I took my car in because my window stopped working. Seems pretty straight forward-please fix the window. They charged me $155 for full diagnostic of the entire car, instead of just focusing on the window. Window motor was fine, electrical components fine. Just needed a new cable. Repair cost $472 and charged me the full diagnostic price(no folding it in or discount). Final cost $627. That's wild. Before going in, I thought: this might be my new go to mechanic and I wanted to keep business local. My window is fixed- so thank you. But, will not be going back. read more

Had a slight overheating on my van and they did three pressure tests. One to find a hose leak, another to verify, then another after returning for the same issue. They tightened a clamp (either missed, or mis-installed). Now the radi-neck is trash and cap doesn't fit and can no longer pressure test with another mechanic. The owner means well, but I can't trust their techs any longer. Also, loose and missing bolts are so basic it's inexcusable. read more

GREAT PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE! This is a fairly new place, only opened a couple of years. It's easy access off Crater Lake Highway (62) in White City. I made an appointment to bring my car in for an annual checkup. They booked me for the very next week - virtually no wait! Staff are all very friendly and courteous. Waiting room has padded comfy high back chairs so the wait was really quite pleasant. I didn't need any repair work so I can't evaluate that. But ... get this ... There was nothing to be done at this time so they didn't charge me!! When did you ever hear of such a thing? They could have changed the oil (unnecessarily) or invented SOMETHING to make a sale, but no. They were honest and fair. You can't ask for more than that. I would definitely recommend this place. We lost our drive shaft and a tire went flat while climbing the pass on I-5 heading to California pulling our 38 ft. 5th wheel. Blueline was called by our insurance company Good Sam. Trevor the owner arrived within the hour, towed our 5th wheel to an rv park while Tanner another employee towed our truck to the shop. Within 3 days we were back on the road! I wanted to post about my experience with Blueline Automotive in white city. I really needed several repairs to my diesel truck, so I decided to give them a try. I could not be more pleased with the level of service. GREAT communication by text and by phone, and they went the extra mile to get the job done by my deadline. They use a really great online tool for their work orders/estimates, and you can accept or decline each recommended service, and pay online as well. The work is high quality and the staff is very friendly. They are solution oriented, they think outside the box to solve problems. You feel welcome there for sure! Can't say enough about how awesome they are. I was driving through the area when my car stalled and the owner went above and beyond in multiple ways to get me comfortably to a hotel while waiting for a tow and get my car done late Friday night so I could continue my journey over the weekend as I was on my way to a new job starting the following week. Trevor, the shop owner is an incredible dude! Me and my partner had a flat tire on the side of I5 at night and Trevor stopped to help us out. He was incredibly nice, knowledgable, and helpful. He was able to get the situation completely turned around for us and got us back on the road incredibly quickly. The owner of this business, Trevor, is literally an angel walking among us and I don't think I've ever met a kinder person. He went out of his way to help my partner and I when we were caught on the I-5 with a flat tire in the worst spot possible. Not only did he help us remove the tire from the car (outside, in the dark as it was raining, on the side of the interstate) but, he helped us get a new tire, and then put it back on the car for us as well. His care and generosity really took me aback - it's rare to come across a soul like his. I believe it was never a question in his mind whether to stop and help us or to keep on making his way home to his family after a long days work. We will sincerely never forget what you did for us. My cars alternator was shot and my car shut died driving down I-5 trying to get to California, USAA wanted to just tow me around and every single place said that it would take about one to two weeks just to get the part in. The tow truck driver told me that Blueline is where their company takes their trucks and id have a much better chance to get my car seen that day if I went there. So I said why not. The owner personally came over and asked what the problem was and told me that he'd make sure I was on the road in no time. Now let me tell you, they said it would take two hours before he was done, but within 45 minutes I was back on the road!!! Our car broke down in Medford on our way home to Portland from Lake Tahoe. We didn't know a soul anywhere near Medford so online reviews brought me to Blueline Automotive. They took my car into their shop on the spot, performed an overall inspection and diagnosed the issue as quickly as possible. I shared the diagnosis and repair estimate with my regular shop in Portland and they confirmed it was a very reasonable price, comparable to what they'd charge. Trevor had the car repaired the same day and went WAY out of his way to make pick-up for me convenient and efficient. If I lived in or around Medford, this would be my regular shop. Wouldn't recommend this place. I took my suburban to blueline. The quote they gave me was about 10-20% higher then all the other transmission shops that I called. They also told me my brakes needed to be serviced but they wouldn't just do the pads but I had to do the rotors also even though my current pads were not completely worn? Lastly, on the quote it clearly says that the part they were quoting to replace would be new. When I asked if they had a reconditioned option he said actually the quote was for a reconditioned part...??? the price for the part was by far the highest that any other shops quoted me and I called at least ten others after receiving bluelines quote...very fishy!! Picked up my vehicle to take to different shop!! Buyer beware!! read more

Trevor is absolutely awesome. We were on a road trip from Southern Ca and the air conditioner in our Subaru started going out and In this summer heat with a lot of driving ahead of us still we needed the AC fixed ASAP As we were heading further north to camp. We were referred to him by another auto shop that was backed up and although close to closing time he told us to come by for him to check it out and ended up not only figuring out the problem but fixing it as well as taking us back and showing us exactly what the problem was and what he was doing.
