At auto zone you can do it for free. When I mentioned this to him he started to tweak out saying well my machine is 6,000 dollars and theirs is only 50. Well guess what, I did take it to them and they narrowed it down to two things one of being what was actually wrong with the car. Next he charges me 30 for a gas cap. I get it you have to make money but 60 for the scan and 30 for the cap all together is robbery. Whenever I go to my guy he never charges for the scans and will actually work with you. This guy didn't like that I had said I was upset about the price and then he starts going off on me. You would think being a smaller shop you'll try to work with the community for a better experience yet I get charged dealership fees for a small business. I will not be returning and sticking to my guy who won't rip others off. I later called around a bunch of small businesses none of them charge close to 60 for a scan

As soon as we walked in he came up to us to help us out. We went to his desk and talked about what I was looking into. He then got the 2 cars pulled up for me to take a look at. He allowed me to test drive the Tucson and let me bring my husband and newborn along with me. He helped us get the car seat and stroller into the car and told me about some features of the car. I decided I wanted the car and it didn't take long to get everything squared away so that I could leave with my car that same day! It was a very easy and painless process! Because we had our newborn with us, it made it slightly more stressful, but everyone working here was so friendly saying hi to my baby.

My father-in-law was at the dealership this afternoon for a few hours and had many questions about financing and the loan process in general. We were on the phone with him to help guide him through everything. He was repeatedly apologetic because he knew he was asking a lot of questions, and the sales representatives were patient and respectful with him. However, toward the end of the transaction--right before finalizing--the finance manager, Jim Kelley, made a highly inappropriate comment. As he was leaving the office, he said, "these fucking people," referring to my father-in-law and possibly to us on the phone with him. This comment was completely disrespectful, felt racially charged, and came entirely out of left field. After hearing this, we no longer felt comfortable giving this dealership our business. My husband asked my father-in-law to request his keys, ID, and registration back and leave. If you choose to go here, be aware of this extremely disrespectful behavior from the finance manager.

These guys are big time crooks and liars.  We gave them a 200.00  deposit down on a car in good faith that if everything didn't work out we'd be reimbursed. We just had moved here to New York from New Mexico and didn't know anybody.  We originally scheduled an appointment with Basil Auto.  The  taxi guy Raj assured us his Russian boss was the right guy to talk to for a car and he was a stand up guy.  So three weeks pass and his finance company is the worst wanting us to get NY drivers licenses and a million other hoops so we order birth certificate from across the country and wait  keep in mind we are on foot with three small kids. Walking to the store 2 miles after the taxi service they own cleaned us out. Gino their taxi man he also vouched for them.  So we call when we have the rest of the  they keep blowing us off saying their guy Toni isn't there and won't be there until next week so we decide we can't keep waking with the kids especially with the cold weather so back to the original plan I call Basil Auto crying telling them about the NY drivers license thing and they check and we didn't need to switch over right away in order to get a car.  They come for us immediately and in two days with them we get a car. We talk to Toni finally he says no refunds. We beg him and tell him we really don't want to take him to court and that the 200.00 $ is our Christmas money. He blew us off for 2 weeks.  We finally get a hold of him in person yesterday at 9am he says come back at 4pm and he'd have a check for us we show up like idiots of course he's missing no where to be found then go partner cusses us out.  So needless to say we will be making a police report against them and taking them to court when we get the money!!  DON'T USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!

A new pump/sender module was ordered and was received shortly before closing time. I received a call at 8:00 am the following morning to tell me that the truck was ready! Apparently, employee Rob worked overtime to ensure that not only my vehicle but another customer's would be ready as promised. Very much appreciated. We brought our car here for a heat issue. Phil himself diagnosed it as the heater core. He said he…read morewould need to first flush the system to know if that was all that was wrong. Said it would be better than to change the whole heater core. Called me back that evening with a diagnosis that a new heater core is needed to fix this issue. Flushing the system did not ratify the issue. Priced me $1,100. l let him do the repair. Heat was better but not as warm as it should've been. By spring season heat was back to the same when we originally brought the car in. Called to let him know. He said to bring it back in and we did. Pulled the car in, within no more than 5 minutes he came to me in the waiting area, said it's the heater core that's plugged again.. How can that be? It's a new heater core and he said he flushed it and it's still under warranty. He said he would do it through the warranty . But then Phil said l would have to give him another $180.00 to flush the system. So with any common sense one would know this would be included for this kind of repair.. Paid in full $1,100. SHAME on you to want another $180.00 for what l already paid you for saying it was fixed. This is not warranty. Bottom line you ripped us off for $1,100 . We will not bring our car back to this shop as this shop is not qualified for these types of issues. Phil is not to be trusted. Phil's feedback on these reviews, he is one who will candy coat them with lies to try to cover up what he does to people. 100% would not recommend this CROOK to anyone!
