My auto leveling was never fixed, I asked for two more batteries to be added, instead they just replaced the two they installed a couple of months ago, and I had a slide moving very slow. I highly recommend this Les Schwab. Note: We did stop at the Les Schwab in Deer Park first on our way to Spokane and they told us, "if you don't have an appointment, we can't get to you until after 6:00 pm". It was 12:45pm and I hadn't heard from them so I called to see if they had checked it out. The guy was short with me, said they hadn't and that they couldn't give me an estimated time, but to "rest assured" they would call when it's done. It was 2pm and I still hadn't heard. My right from work was going to leave soon, so I tried to call again, they picked up the phone, put me oh hold without saying anything. They didn't that multiple times and eventually just hung up on me. I called at 3:15pm and finally got the lady and she said that there were still NINE walk-ins in front of me so it would still be a few hours. I said that I had plans at 4:30, so I was just gonna come get my car. But asked if someone could just go out and at least look at my tires and tell me about the tread. I got there to pick up my car, and the lady at the front desk said she went out and looked at my tires, not even one of the mechanics, and said that my front tires are in a "gray area" and that they do have tread on them, but they might not be great in the snow, but my back tires are great, so I could just rotate them. They didn't measure the tread or anything. This was all around really disappointing service. Had they told me when I dropped my car off that there was potential at 3:30 PM There could still be nine people in front of me. I would not have left my vehicle. They need to be transparent about their wait times. I don't understand why they wouldn't just take a peek really quick, knowing that I'm not asking to have any work done. I just want them to look and get it out-of-the-way.

These service advisors are not good people. They are trained to just pull in money. They don't treat customers like anything but a cash cow. Btw, I had a Bronco sport that was 37,000 miles when the engine lights came on. It was trying to stall on me. One of the employees stated, "Oh yeah, Broncos are known for this." Since it was no longer under warranty the advisors refused to talk to me unless I paid $225. Great business. Way to keep the loyal customers.

I've been turned down by two other auto shops for a cabin air filter change because my car was "too complicated" to have it changed. Excuse for "We don't want to". Patriot Auto didn't even question it and now I don't have to have my fan on full blast to get a half decent AC airflow in my car. That's not a big deal to some, but my engine and I are thankful in this 90°-100° heat. I'll be back!
