The sales staff was easy to deal with - no problem there - but the service AFTER the sale leaves a lot to be desired. I bought a used Subaru with some bumper damage. As part of the sale, I was promised a new bumper. That was over 3 week ago. I have made 3 phone calls since then and showed up for an appointment only to find out the part was never ordered. Does the "Hunter Hometown Promise" only apply to new cars? It's incredibly disappointing to see a locally owned company treat their customers like this.
