I first came here with a Groupon for a wheel Alignment. They told me my lower control arm needed to be replacement and was quoted 90$ for labor and 125$ each for parts. I asked what if I get my own parts would you do the install for the 90$ this turns out to be a lie. I came back when my parts come in and now they no longer can do it for the 90$ ,now they want 150$ This shop cant honor their own words so I can only imagine what other shady things they do here. So if your looking for work done do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I came in for lower arm replacement? What else did I ask for? . I Initially came in for an Alignment with my groupon and you told me I need the lower control arm done. Quote me 90$ for labor then change to 150$ when I came in. I found this place on Groupon looking for a wheel alignment. I called to make an appointment first. When I walked in I was greeted, the young lady at the front desk was very nice and pleasant. I was there only about 30 minutes. The only thing I would say is that they told me I need my shocks done...I don't know if I believe that because I know literally nothing about cars. I owned an old 2008 accord sedan with an high 253k mileage. I came last Saturday for an oil change here. Saw alot good reviews and wanted to give it a shot since the shop is closer to my house and I need to find a reliable good auto service for my car for a long term service. I waited almost 28min for an oil change and was told that I need an extra half oil quart(brought my own oil and filter). I took my time to go purchase another 5 quart jug. Came back and the front desk staff told me, they might charge me if I wanted them to top up another half of an oil quart. She paused by saw my displeased expression and told me to wait. Another tech. came to my car and measure my oil before pour the half of quart oil. He told me that I had enough oil and doesn't understand why that I needed more oil. I don't feel safe to bring my car back when they can't even do a basic oil change properly. Smh! read more

My experience at auto store repair was not very pleasant. I walked in and no one greeted me. A man was talking to another customer turned to me and said what do you need. I told him I'd like it inspection please. He turned it back to his customer that he was looking at not even looking at me and responded yes it down. The girl the front desk was very sweet they took my key and did inspections It took about 15 minutes for the inspection and the guy came back hand me the papers handed me the key didn't say a word about anything and just walked off. Johnathan Gil the Texas Vehicle Inspector went over all my concerns and started working on my car...They have plenty of sitting so don't shy away from bringing your whole family to this local business joint. I over heard a conversation a fellow patron was having with one of the mechanics, he mentioned his AC wasn't working and the mechanic asked for his keys so he can start working on the customer vehicle. Highly disappointed....I needed my oil changed before getting back on the road to Dallas. Found a Groupon deal and decided to call to verify before making the 40 min drive. Spoke with a young lady over the phone to verify Groupon offer and book an appointment. She confirmed availability, asked for my personal info including the make and model of my car, and shared that there would be an additional fee for disposal not covered by the coupon. I was fine with that because I would still be saving....so I thought. I arrive, IN THE RAIN, only to be told that the synthetic oil offered in the Groupon deal is not suitable for my vehicle. I'm offered a credit for my Groupon purchase but still have to pay the difference which puts the total at the same if not more than what I would have paid had I just gone to a location closer to where I am staying. Not only have I wasted time and gas driving all the way over here but I'm not saving anything at all which was the intent of using the Groupon. Employees need to be aware of these stipulations in order to inform the customer before committing to service. I'm trusting you as the professionals to know what is best for my vehicle... this is your job. I will be more diligent in my search for auto service providers. read more

First, the manager was extremely rude and not at all welcoming. I tried asking him technical questions, but he told me to go inside and ask the receptionist. Second, the full alignment service that was incomplete. Was told new shocks were needed therefore the rear could not be aligned. I can understand the need for new parts but I do not accept the attitude. Don't work in the service industry or customer facing if you're not friendly and have attitude issues. Since moving to Houston , I couldn't find reliable car services that didn't charge arm and legs. On 10/30/2017, I came in for State Vehicle Inspection, chose this place because of great offer posted on Groupon. This place is very Groupon Friendly. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the staff, and they immediately asked if I had a Groupon, as if they read my mind. The whole process was seamless, I showed them my phone and in a minute everything was ready to be inspected as I waited for about 10 minutes. The staff is super nice, everyone offers beverages and is very friendly. The waiting area was pleasant, didn't feel like I was at a dreaded mechanic shop, but instead in a friendly atmosphere with TV and coffee. Went for my oil change... used a Groupon and it's true if you tell them that you are using a Groupon the owner Juan I believe is his name will tell you to come in he will give u a better discount. He only charged me 45 dollars and he didn't even charge me for the additional quarts of oil.. my car uses 7 quarts. I had an appointment at 10 but I arrived at 9 and they had no problem taking me off early. The shop had just opened so I was in out within 30 min. I give it 4 stars because I was asking the guy a question about if I was getting my oil changes to early and he didn't understand what I was saying . Friendly and honest staff. I tried to get an alignment done but had some mechanical problems with my suspension that would have negated any benefit. He took me into the shop and showed me exactly what was wrong, advised me to find a mechanic rather than quoting me himself. He said I would just be throwing my money in the trash if I went ahead with the alignment. I think this approach was very transparent, as he did not pressure me into letting him do it. Don't get your alignment done here, I've been through a horrible experience. First, they charged me an extra 20 dollars just because my car is non-american although I told them that the car was BUILT in united states. They break their promise as they're just trying to get you into the shop. then they take your money, give you a half-ass job while my car was pulling to the right strongly after the job, and then they wont even try to fix it or give your money back. they would just ask for more money, they wanted an extra 75 dollars to fix the half-ass job they performed. Then, they will blame it on a part or something else just so they can take more money from you. felt like a complete waste of money and time, take your business elsewhere. read more
