John was very easy to work with, very responsive to our questions and was able to schedule within a week of our contact. After his inspection he called and spoke with my husband about the issues he saw as more important. We received the full report (almost 200 pages!) the next day. It included a LOT of color photos illustrating the issues. This allowed us to advise the dealer of concerns and we'll be taking the report with his next week when we go to pick up the RV so we can refer to it during our walk around/walk-thru. I rented an RV from Northwest Recreational on July 13th 2021. As it was very warm day, we used the…read moregenerator to operate the roof top air conditioning. The generator quit and would not restart 45 minutes into the trip. A call to the NW Recreational and Cruise America yielded no help unless we journeyed to a repair place the following day hours away from where we were located in the Idaho Panhandle. In addition, the unit was not clean, in extremely poor condition and maintenance. The toilet smelled horrible and was almost not useable. The lack of a generator prevented the remote camping we intended for our week of rental. While driving, the front end vibrated and the windshield wipers were worthless when we encountered rain. Further, the refrigerator froze everything and ruined some of our food. Northwest Recreational was not helpful with our problems whatsoever. They pointed the finger at Cruise America and Cruise America pointed the finger at Northwest Recreational. With no resolution on our issues from either party's part, we are left with disputing the rental charges thru our bankcard. On our day of returning the unit, we were charged two additional small amounts that Northwest Recreational had not clue what the charges were for and said they could not reverse the charges. Bizarre, yes. Northwest Recreational is extremely difficult to deal with. I would highly recommend not doing business with Northwest Recreational.

After two years, I had forgotten how to attach everything and called Chucks to ask if I could get their assistance. I didn't think it would take but 20 minutes for the instructions and the lady at Chucks stated that they would charge me $140.00 for the information to assist. I was told that I had already been given instruction when I picked it up the first time 2 years ago, which I have never used since then. Guess what! the car pin did not attach correctly and with the assistance from RNR Service centiends my er they fixed it at no charge.
