We text at least 50-60 times, multiple phone calls and finally had a deal. After running my credit I notice the deal on paper was not as discussed. I point it out and then was told I misunderstood even though I have text evidence that I was not misunderstanding. Conveniently the sales manager I was dealing with the whole time was not available to talk after the "misunderstanding". These guys wasted hours upon hours of my time for days only to try and get one over on me after telling me one thing. Do not trust this dealership and staff they are your basic car salesman with nothing but their own interest in mind and will try to take advantage of you. Should have looked at all these terrible reviews on here about them before I proceeded dealing with this clown show.

Then once I finished all my finance paperwork they let me know someone else was looking at and test driving the same vehicle. The manager Devin come out to talk to me and is extremely rude. Good luck selling cars with a management like that. And to the younger guy helping me yesterday!! You did awesome!! I'm sorry your management is so unorganized.

I have read a FEW comments about less than satisfied service at this dealership. I was hesitant…read moreabout patronizing the business. However, I am very cautious and over analytical. After much leg work tracking down firsthand experiences, I came to the conclusion that much of the dissatisfaction was due to unrealistic expectations. I searched the Internet and was overwhelmed with postings indicating almost all dealerships denied any knowledge about the situation. I chose to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 Overland/Summit in for repair. Deriata, the service contact was honest, upfront, and confirmed the issue was a common well known issue with several models. She wrote the service order, followed up with me about diagnostics, cost, and expected timelines. I found the service department was very busy but very organized staying focused and expedient, and meet deadlines. Additionally, they recommend two new tires which I already knew to be true. I responded I regularly dealt with a local tire dealer and wanted to stick with them. The dealership responded "I understand and agree that you should". Not another word about the subject. The repair was not cheap but was involved and justified. They found an open recall, repaired it, and did not mention anything about bringing it back for another appointment, or any cost or inconvenience to me. They just did it while they had it. Dealing with the salesmen in the sales department is another story.

When I do finally say I wasn't interested, they still have my car keys and I have to demand receptionist get them for me or I will walk into "employee only" office myself to get them. Felt like I was being held hostage. And seriously, I don't care how low you get my payment, who the hell with any intelligence finances a car for 7 years ? I will still be buying a Fiat 500x when my lease is up but will drive to Fiat dealership in Greer SC or Knoxville TN. Also I have never had a car salesman not show me everything about the car. I was only told about stuff if I asked about it.

I live in Asheville and had 3 recalls on my Chevy HHR I had to get done plus 2 other issues I…read moreneeded fixed and an oil change. I called 2 different dealerships in Asheville and both were rude, had horrible customer service and gave us the run around with trying to make an appointment. The dealership on Patton Ave even told us over the phone they would provide a free rental car due to the recalls, and when we went to drop it off the next day told us they didn't and basically we were stupid for ever thinking they did. We left immediately without letting them service the car. My husband located Waynesville Chevorlet on Google and called to inquire about services. They are 30 minutes outside of Asheville, but from the time we made the appointment to the time we picked up the car their customer service was A+. They answered all of our questions with definitive answers, already had all of the parts in stock and was very easy to make an appointment with. We were able to drop the car off the night before the appointment with their over night drop which made it super convenient with their limited hours (8-5) and our work schedules. I expected the 3 recalls, 2 repairs and oil change to take minimum 1-2 full business days just from past dealership service experiences. They called us the first day they had it to say it was ready to be picked up at noon! They made my 2 repairs and oil change with full inspection for $87. I was expecting it to be much more. They saved me money on my rental car, had amazing service from top to bottom and made the process so easy and painless. Definitely worth the extra drive.

They get their feelings hurt when you battle them about prices. Remember they are commission based and managers make to management by the amount crooked deals they screw people over on and make money for the dealership owner.

Well after a false start on my previous visit, I must update my review. Ken Wilson called me back…read moreregarding my bad experience. Dustin the GM was very apologetic. Did not try and make excuses. He just wanted a chance to earn back my business. He brought me a loaner car, picked up my truck for warranty repairs, plus a replacement key for my wife. Hers was stolen with her purse. Today my truck was delivered back to me with all repairs complete, a new key, and a 4 page inspection of my complete truck with recommended future maintenance. It was as clean as I gave it to them. (I just had it detailed the day before they picked it up). I was a little concerned as it might get filthy on the lot. Nope. Great job Ken Wilson/Crossroads Ford. Thanks Dustin. OH...and no charge for any of it! Even the key. It's a good day.

Thankfully, we were only seven miles from a dealership. After having the car towed, the service team immediately started working on the issue, despite their busy schedule. Although they were unable to obtain the necessary part on a Friday, they arranged for a rental car and drove us 35 minutes to collect it. The following day, I received a call to inform me that the repairs were complete. Additionally, the service team took the initiative to inspect my vehicle for known issues and discovered that the fuel pump was malfunctioning, which they subsequently replaced. This should not be the exception but the standard
