The price of an oil change may be a little bit pricier than a Mr Car Wash, but I feel better about coming here. Ben first told me about how my car and other Toyotas tend to burn through oil quickly. Sometimes when I came in for 3k Mile oil change, I would have almost no oil left. Ben was the first one to tell me to check it every thousand miles and add more as needed. This past time, I heard a weird grinding noise on my brakes. I came to take in my car. Ben wasn't there but the other guy looked at it and said that my brake rotor on my back passenger was damaged and I needed to repair it before more damage. It was $250 for 1 brake rotor and pad repair and $320 for both. I figured it made sense to get both done, since he's already working on it. He got my car fixed in around 3 hours on a Wednesday before Christmas. So thankful! He was super helpful, quick, knowledgeable and efficient, especially for being the only guy there that day! Wait room only has 4 chairs and some National Geographic magazines. Usually no one else is waiting, so it's fine! Xfinity Wifi is available and is pretty fast.

He will give you a complete breakdown of what your car needs and even send you a quote with all the parts and labor included for a total price. He will recommend/suggest what he believes is the most important part to fix on the car first but ultimately lets the customer decide what they want to fix so that they have the funds do to so and not break the bank. I have taken my car here 1999 Honda accord LX and gotten it fixed up and also my moms car 2013 Toyota corolla, all taken care of at a reasonable price. The turn around time on his work, depending on how much he has to fix is surprisingly really fast I would say from a a few days to a week at most for a major repair. He gave me his personal phone and business phone number so that I can call anytime and he has never not answered me so he has great customer service. Finally even when he was closing up shop and I was having issues with my car he still had the decency to stay after hours to help me, if that doesn't show what kind of man he is then idk else what will!
