He bolted them. Then we called Josh again to put a toggle switch(battery disconnect) into our pull car. And another time to prep our motorhome for our next run. Josh is fast, efficient, very reasonable compared to many mobile rv repair operators. We have tried more than 4 different mobile techs and I can definitely say Josh, Bear Ridge Repair is the best! After his inspection he called and spoke with my husband about the issues he saw as more important. We received the full report (almost 200 pages!) the next day. They had my trailer for five months, and when they finished the ramp they charged me $5200 - twice the original estimate - and didn't give me either a receipt for my payment or an invoice detailing parts and labor. The ramp was badly built and a few months later it literally fell apart. I wanted my money back but Todd offered to rebuild it instead. The rebuilt ramp was built just as badly, they put all three lift assist springs on backwards, and within a couple of months it literally fell off the trailer because it was attached so poorly.
