Since purchasing my RDX in 2024, I have exclusively used your facility for maintenance; however, a recent visit to an independent service center revealed that my air intake duct assembly had been improperly installed, with multiple clips broken or missing. Additionally, the technician noted that the drain bolt required replacement. The independent shop provided efficient, cost-effective service, including filter replacements, within ten minutes. Furthermore, I have serious reservations regarding the operational conduct of your service department. On previous occasions, my vehicle was retained for the entire day, and I observed evidence suggesting the car was used for personal errands by staff, as it was returned with significantly less fuel than when dropped off. I also discovered unexplained tire abrasions and damage to the driver-side rims upon retrieval. When I previously raised these issues with your team, my concerns were dismissed. Consequently, I intend to limit my future interactions with your service department strictly to warranty-related matters.

We bought a warranty, that covered them to replace ONE SIDE of the motor but not the other, and that took MONTHS (by some backyard mechanic he has) ! Then it took them 3 months to get the transmission fixed. While they had it they burned up the full tank tank of fuel and put in it and they put 1000 miles on it ( said with the shady shit they did with the warranty company they HAD to put 1000 miles on it and have it for 30 days ) However they didn't state that to either of us prior to me calling after they had it 6 weeks to see what the status on it was. and when I called he stated that they had just pulled the tranny then I asked when I could come get it and he rudely stated that transmissions don't go in over night ( Ummm yes they do) He did some shady shit with the warranty company to get the tranny fixed finally got it back, drove from Glenoma to Point Defiance Zoo and it over heated in Lacy at exit 111, I was stranded there for 6 hours with 3 kids. Now the jeep is at OUR mechanics shop being fixed properly. The motor is blown!! And now the warranty company don't want to cover it! Says it was out of antifreeze...ya it blew all the water out of it!! Moral of the story is this guy is an absolute crook in my opinion! I bought this shitbox 9 months ago I have literally put 400 miles on it since the day I bought it, 200 of those miles where taking it back to Mills Motors to be fixed ( and it never was fixed properly just with band aids) I now have had to take a 5k loan to have the motor fixed THE RIGHT WAY and have to fight with the warranty company. MIlls motors was beyond rude to us everytime we called, even left my old man a message saying he needed to put me on a leash cause he doesn't appreciate being threatened with attorneys, so I am no longer threatening, I am getting an attorney and calling the attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I RECCOMEND ANY CARLOT BUT THIS ONE. He wouldn't even give us a loaner while he had the jeep for MONTHS on end! I totally believe he reset computer codes to sell this Jeep to us, and slick 60'd the engine oil. He is a giant POS in my opinion.
