They told me what they could do left the room a couple of times and came back to a lower price acceptable to me and the man I married. USAA unfortunately did not. They spoke with me to discuss other options. Financing with another company was out of the question, no more hits on my Credit. It was one price or return the keys. I feel confidant in my decision to purchase a car from them. If you buy Used life isn't always that full bowl of cherries it's not like they sit down and say how can we screw them - not the feeling I got. Instead it wasn't horrible disappointing at times but that was not on them. They are suppliers guys and gals - don't be so negative go in with an open mind and that will be that.

1 star. Absolutely…read morethe worst customer service I've ever experienced. The service manager, Aaron Tolliver, was dreadful to deal with from start to finish. My wife was treated like a joke the entire time and was met with dismissive, sexist behavior instead of professionalism or respect. She specifically had a conversation with the service department requesting that they contact her before performing any work on the vehicle. They completely ignored that request and proceeded with service anyway without authorization or communication. Then they essentially held her car hostage until she paid for the work. At one point, Aaron even told her, "sorry you have a broken car," in a sarcastic and unprofessional manner instead of attempting to resolve the situation or provide actual customer service. This was easily the worst service department experience we have ever had. We will never return and will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney General. Avoid Rainier Dodge's service department if you expect honesty, communication, or basic respect.
