    This one's long pending - My wife and I decided to buy a car that was listed on their website and Steve exceeded all our expectations on this purchase. He went above and beyond what any car dealer would do and was completely transparent and honest about the pricing. We spoke over the phone multiple times to work out the specifics and Steve and his wife had everything ready for us when we went to their store. This was an extremely refreshing car purchase and we wrapped up everything in under 2 hours with zero hassles. I had read all the reviews before going for the test drive and went in with very high expectations. But I'm happy to say that these guys still went above and beyond and surpassed all my expectations with their service, honesty and simplicity. I highly recommend these guys to any new car buyer, you wouldn't regret it one bit! :-)

    Can't say enough positive adjectives about this place and the experience I had with them. They're an amazing young couple who truly put your wants and needs first. They want you to be happy, they get to know you and get a feel for what you like and are incredibly knowledgeable/passionate. They make you feel like a friend with no pressure whatsoever. I highly appreciate Full Throttle Auto Sales. My car came from CA with a few normal scratches to the front bumper (anyone who's lived in a major city and parallel parked knows this is inevitable) They made sure to have it specially fixed and went ahead and did the rear bumper as well, none of this changing the promised (AMAZING!!!) price. They also detailed the car to the point of looking absolutely brand new. I had been car-hunting for several months and went to several different dealerships, and none compared to the level of detailing. Their car selection is superb and they're just great people. They are very honest and up front. There was a small gap in the Carfax and Parichat was able to very quickly find the missing information and send it to me. They respond to emails almost immediately! They helped walk me through everything with ease, lessening stress. They have relationships with loan agencies and can recommend what's best for your personal needs. The place itself, as others have posted pictures, is quaint with very cool artwork and crystals for that positive energy ;) and they have a gorgeous female black German Shepherd, which my 8 year old son now insists we get. They have a shop connected to the office with some hard-working mechanics who know their "stuff". There's also more beautiful artwork on the walls in there as well. I was so frustrated and had test drove over 20 cars it was always something. Car wasnt as advertised, mileage too high, I was 4 mins too late twice, staff was rude etc. I wasn't in a hurry because I have another vehicle, but I just wanted this particular Lexus. Did my early morning internet search as I'd done every day. There she was. 2017 Lexus IS200t. Black on black. Tinted windows. Perfect mileage and all the options I wanted. In Tacoma too? No way! I jumped on it via email and got Aaron. Nicest guy ever and I was straightforward about what I wanted to pay. He was straightforward that wasn't going to happen. No problem. I'll keep looking. I left the convo with "well if it's still sitting there and you just want it gone, I'll give you X (closer to asking) cash out the door. He explained that probably wouldn't work and thanked me for my time. I never caught a hint of attitude from him. 2 days later as I was just about to cave and get a lesser car, he text me that they would accpety cash offer. I flew down to test drive it. When we got back, he asked me if I was done shopping. YES! Let's do this. Off to financing. Where I met Tiffany and Shelly. Both very friendly and personable. The type that just make you feel good about doing biz with them. Signed all the docs and needed to come back the next day with the balance. Easy process again. Got the keys and I'm driving my baby home on cloud 9. Got maybe 5 miles away and the tire pressure light came on. I was so upset. I didn't think the dealer did anything shady. I know the car had sat and they needed to jump it. So it threw some things off. I immediately called Brayden (owner?) And he told me to make an appt with service and they'd give me a loaner. Which I did. Called John in Service. Explained what was going on. He booked me an appt and when I arrived he gave me world class service. Listened to me and came up with a fast, equitable solution. One day later I have my car back and couldn't be happier. The entire staff treated me exactly as I'd treat a client. Legally, they didn't have to do the little corrections. There was zero hesitation to do the right thing. Brayden said he wanted me.to be satisfied and I am. Thank you Brayden, Aaron, Tiffany, Shelly and John. You are all the best!

    BUY BEWARE!!!! First off EVERY car I've drove was manual. I even drive a Manual Semi. That being…read moresaid... Went to buy a 2017 Subaru crosstrek manual from them. Test drove it, and it was fine. Everything seemed well. Upon delivery I heard a BAD clicking sound! Said I would not accept this and they said they'd fix. Took the car back so they could check it out. 4 days later they called me and said they'd couldn't find anything even after driving for 100 miles. So I had to go down to check it out. They didn't drive it even 10 miles. Yes I looked at the odometer. I proceed to drive for a half hour and come back, btw their shop looks WORSE than the shop I worked at, IN THE ARMY!, and we ALL know those can be bad. After coming back and hearing the sound I stand around and wait for the "shop foreman". Rather a joke of a man. I tell him to get in, he sites right seat and I BARELY turn out of the parking space and immediately hear the sound. He looks at me confused, and I Have to tell him it's either the CV axle, or the differential, and that they need to fix. Two weeks later they tell me it's ready to go and that they not only replaced the CV axle but the transmission too. Now here I am under the car at THIS VERY MOMENT, replacing the "new" cv axle they "just did". As a mechanic myself, I know when shts been worked on, and this hasn't. Yes "maybe" they did something to the cv axle("repaired it"), but the transmission was NEVER replaced! That was a LIE! There's NO evidence they even did anything but some lock washes on some questionable bolts. If the did "replace the cv axle", why did this one fail now if it was new? Now I know what you're thinking, and YES the part numbers match on both axles! So why if this one was new(from Subaru) did it fail SO fast if this was the only one new? So there's NO doubt in my mind that they lie! The trans is NOT new, as is the axle. They LIE! So keep looking and DO NOT BUY HERE! Picture for reference on the axle. If you know mechanics, or even if you don't, explain why this happens on a "new" axle(from the manufacturer) when it's only been driven on the road and for less than 4 months and bought this VERY year! Please go somewhere else! Put these people out of business! Oh! And too the business, if you really want to dispute this with me, back date your purchase order on these parts!(because I know it didn't happen). I'm gonna want to see those! Should've asked for them in the start! But I was Too trusting. Learning myself here.

When he came home from the dealership I saw that the car was dirty, the floor of the car needed a vacuum, immediate red flag. I asked my husband why the car was dirty and he responded that they were really busy and he didn't mind cleaning it himself. I thought for an over $20,000 car this should have rolled off the lot cleaned and detailed. Days later my husband got a call that they needed further income verification, which I found odd because papers were signed and he had already driven off the lot. 3 days after this my husband took the car back to the dealership because the check engine light had been on. While on the lot they informed him that they made a mistake on his employment , they thought he was a Walmart employee, which he is, but works for Spark Drive and the dealership said the bank doesn't approve when the car is being used for deliveries etc. which is odd because at the time he signed he was approved based on his credit and income. After driving the new car for a week they had my husband return the new car and he was given his old car. During all of this I was working and was not part of the process of him buying this car however when it was time for the down payment I called and I provided the $500 down payment with my card, no problem. I have not heard of a dealership doing this before, our previous neighbors owned a car dealership and I have bought 3 cars myself. Since I was working during all of this I called the dealership myself and spoke to who my husband had been dealing with, the manager, (Kenny). It was very evident that the dealership did not cover their bases at the time of purchase. Kenny (the manager) explained how the bank doesn't approve when the car is being used for deliveries etc. which again makes no sense if your income is there. He continued to say he'd be happy to sell us a car based on my income if I wanted to be a co-signer. I informed Kenny (manager) that something wasn't right, between bringing home the car that was dirty, the calls back later for further verification, and then informing my husband that the bank no longer will finance due to the error they made on his employment, all this AFTER signing and driving off the lot, not to mention they already pocketed $500 off us, we will not be returning to this lot. The manager condescendingly and repeatedly told me he hopes "I have a fantastic day!" Well Kenny I hope you have a fantastic day as you read this review.

What I wanted was a Volvo XC90 as I enjoy the ride in Volvo's and did not need any fast talking person to talk me into any other type of purchase. I was pre approved so I thought this would be an easy purchase Bull. They told me what they could do left the room a couple of times and came back to a lower price acceptable to me and the man I married. USAA unfortunately did not. They spoke with me to discuss other options. Financing with another company was out of the question, no more hits on my Credit. It was one price or return the keys. I feel confidant in my decision to purchase a car from them. If you buy Used life isn't always that full bowl of cherries it's not like they sit down and say how can we screw them - not the feeling I got. Instead it wasn't horrible disappointing at times but that was not on them. They are suppliers guys and gals - don't be so negative go in with an open mind and that will be that.

I was disappointed with how my concerns were handled and felt I had to seek help from outside agencies while trying to resolve the situation. This experience created major financial stress and delayed the start of my business. My advice to anyone considering buying a vehicle here is to have it inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing, carefully review the vehicle history, and keep copies of all paperwork. I replied with Great, thank you. Received a call from, Chris the next day. I wasn't ready to buy a car yet however we talked about options and I viewed the website. Told him would call when I was ready. The insurance company finally paid off my car (financed). I didn't really want my credit ran and couldn't afford to pay for the. Rental returned it and went next door to see what was available. Great cars in the lot all clean and ready to drive. No negotiating all prices are listed and firm ( not a problem for me). Ok so this is what happened I told him look I don't want you looking for financing for no reason the other loan won't reflect paid. Showed him the payment being sent to insurance gave him my info and we found financing in less than five actually several banks approved me. The best part is the car that I ended up getting wasn't even the car I thought of buying - I drive a couple of cars and based on our conversation Chris pulled the car of my dreams in the front I drove it, loved it Went inside and made the purchase. I appreciate my Salesperson Chris for directing me in the right direction because I didn't see that car any place and it met my price point. Happy Driver

I call and get immediately disconnected. This is a corrupt company, I will not buy anything from these a-holes again.
