    I called ahead of time to ask if once I purchased the windshield whippers, if they would be able to…read moreput them on. I was told "YEAH WE CAN". By "ROGER"!! I go purchase them and while this older gentlemen is going to get the item for me, "Roger" comes from behind one of the back aisle, and asked "Am I being helped ". I said yes I am. So I pay for the whippers, than I ask "Can I have roger help put them on for me". Keep in mind he just asked me if I needed to be helped 1min ago. I can see him in the back aisle doing nothing. He tells the older gentleman that is ringing people up, when he asked him to do it, that " He never said he would put them on himself". When it is his job to assist and HELP! Especially when "ROGER WASEN'T EVEN DOING ANYTHING AT ALL. YET HE WANTED TO TURN AWAY FROM HELPING EVEN WHEN HE JUST ASKED ME IF I NEED HELP AND WHEN I DID HE MADE A PISS POOR REASONING TO NOT HELP, SO THAN WHAT IS HE GETTING PAID FOR? Than the older gentlemen went back to ringing people up, and the woman that works there took the initiative to say" ILL DO IT". Even when she was busy finishing ringing people up. After she was done I looked back in the store window and "Roger" was still standing around doing nothing. For him to come to work and only want to clearly just answer the phone and ringing people up, but forget to do the other half of the job which is going outside and give assistance like he's paid to do, and than wants to pick and choose what he does, than while everyone else is occupied he wants to hand things off on them with is not ok!!! To the woman that works here that is going over and beyond and doing what the men get paid to do and should do and can do and rather she's busy or not she seeks to help. "Roger" iS lazy as hell, he's not a good team member, and to say he never said he was going to do it but he said "YEAH WE CAN" which he ment the people that work there and last time I checked, HE WORKS THERE!! THANK YOU TO THE OLDER GENTLEMEN, he was white and the WOMAN also who was white. I don't remember there names so I just wanted to point out who they are. Id rather go to NAPA before I deal with Autozone. I'M never going to this location again due to "ROGER"!!!

    I went to AutoZone off of Beltline and Josey to get a diagnostic test because my car was stalling…read morewhen I would turn it on and the rep said he didn't know how to do it and just handed me the code scanner and told me if I wanted to do it on my own to bring it back and he could give me the codes but he didn't know how to read them so I could Google them. Also informed me that he was trying to close early at 9PM And mind you I was there at 7:30PM. I don't know jack about cars so I went to Advanced Auto Parts and the worker, Angel, was so helpful and patient! He took his time to do the diagnostic and even checked my battery. He offered to fully charge my battery because he thought this may be the issue. After fully charging my car started perfectly and he even went so far as to asking if he could recheck it just to be sure. He noticed a leak on the battery and suggested to purchase a new one when I was ready. He looked up a battery for my car and gave me pricing and details. Best customer service and didn't feel rushed. I won't be going back to AutoZone.

Since COVID-19 hit, it had been awhile since he had went to the store but needed to return a part that he did not use. Apparently the manager KD was very rude to him and made my dad feel very uncomfortable. My dad was meet with an attitude and raised voice when trying to get his money back for a part HE DID NOT USE. He was told he could only warranty the part out which is ridiculous and seems like a scam to keep someone's hard earned money. My dad feels the store is not what it used to be and the customer service he received from the MANAGER was very unprofessional.

    Excellent experience! My 2003 Acura TL, S-model was completely dead on July 4th (of all days!) when…read moreI came out to start it around 5:30 PM. Had to call Roadside Assistance to jump it so I could get to O'Reilly's Auto Parts for a new battery before they closed. They said it was the alternator not the battery. Contacted DFW Mobile Repair and Hamm responded immediately with a price quote to fix it. Set up the appointment for mid-afternoon the next day, July 5th (Sunday, on a holiday weekend). Hamm was certainly knowledgeable, and after testing, said it was BOTH the battery and alternator. He replaced the alternator (which he had brought, having had my prior information as to car and model) and then drove to O'Reilly's nearby for a replacement battery which he then installed. In short, Hamm was responsive, capable, courteous and efficient. DFW saved the day (although I lost most of the holiday weekend with the problem!). Pricing wasn't cheap but was competitive I'd say. Give DFW a shot. Their customer service and mechanical work was outstanding. They also have a shop in addition to their mobile repair service. I will certainly consider them for all my future work!
