they need to do next. I assume this is another delay tactic. Tom then takes back what he said earlier about this being a new case and says he first heard from Sara on September 13th. I confront Tom about the fact that he's already had this case in his hands for a month! He offers no explanation or apology. I assume they take so long that you give up. 10/17/10: Tom sends George (one of their truck drivers) over to my house to see my forms and the damage. He said he would report back to Tom.. 10/21/10: I called Tom and he told me that they're not going to cover any of the damages,. I asked for his insurance company and he put me on perpetual hold for 10 minutes before I finally hung up". I called back 4 times and was sent immediately to voice mail each time. HERE'S WHAT I DID NEXT: 1. I reported them to the BBB, which rarely does anything. All the company has to do is join the BBB and my complaint can be removed. 2. I went through my insurance to get the damage fixed. I had to pay my deductible but nothing else. They go after Mobile Transport to get the rest. If they do eventually get reimbursed, they will reimburse me my deductible. Good luck. 3. Went on a one-man online marketing campaign to ensure EVERYONE knows the truth about this company. So far, so good. 4. I considered suing them, but considering the damage is under $2,000, it would be considered a small claims court case. I've won these before and you can never collect on them. There is no enforcement. SUMMARY: Please NEVER EVER use Mobile Transport Inc!

I was sent to this car company through Hilton Auto Transport (also not a great experience) and my…read morecar was being shipped from Washington State to Georgia. They showed up a day late for pick up without so much as a phone call stating that the plans had changed. I received a call on Wednesday night from a woman stating that my car would be delivered sometime between 7pm-10pm the following day (Thursday).Thursday night came and went. I called the company's work number and left a message and I also called the woman's phone number back that called me to tell me the drop of date and time and left a message. No response what-so-ever. I stayed up until three waiting for them to show up or call. Nothing! I received a phone call Friday at 11 am from the driver stating that he would be in Augusta in an hour. I asked him why I received a phone call stating that my car would be delivered the night before and no one called to update me. His only response was, "Oh, that must have been my wife." Once my car was finally dropped off around 12:30, my husband addressed the driver about the issue. His response this time was, "The company was closed and it is customer services job to contact the clients and not mine. I also don't have access to the phone numbers." My response to that is REALLY? Your wife called me two nights ago... is she your customer service line? Could you not call her and get my phone number to update me? WTH? The only good thing that was good with this company is that I got my car back in one piece without any damages. Their service SUCKS!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AUTO DEALER. I purchased a vehicle from them in August 2024. I was…read moretold I would have my title and plates in about two months. When those two months came and passed I called asking for an update. after confirming my information I was informed that the person who handled their titles was out of the office. This was the beginning of over a year of calling them and receiving the same run around. He was always out of office. I even asked what hours he would be in and called at the appropriate time only to be told the same spiel. I live an hour and a half away and after six months of getting the run around I went in and all they did was offer to give me fresh temporaries. This was only a bandaid for a wound that needed stitches. Soon after I was able to get in touch with their title person who, I found out, was one of the owners. He gave me more excuses about how there was a hold up with the DOL. I waited patiently for another six months before finally being beyond fed up and filed a complaint with the Washington DOL. I was then pointed towards filing a claim against their dealership bond. It was only after I filed a claim against their dealership bond that they got me my title and plates, two days after they had been contact by the bond. What this tells me is that they had the ability to get me my title and plates before this due to the speed at which they were able to acquire them when they were threatened with financial liability by the bond agency. In the end, I received my title and plates in Feburary of 2026. This was beyond unacceptable. I have never written a bad review but have been so incensed by the entire ordeal that I felt it was my duty to inform others before they make the same mistake I did by doing business with this auto dealership. Believe it or not, this is the spark notes of the entire process I was forced to go through to use the vehicle I had purchased.

Cannot warn you to stay away enough…read more I am now $20k into a $10k car I bought there. Sold me a Subie that they had "done all the work" that needed to be done at 200k miles. Headers, gaskets, etc. Had to take the car back in within a week because it wouldn't shift into gear from park properly. It wouldn't accelerate from a stop appropriately and would just shut itself off while idling at a stop light or sign. They supposedly got it in and said it was a sensor issue and "fixed it". (Remember that for later) Then the car dropped all its oil and seized up within months of it being purchased. They insisted it was my fault. So the "insurance plan" they sold me for another $800 wasn't going to be any good either. (Even if the oil wasn't checked in 3 months' time.... which it WAS... it shouldn't have vanished within a few months of having the engine overhauled). Of course, they offered to replace the engine, if I paid them for it. So, it sat on their lot while I found a REPUTABLE mechanic to look at it. Once I had found the best garage in town for Subarus, they wouldn't even put the car on their trailer to take it to the shop, I had to pay for the tow off their lot. And that sensor issue they "fixed"? The mechanic said all the warning lights I took it back to them to check was because someone did a quick fix by jamming/bypassing the sensor. Literally, the WORST car purchasing (or mechanic) experience I have ever had. Ric (salesperson) was rude and felt comfortable swearing around my wife and son. Should have been my first red flag. I just thought he was trying to be "buddy buddy". Nope, turns out "Skeezy salesperson" is a stereotype for a reason. Stephanie started scolding me on the phone when I called and was upset with the weeks of delay that involved all these issues. YOU MUST AVOID THIS CAR LOT AT ALL COSTS.

Instead, I received text messages from the dispatcher who apparently seemed too busy or irritated to provide any answer. The dispatcher replied saying that they would call back or let me know about any details, only followed by absolute silence. After the car was picked up, it took them two weeks to deliver the car. There was a snowstorm that caused this delay, which makes sense, but again no one was there to inform me. I got in touch with a driver a few times, who provided me with wrong delivery dates. Then finally when they delivered, they gave me a half hour notice. It was a different driver, from which I presume that the driver stopped by their depot in Washington or someplace else. There should have been enough time for them to notify me sooner. I had to stop what I was doing and rush back home to receive it. Overall, horrifying experience with NAO auto, and I would strongly advise those who are assigned this company when shipping cars directly or through a broker agency, to think again.

After discovering that my vehicle had been damaged during transportation, I promptly reported the damages to this carrier so that they could verify them. I then contacted their carrier's insurance agent in order to file a damage claim and so that they could verify the damages as well. After the claim was processed, NAO Auto disputed the claim and refused responsibility of the damages. Even after comparing irrefutable before pictures of the car's pristine condition, which had also not been driven and was garage kept prior to them handling it. Their insurance adjuster also verified the damages and did a comparison of the before and after photos of the vehicle as well. Many weeks by and NAO continued to be avoidant and ignore the insurance claim. Above all, they refused to take any responsibility and own up to the matter. After several attempts to reach a satisfactory solution with NAO Auto, I reached out to the Better Business Bureau for further assistance on the matter. Which resulted in this business not responding to the Better Business Bureau as well. After several more weeks, NAO continued to ignore phone calls, and gave no explanation of how the damages occurred to my vehicle, and ultimately refused to pay for the costly damages. NAO Auto is an very unprofessional company and they do not handle these types of situations accordingly. I strongly urge anyone to stay far away from this company as they run a shady operation and have no shame in mishandling other people's property.
