After going back and forth with my insurance, I did my research and brought my car to Tips. Patricia, the owner was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Her workers assessed my car and she explained in detail what would need to be done. She was always available when I called and even washed my car after it was fixed. I would join recommend Tip's Auto Restoration. Two more things that I considered a plus; she was available to take my calls on the weekends and once I committed to using her services, she handled all communication with my insurance company.
