I drove around all morning hoping to find a place that could patch a windshield crack from spreading. After many unsuccessful attempt where businesses were not open or just pricing issues, I found Discount Glass Auto that was glowing with positive reviews and auto glass was their specialty so I was confidence in their work. I agreed to the service knowing the process of drilling a bullseye to relieve pressure, follow with resin filling. I was extremely disappointed with their work when receiving my car. I voiced my dissatisfaction to management and was told "Well, we stopped the spreading didn't we? Our tech does 4 to 5 repairs a day so this looks right to me." I understand the service is a quick fix and cosmetically, it won't be perfect. But coming from a reputable business, I expected "4 or 5 repairs a day" to come with little more finesse to their work. I've had previous repair done along side the road and the work was more acceptable than this. 3 gnarly looking drill holes that I'll be staring at until I can't stand looking at it anymore. read more

I stopped by Discount Glass Auto to see about getting a ding repaired after being told by a larger chain that they couldn't repair it. Upon inspection from their tech they told me that they could attempt the repair, but their repair may or may not work and they suggested a replacement. I was torn after having gotten the quote from the larger chain. I told them and they informed me that that was much more than it would cost with them. I went in and got quoted to a price that I'm still amazed was so great. Two days later, per my schedule, we had it installed in little more than an hour. They even took care of a rust spot without even asking and did it as per their service. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know! read more

I can not say thank you enough. My car was broken into while dropping off my child at daycare at 8 am this morning. Horrible way to start off the morning but by 1pm I had my window repaired. After calling a couple other business and hearing their outrageous prices and no available times today Discount Glass Auto was literally my life saver. Front windshield replaced and was $100 less expensive than competitors but when I left I noticed chunks of glass all over my interior and exterior. my husband went up there to get my windshield replaced. Come to find out my new windshield had a big scratch on it. when my husband pointed out there was a huge scratch they set up another appointment to get another one on my car. When he went up there they said they will be canceling the appointment because the other windshield they had in stock was also scratched. Why couldnt they call us. Its a thirty minute drive one way.
