DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AUTO DEALER. I purchased a vehicle from them in August 2024. I was…read moretold I would have my title and plates in about two months. When those two months came and passed I called asking for an update. after confirming my information I was informed that the person who handled their titles was out of the office. This was the beginning of over a year of calling them and receiving the same run around. He was always out of office. I even asked what hours he would be in and called at the appropriate time only to be told the same spiel. I live an hour and a half away and after six months of getting the run around I went in and all they did was offer to give me fresh temporaries. This was only a bandaid for a wound that needed stitches. Soon after I was able to get in touch with their title person who, I found out, was one of the owners. He gave me more excuses about how there was a hold up with the DOL. I waited patiently for another six months before finally being beyond fed up and filed a complaint with the Washington DOL. I was then pointed towards filing a claim against their dealership bond. It was only after I filed a claim against their dealership bond that they got me my title and plates, two days after they had been contact by the bond. What this tells me is that they had the ability to get me my title and plates before this due to the speed at which they were able to acquire them when they were threatened with financial liability by the bond agency. In the end, I received my title and plates in Feburary of 2026. This was beyond unacceptable. I have never written a bad review but have been so incensed by the entire ordeal that I felt it was my duty to inform others before they make the same mistake I did by doing business with this auto dealership. Believe it or not, this is the spark notes of the entire process I was forced to go through to use the vehicle I had purchased.

Cannot warn you to stay away enough…read more I am now $20k into a $10k car I bought there. Sold me a Subie that they had "done all the work" that needed to be done at 200k miles. Headers, gaskets, etc. Had to take the car back in within a week because it wouldn't shift into gear from park properly. It wouldn't accelerate from a stop appropriately and would just shut itself off while idling at a stop light or sign. They supposedly got it in and said it was a sensor issue and "fixed it". (Remember that for later) Then the car dropped all its oil and seized up within months of it being purchased. They insisted it was my fault. So the "insurance plan" they sold me for another $800 wasn't going to be any good either. (Even if the oil wasn't checked in 3 months' time.... which it WAS... it shouldn't have vanished within a few months of having the engine overhauled). Of course, they offered to replace the engine, if I paid them for it. So, it sat on their lot while I found a REPUTABLE mechanic to look at it. Once I had found the best garage in town for Subarus, they wouldn't even put the car on their trailer to take it to the shop, I had to pay for the tow off their lot. And that sensor issue they "fixed"? The mechanic said all the warning lights I took it back to them to check was because someone did a quick fix by jamming/bypassing the sensor. Literally, the WORST car purchasing (or mechanic) experience I have ever had. Ric (salesperson) was rude and felt comfortable swearing around my wife and son. Should have been my first red flag. I just thought he was trying to be "buddy buddy". Nope, turns out "Skeezy salesperson" is a stereotype for a reason. Stephanie started scolding me on the phone when I called and was upset with the weeks of delay that involved all these issues. YOU MUST AVOID THIS CAR LOT AT ALL COSTS.

I second the only other review posted. I had my mother's car shipped cross country as my father…read morehad just passed and my mother was moving closer to me so I can care for her. The driver, and as I've discovered, the business owner Troy refused to come to my parent's place upon the pickup date scheduled and made her drive to an alternate location for pickup. We were in a bind and made it work. The car was slated to be delivered on Thanksgiving. I abated my plans and waited for the car to arrive. I finally heard from Troy late in the afternoon/evening. He demanded that I meet him in a back alley and had asked for cash only. I have a business property that the car was to be delivered which is in a major 5 lane road with a middle lane where semi"s unload all the time for my metal fabrication business. He told me that my address would not show up in maps, however the address shows up in all map applications and has been a valid address since 1934 as family has owned this property. When he finally arrived he was very aggressive. He threatened to "finish you" ,spit on me and assaulted me. I kept backing up to give him space. You can be the judge based on the video. I told him that he was on camera and have clear signs posted of video monitoring. He still continued. I took delivery and have video of every moment. This man is a very aggressive individual. Beware and don't meet him in a dark alley as he tried to make happen. Full video will be provided upon request. Assault charges are being filed.

WARNING: Auto Haul Express (also operating as AutoCarShip.com) engaged in what I can only describe…read moreas a bait-and-switch scam. We were quoted $900 to transport our car cross-country and booked THREE MONTHS in advance. Our rep, Steve Bravo, was extremely responsive -- until we signed the contract and paid our deposit. After that, communication became a one-sided effort on our part. We periodically checked in to confirm our pickup date and were repeatedly told "all is good" and that we would be contacted one week before pickup. One week before -- nothing. We reached out multiple times and were finally told we'd be contacted the day before with a pickup window. The day before -- no call. We sent multiple calls and texts -- no response. The day OF pickup -- still no response. After hours of waiting and trying to reach someone, we received a single text saying the truck was full and our car would go on "the next truck." By this point, we had already traveled across the country. Our car was left at a friend's house on the East Coast with no pickup in sight. A week later, after again chasing down a response, we were told it would cost an additional $2,000 -- TRIPLING our original quoted price -- to ship our car. Meanwhile, friends who used a different transport company had zero issues -- no communication problems, no missed pickup, no price increase. Their car arrived on time. Ours is still sitting on the East Coast. This company takes your deposit, goes silent, misses your pickup, and then holds your car hostage for triple the price. Avoid at all costs.
