From there everything about the car shopping experience was very positive and friendly. I just bought a Lexus IS 250 here a few days ago and it was a great experience, which I don't feel is a common among dealers considering there's pages upon pages on the internet about how to deal with dealers. Steve and Parichat aren't there to play games and squeeze every penny from your wallet they are the owners so you don't have to wait for your salesperson go back and forth with a "'manager". I really felt like they wanted to make me happy as a customer and were very transparent about pricing. Steve is knowledgeable about cars and seems to only carry cars he truly believes are great. By far the easiest car buying experience of my life. The inventory listed on their website is what is located at the dealership. Now, the dealership can be difficult to find, but if you think you are in a huge commercial storage area, you are there. They don't have onsite financing yet, so make sure you have your financing options ready, but if you have any questions the owners are eager to help. They took my trade in with a broken transmission and didn't up sell me any unnecessary warranties. While we were in the office we even called the Nissan dealership to verify the warranty on the car I was buying was still in effect. The car I purchased was immaculately detailed, full tank of gas, and the owner even went through a before purchase walk through. On top of all this I got the plates and registration in less than 2 weeks. I had the college plates and they went to the DMV and arranged for the transfer from my old car to the new car. No joke!! I saw a beautiful red sports car advertised online, so I had to make the trip to Full Throttle Auto Sales to check it out! I was greeted very kindly by Parichat, as Steve was away for the day. The car was even more beautiful than the pictures! I took the car out for a test drive and loved it! Top flight car buying experience! After 6 years wth the same old ride, I decided to buy electric and after several months of hunting for the exact car I wanted, I found it at Full Throttle. The entire negotiation consisted of trading emails with the owner. We reached a mutually agreeable deal with my first offer via email, and so all that was left was to trade a cashier's check for the keys. One of my conditions was a deep dive into the cars computer. I didn't want anyone else's issues. He was willing and able to so on site. He has two very capable and surprisingly honest mechanics also. After scanning the vehicle it had a couple of engine codes from days past. He was extremely honest and upfront about what was causing the codes and what would be involved in fixing them. After having all options reviewed, I decided to have him purchase me a different car. He searched far and wide. Found the exact car I wanted in Virginia. Reasons why I happily recommend and would buy from again: Onsite mechanic that was part of the team, took personal pride in fully assessing and completing onsite repairs to all vehicles prior to sale (he spoke with me at length about my chosen car and even did a compression test for me) Husband and wife team, compliment each other wonderfully and are clearly committed to customer satisfaction. I've never seen that level of personal attention from any dealership. Before I drove away Steve did a final inspection (unasked) and noted a minor issue. I am a big fan of the concept.. And honestly buying a used car is a risky bet especially a German car.. The warranty they offer is worthless, I have spent 7500 in repairs in three months, so don't count on the warranty claim being utilized. I was also promised an extra key and manual, somehow they can't get one????, I am not trying to discourage people from buying from this nice couple, but just do your due diligence, I am far to trusting that people will come through, but that being said, they do offer nice cars and deliver a well detailed car. Give it a try but just make sure to have the car checked out.. and really ask about the warranty, because when a dealership offers a warranty as a "bonus" to buying the car, it should work..there warranty covers nothing that will typically go wrong, Lesson learned.. read more
