Bought two trailer tires this morning. Came back in the evening and only one was mounted so I had to wait 45 minutes for the other one. While installing them at home I discovered that one tire had 0 pressure and the other one had 20 pounds. Plus the tires were a year old (dated March 2025). I had a nail in my tire (tire was still fully inflated) and my husband took my car to Belle Tire first thing on Monday, 3/16/26, morning to see if they could patch it. They told him that we had to buy a whole new tire because they were not able to patch it. This may have been a money grab, but we trusted them. They said they had to order a tire and then "worked" on the car all morning and told my husband it was ready for pick-up that afternoon. We paid $228.85 and picked up the car that Monday evening. I drove my car to and from work for the next three days, which is all freeway. On Thursday, 3/19/26 evening I was shocked to see that the same tire had a nail in it. My husband called Belle Tire and they asked for his name and then said to bring the car back in, which I thought was odd. When we went back in, they admitted that they never put the new tire on the car that we had paid for. Go figure, they then took 10 minutes to put the tire we had previously paid for on the car. I was FURIOUS that we had been scammed. When I questioned this further, they said they did not know that they had made this mistake, but when my husband had called and said his name, which is a unique one, they said to come in right away, leading me to believe that they were fully aware of their error and were waiting to see if we would notice. After they actually put the new tire on, they offered us a free oil change for the next time we come in. No apologies, no refund and no discount offered for their major mistake of fraudulently charging us for a product and service that was not delivered that directly put me in danger. I have no interest in ever returning to Belle Tire for an oil change so they again can say they did a service for me but not really do it. When I left Belle Tire after actually getting the tire I paid for, they knew that I was displeased, to say the least, about being scammed but again offered no apologies or solutions for that. When I pressed further on a recourse of action, the guy we were speaking with said, "well you already paid for it." I would think that a company like Belle Tire has the capability to process a refund. I then asked for the Manager's name and contact info and was provided Bruce's card but was told he would be out of the office until Monday. My husband has called Monday and Tuesday and Bruce is still not in the office. There has been no follow up and we still have been offered no solutions for the product and service that they scammed us on. read more

Used Belle Tire for many years. The last three visits for tire repair have been awful. They sell you with this free tire repair but when you take it in they tell you it will be ready in a week. Not everyone has a second car. This is also the case at the Canto location. Both times I ended up going to the Sheldon Road Auto Repair and got it done within a few hours. read more

They have always handled all of my oil, changes, tire, rotations, and any other thing that is causing trouble in our cars outside of warranty. They have never let us down. I made a appointment to get tires and when I drop off my truck I was told it take one hour but I was waiting for over three hours and was never notified that it would take extra time pls be consistent on your customer time. I'm a service technician and have service calls to do. Now I had to tell my customer to waiting till the next day as I was never told an eta. This is the 2nd time I have had a tire issue in the last 6 months...ugh. in the middle of the winter, I walked out of work to find that I had a flat front passenger tire. I had AAA come out and put the spare on. I called Belle Tire when I got home, and was told I could stop by first thing in the morning to drop off the flat tire and they would see what the problem was. I had the tire back that afternoon. Yesterday, the rear passenger tire was not holding air; by the time I got out of work, it was too late for Belle to be able to do anything for me; but again, they said I could stop by first thing in the morning. I was there when they opened at 8 a.m. They got me in right away, and I was on the road by 8:25 with my tire repaired (it had a piece of metal in it). Oh...and the best part?! No charge for either of these tire repairs. Everyone there was so kind and considerate to me. I really appreciate that, considering all the pressure everyone is under nowadays. Service is always trashy here and Erick is the worst smh. I walked in today at 3PM just be told "we cannot get that done today" all I wanted was an Uber inspection. I left here and went to the Canton, MI location and the service there was way better they finished the inspection In 30 minutes. The canton location is my first pick moving forward and the manager at the Plymouth location can thank Erick for my new decision because I will never return. I purchased a set of all weather tires for my 2018 Mustang at a good price from the Plymouth Belle Tire. I made an appointment to take off my Hankook Ultra High Performance tires (6,040 miles) and install the new all weather tires Saturday. I was told it would take one to two hours. I called the store and said I wanted the Hankook's saved and loaded in the car. I sent my son to Belle Tire for the tire change that took 3 hours and the tech lied to my son and said the tires were worn out and needed to be discarded. They are almost brand new and still had 1/4"+ of tread! My son called me and I told him to go back in and get my tires, they argued with him but in the end they gave them back. The tires are in great shape. I am so mad that they tried to take advantage of my son and steal my tires. Never go to this store, they cannot be trusted. read more

I've gone to multiple different Belle Tire locations for years for both tire service and repair service. I had a recent experience the implicated several Belle Tire stores, especially this one, and now I won't be going to any Belle Tire ever again. I took my car to the Washtenaw Ave. location in Ann Arbor to have my brakes checked, and I mentioned that I had been told my rear brake pads were low. When I picked up the car, I was told that the pads were fine and that they had plenty of life left in them. The service representative actually kind of mocked me for thinking that the pads might be low and told me not to listen to people who don't know what they were talking about. A couple of weeks later, I started to hear noises that sounded like worn rear brake pads, but I thought it couldn't be the brakes, given what I had been told. Later, I brought the car to the Ann Arbor Road location in Plymouth and was told that I needed new rotors, calipers, and pads in the back because I'd been driving with worn pads. When I authorized the repairs (after complaining about the Ann Arbor store), I was told that the car would be done by the end of the day. I emphasized that I needed the car first thing the next morning and that I would make other arrangements if they could not fix the car by the end of the day. They assured me it would be done on time. When I called shortly before closing to ask if it was ready, I was told that a mechanic had been taken off working on my car to do another repair and that the car would not be ready as promised. It was not finished until nearly noon the next day. They did give me a $75 discount on the repair, but I'm completely dissatisfied with the chain. I suspect the Ann Arbor store did not want to fix the brakes because only the pads needed replacing and they were under warranty. And the Plymouth store just did lousy job of managing their work flow. When I complained to Belle Tire corporate, I got no response after describing the situation. UPDATE: After posting this review, Belle Tire contacted me, conducted an investigation of my complaints, and gave me a refund of $140, which represents the cost of some of the components in my brake work. I think that this is a pretty reasonable response, and I appreciate their attentiveness. Although it does not make me feel better about everything described above, it does help redeem my opinion of the chain as a whole. read more

Good Customer Service: Estimate called for replacing both inner and outer tie rods, but after disassembly, found that the outer tie rod was not needed. They did not charge for these parts. Also, actual parts cost was revised at time of service to be lower than original estimate. Parts Availability OK: Was able to get the tires and tie rod parts I needed, but had to wait 2 days for tires and 5 days for parts. Labor Rates Reasonable: $70/hour. Wait Times Long: Had to wait 3 hours for tire replacement due to hoist availability and over 2 hours for tie rod replacement and alignment. read more

Went to the Plymouth Road Belle Tire because it's less than a mile from my work, which makes it very convenient. I needed an oil change and tire rotation (the rotation & balancing is free because I bought the tires from them). I also needed to have my alignment checked. They informed me that I had a broken front sway control mount, and that the dealer would replace it free under the extended warranty, they also let me know my brakes were getting really close to needing replacement, which I had started to feel as I stopped. I told them to go ahead and do the brakes as well. The alignment check was good, and free of charge. They did a thorough job of everything, at very reasonable prices, and very quickly. What more can I ask for. This is my "go to" service place for non-warranty issues now! read more

In my years as a Belle Tire customer, I have never had bad service. I have also never had a reason to really tout their service, until recently. My left rear tire, installed last year by Belle Tire, had recently begun a slow leak. It would not get flat, but it would slowly lose air over a two week period whereby I would then need to inflate the tire. I took my car in this past week, explained what was happening and Belle took a gander at it for me. 30 minutes later, my name was called, they handed me the keys to my car and said that they had removed a bolt from the tire and patched the hole. When I asked about the bill, the sales manager told me that this was their pleasure to fix and there would be no charge! A pleasant surprise during the holiday season, for sure. read more

Went to RIC & ROCK'S (Canton) have my tailgate latch (Chevy Uplander) repaired, rear brakes looked at for noise. Quote was $1500!!! Hatch latch was over $600 needed replacing as it was brass (Chevy doesn't use brass in latches), complete brakes, front end parts, struts ect. I couldn't afford this and it's an old vehicle. I went to Belle Tire Plymouth were I get my tires & oil changes. Through review by 2 mechanics, without telling them what RIC & ROCK'S had found, $61.00. NO broken struts or front end parts and only needed brake hardware kit. I asked for an alignment and it was only out 2 degrees. You have my business from now on. read more

I bought my tires here. I took a tire in off of the car to get repaired. They said it would take days. What the gd good is a warranty when they will fix it when they want. I was in line, heard a lady buy a whole set of tires that would be delivered tomorrow, and she could get her car done the next day. This location only cares about customer purchasing tires and not those that have bought them with road hazzard warranty. Go to Discount tires if you want better service. The best parts: - You can make your appointment online and get a confirmation. -- The sales team are courteous, pleasant and attentive. -- They explained what they were going to do to my car, and how much it was going to cost, before they actually performed the service. - The waiting room has free wireless, and very convenient plugs for laptops and iphones!!! Got a ton of work done while I waited! -- Tire prices were comparable to Sam's Club, Costco, TireRack --- Service rates were comparable to Sam's Club and Costco -- For $15 per tire, I got free replacements on the tire, for the life of the tire. If one tire gets a nail, and needs replacing, I can get all four replaced for free. It took 2.5 hours + to do the tire install and alignment, but they did a good job, and I was able to get work done during the wait, so all good. I have taken my Montecarlo there countless times. Some days they service there is great and other days the people there just seem stupid and don't know what they are doing. Also, every time I have taken my car in they usually just tell me they can't find anything wrong with it, or that they found something and "fixed" it, even though it did not get fixed. Highly disappointed in this location. Been going to belle tire for a long time but they truly lack customer service skills. Initially when I went in they were quick to tell me I had to get all four tires replaced although I had one flat tire and the other tires had life left in them. Well i got all tires replaced with no problem. Now I come to pick up my vehicle and all of the workers are just standing around staring at their phones. Looked as though they were waiting to see who would decide to help me. As I'm standing there waiting and waiting and got treated with zero respect. There was definitely a switch up from trying to sell me something as opposed to just getting my vehicle back. I'll be the first to admit that I don't know anything about cars, so when a beeping went off in my brand new car I panicked. As soon as I got home I looked through the manual and found out that luckily this was just about air pressure in my tires. Hubby was out of town on business, so I came here. As soon as I walked in there was no waiting and someone was kind enough to come outside and put the air in my tires. Don't bring your manual car here. I asked the guy at the counter if he wanted me to pull it into the garage and he said I couldn't because of "policy." That's fine and I respect your policies. So they get a teenager to pull it in. After he can't find reverse and almost hits the concrete in front of him, he gets it half way into the garage and then has to navigate a little closer in. Cue redlining the engine. So bad that another employee has to get him out and jokingly asked where he learned to drive stick. Then the next employee proceeds to do the same thing and stalls the car. They finally get it in place and fix the flat I had with a new tire. A third employee tried I back it out and proceeds to redline it in reverse and I finally stepped in an said bag was enough and I didn't want to buy a new clutch today, too. They mutter "ok, that's fine" and move aside. I hear nothing about policy this time and pull the car out. What good's a tire if your clutch doesn't engage again? read more

Belle Tire in Northville (8 Mile Road) is the absolute worst place you can take your vehicle in for tires or alignment. I purchased 4 new tires and alignment. They did not align it correctly, I gave up after the third time, spent entire morning, every time a different excuse, as to why they could not take my car in for alignment. That said, be aware to take your vehicle in for service there, go somewhere else. I will be disputing the charges and go from there. read more

great service, reasonable prices for what you get. usually they are fast but they are so popular that sometimes they are overloaded with customers. not looking for bargain basement price here, i'll pay for high quality because i do not want to go back... busy. they do far more complex repairs than tires. they seem to use after market parts not OEM but i am alright with that. they also seem to find warranties to help you if you get a fail rather than you having to bug them about it. at least 3x they have done warranty repair for me on things they have previously worked on because the part or tire blew. this is not bad luck, i wear down cars a lot due to high mileage and i have been going to Belle for a long time. you have to pay for labor sometimes on warranty repairs but the parts are often covered (1 year maybe?). for any kind of indie shop, this is "wow" ... you can't even get those fly-by-night warranties that some dealers try to sell you to fix hardly anything. ask me how i know. dont buy those warranties, just save your money for the belle tire people to fix it for you if anything goes wrong on your used car. read more
