After the repair, the replacement compressor immediately started making a loud noise, and I had to bring my vehicle back. Just three days later, they had to replace the compressor again because of the noise. Before I dropped my vehicle off, there was no check engine light. When I picked it up, the check engine light was on. The shop told me it came on when they started the vehicle. After inspecting it myself, I found the intake sensor near the air filter housing had been left unplugged. I reconnected it myself, but the check engine light later came back with a P0113 code. I also discovered the air filter housing was cracked around the screw mounts, which was not damaged before the repair. Even after paying for the repair, they only fixed the front A/C. The rear A/C still blows hot air, so the problem I brought the vehicle in for was never fully resolved. Instead of leaving with a properly repaired vehicle, I ended up making multiple trips back to the shop, finding workmanship issues myself, and dealing with additional problems after the repair. This experience has cost me time, caused unnecessary stress, and left me with a vehicle that still isn't fully repaired. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. Before leaving your vehicle anywhere, take photos beforehand and inspect everything carefully before driving away.

He had a doctor's appointment that morning and asked us to arrive at 11:15 am, which we did. After explaining the issues, he diagnosed the problem by 12:30 pm and recommended four items to be fixed. The total quote came close to $2K which was more than I expected. His initial assessment aligned with what my former mechanic had said, but additional repairs--especially replacing the spark plugs. While that hurt the budget, I understood the necessity. I had afternoon commitments, so I asked if a loaner car was available. I truly appreciated Edward lending me his Toyota Camry so I could make it to my event. He promised my car would be ready by 5:30 pm and I returned to pick it up as scheduled. Unfortunately, within five minutes of driving, the engine light came on and the car began shaking slightly. I immediately returned, and Edward told me to keep the loaner car overnight and come back on Wednesday so he could run a more thorough diagnostic. On Wed around 11 am, he texted to say the car was ready. I picked it up at 1 pm, and I've been driving it for several days now with no issues. Overall, despite the initial hiccup, I'm grateful Edward was able to take me in, stand behind his work, and ultimately fix my vehicle. His willingness to recheck the issue and provide a loaner car made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
