He explained why the cost was so high at the other shop and relieved my fears I was getting ripped off. If I had it to do over again this gentleman would be doing the job. They tested out and told me that I would need my transmission rebuilt and it would cost me $6000.00 and when I asked to get me keys back ,so I could get checked out somewhere else, they really tried me to let them take care of it. I got my care back and took it somewhere else and was told that it was the sensor going out and need transmission fluid and it will only cost around $800.00. I will not ever go back to AAMCO ever again since they were trying to over charge me for the service.
