*ATTENTION* Please Do NOT Buy From These People! Please read the 1 star reviews for honest feedback…read moreinstead of what seem to be fake 4 and 5 star reviews. The first thing I want to note is that, in my opinion, so many of these reviews for this business are AI or otherwise falsely generated. It's very easy now for businesses to pay for or generate reviews and it seems to be the only thing these guys do well. I went to Hanania to see if they were in the market for purchasing our vehicle. We were in need of a tow vehicle and ours was on its last leg, so we thought we would sell it and use the money to put down on a new one when we were ready. Hanania was local and convenient. We were lowballed on the amount they gave us ($800) which seems to be the exact same offer as every other person who sold a vehicle to them regardless of the vehicle, but we weren't desperate and didn't have time to shop around, so we took the offer. They took our vehicle and told us that they would be mailing a check and that it would be to us in a couple of days. It took two weeks to get paid for the vehicle that they had already taken from us. We finally had to contact their general manager to get a check written for us that we had to travel to Jacksonville to pick up. That same general manager spoke with my husband, talked a good game, and assured us that it was a one time mistake and that he would personally take care of us when we were ready to purchase our vehicle....we fell for it. When the time came, we gave them another chance. Here's where it gets bad. We went to the dealership and spoke with "Jack". Jack said I was approved and he just needed to find the vehicle we needed and that he would let us know when he had one. So, we waited. And waited...when he finally called and said that he had exactly the vehicle we wanted and it was ready to be shipped to our location, we just needed to give them a down payment, so we did. They took money from our bank account. At this point, we are more than 10 days into this transaction. We then got a text from Jack asking us if there were any other colors that we would accept, we were very confused....wait, what? I thought he already had our car on its way and that's the reason we put $$ down. WTH? So, he gave us some lines about the color not being available and we continued on since we were already into the transaction pretty deep. When another week of us asking questions and getting no responses went by, I started getting more aggressive with my texts. Then we got a text that he was having trouble getting me approved. What in the absolute scam did I get myself into? At that point, we had already lost out on several events because we didn't have a tow vehicle. I decided to get the General Manager involved. When we contacted him and told him what was going on, he said he would "get in the middle of it". They still have our money at this point. After several more days of waiting, he texted us that there are no vehicles available that match what we need, but that we were pre-approved for a different truck on the lot and that he was going to text us a picture of the sticker and if we like it, he would get the ball rolling on it. The text with the picture never came....from the general manager (Paul). We messaged him and called and still no text. When we finally got in touch with him after the weekend, he kept telling us that he was still working on it. WHAT? At this point, Jack has stopped communicating with us entirely even when we messaged him. They still have our money. More than a month after we began the transaction, gave them a down payment, and communicated with someone as high up as we could go, we had gotten nowhere. I had finally had enough and told them that they needed to give me my money back. It took them almost a week to give it back. No apology, nothing. Just a text that said that it had been refunded. Then came the letters. They hit my credit with inquiries 9 times. Yes, that's right....9 times with hard inquiries. More than 40 letters in the mail about inquiries into our credit. These people need to be sued.

Worst Experience of my life. Sales department GM (Paul…read moreAcevedo) HAS NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. (YOU DEFINITELY DON'T WANT TO BE A PART OF HANANIA FAMILY) I bought New jeep that leaked the first 27 miles. They wouldn't take it back..my car was in the service department. $1500 to get it out. I've decided to trade it in. They said I wouldn't have to pay if I traded in. And they still charged me to service my car that I used for the trade in. I've (NEVER) heard from them again. DON'T BELIEVE WHAT YOU HEAR IN THE COMMERCIALS. Just so happens the guy from the commercial was there. He walked around with a sense of entitlement . BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE. EVEN WHEN I BROUGHT THE OTHER JEEPS TO SERVICE. (NIGHTMARE) Stay far far away from any HANANIA FAMILY dealership YOU'LL REGRET IT. 3 months the HANANIA never called me back. THEY JUST DON'T CARE. I purchased a car from Wholesale Auto Mart in May, 2015. I probably spent 2 weeks asking…read morequestions, receiving additional pictures, having the dealer do a "walk around" while I was on the phone, etc. I also received a CARFAX report, so I felt like the car should be a good one. It only had 26,000 miles on it. We agreed on a price and I thought about renting a car to drive 800 miles to pick it up. But I asked if shipping was available, and we agreed on a price for that. I agreed to pay the shipper when the car was delivered. I knew it was a used car and did not expect it to be perfect. But when it arrived, I knew there was a problem. MELDEW! The odor was very strong and the carpets were wet. I was buying a convertible and was told that the back glass was loose when they received it, but it was repaired and the top was still good. But the car was never dried out and obviously the back window was not the only problem. I found water still in the trunk, with all the jack parts and spare tire cover ruined from the water. I removed all of the carpeting and found worms and bugs still living under the moist carpeting in the front passenger area. I cleaned all of this out and repainted the rusty floorboards, but the top was still leaking. There were some small holes close to the front of the top. I spent $1,500 for a new top, and still am getting water in from the weather striping, and from under the glove box. When the car was delivered, the shipper would not take any money. I was told the company would bill me. Then I found out that the dealer mistakenly agreed to pay the shipping. They did pay for shipping, but the money I have been out trying to fix this car has been 4 times what the shipping costs were. It's September, and the carpet and seats are still out of the car. I cannot find all of the leaks. I have spent $1,500 on a new top and over $250 on new weather stripping. I have no recourse, but watch out! I have never bought a car without inspecting first, and I thought I could trust this dealer. But he had to know about the leaking and meldew issues. It's the first thing you smell when you get in the car.

Deal Time Cars & Credit…read more This company has no care about their customers! I am not a customer and never will be! But I have a friend that is. She bought a Nissan Armada from them in October. Since then, she has had that vehicle for approximately two and a half weeks. They seem to have issues with getting parts to fix things that are under warranty and calling it a "favor". In the meantime, I have been driving her to work every day. That makes my drive to work twice as long. That's twice as much gas. Twice as many oil changes. Twice as much wear and tear on my car. My friend has a family to take care of. She can't lose her job. Though she is in possible danger of losing her second job. She's making payments on a vehicle she doesn't even have in her possession! I'm not complaining about helping her. She would do the same for me if needed. I'm complaining because I have to help her because the company and corporate won't help at all! They won't provide her a loaner. They won't do anything except ask for patience. She's been patient. I have been patient. Oh, they did defer a payment. So as a reward, she gets to pay extra interest. Yay. If you are a local and need a vehicle, steer clear of Deal Time Cars and Credit. They will rip you off time and again.
