I told him I had it quoted at Harry's on the hill and it was half the price he gave me and was told to go to Harry's if I didn't like their price. As I was leaving I said "what type of dealership is this? and Neal threatening me, chased me out the door to my truck. I was told he was fired and returned for a brake pad job yesterday (Neal was still there) and was charged $855.00 for 4 brake pads.

After trying my hand at filling up at gas stations and being confused why the light wouldn't go off, I made sure I got here before five. I was greeted by Gabby, which took away some of my anxiety and pained look of being at a dealership looking foolish and all for not knowing how my car works. She brought over Alex, one of the advisors and he explained to me what the issue was, why it happened, what to expect moving forward, and also how to keep an eye out moving forward if the light comes on again. Finally, he showed me how to reset the calibration so the light goes off! Many thanks to both Gabby and Alex at this dealership for taking a late walk in. They were professional, kind, and super helpful. On a day when I was so exhausted, I got to address a pain point and get this addressed so I don't panic on my drive back to GA tomorrow. Support this dealership! I didn't buy my Honda here but they helped me as if I was a lifelong customer, that tells you a lot.

The sales staff was easy to deal with - no problem there - but the service AFTER the sale leaves a lot to be desired. I bought a used Subaru with some bumper damage. As part of the sale, I was promised a new bumper. That was over 3 week ago. I have made 3 phone calls since then and showed up for an appointment only to find out the part was never ordered. Does the "Hunter Hometown Promise" only apply to new cars? It's incredibly disappointing to see a locally owned company treat their customers like this.

Someone knew this about the car because if they changed the oil and did their inspection like they said they did they would've seen the extent of the rust. Saleswoman wanted to show me another car. (She was very personable.) But now I don't trust them. And it looks like that car is still on the lot. Buyer beware and if you are looking at a used car there be SURE to have your mechanic check it out before you buy it. The warranty was 1,000 miles or 30 days, powertrain only, so I would've been up s***s creek and out all the money I have to buy a car.

They fired Brandon which honestly good for them as he was full of excuses and now have new head technician. They even changed policy because of my jaguar, since they didn't do full diagnostic before they let it go, actually making it WORSE and wasting money but they no longer will allow that which positive outcome. They have a 4hr- 6hr diagnostic for a warranty battery replacement to check if it works or not which is ridiculous but drove out there and let them have the battery for 24hrs because we live hour and half away and couldn't wait that long out there and they know we were leaving to different state TODAY yet here we are. Now we had to call a sale rep to even get the update about the battery because the new front desk lady knows nothing and offers honestly no help. $500 for a faulty battery, all they tell us is they don't have enough technicians reason why no one contacts us! Instead of finding any solution they make us run around in circles, don't go here! Fact they only messaged after we called multiple times today is terrible, I understand being busy but this is ridiculous.
