Not only did they replace our wheel with an almost exact match on our 14 year old car, they straightened our bent rim so that we could try using it as a full-sized spare once we get home. They were friendly and helpful and we felt in very good hands. In about 1 hour, they found, mounted and balanced the new wheel, straightened the old rim and sent us on our way. So straightforward and honest - they were looking at every option to keep the price down and get us the best value. These guys know their stuff and I would highly recommend them!!

Went through the four employees who stamp and use pressure hoses on the car. Went through the wash directly behind another suv. I exited the car wash with a CRACK in the center of my windshield top to bottom. I spoke with the manager politely and calmly. I was LIED to during this conversation. Not even 24 hours later do I receive a basic written letter from delta sonic that they are DENYING LIABILITY for this damage. Spoke to this locations manager once again and find out the VIDEO FOOTAGE of my car before entering the car wash NO LONGER EXISTS . Obviously the four employees working on my car before entering the wash would have noticed the crack and refuse entry to the wash. I certainly would not enter a car wash with a crack! Now I have to replace my entire windshield on my new car for over $1700 out of pocket! This company has multiple claims just like this and everyone receives the same standard denial letter. This location also rushed my car right behind another in the wash and I guarantee debris was thrown onto my car because of this. The location also had signs up for REPAIRS done to the car wash. This company and this stores manager lack of any practice of accountability and Customer service practices. I WOULD AVOID delta sonic car washes and this location at all costs.

I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this company…read more A couple of years ago I took my car to the dealer who sold me my car for inspection. They told me I needed new brakes and new tires. Since dealers usually upcharge for this stuff I searched online for deals on new tires and Casullo's came up. I took my car in and asked them to look at the brakes as well. Alex called back and said, "I'd love to sell you new brakes, but these are fine. Come back in six months and we'll check them again." He then installed the new tires. Six months later I called to have them check the brakes again. Alex said EXACTLY the same thing. "Bring it back in six months." Half a year later he says, "Yeah, your back brakes should be swapped out, but your front is fine for now. Bring it back in another six months." Finally this September (during inspection) Alex replaced the front brakes, and installed new windshield wipers. He didn't try to upsell me on every component in my car. Well, today (December 2025) one of my windshield wipers fell off when I was scraping the windshield. I've installed them before: any new blades for the past ten years or more are a major pain in the butt to install - - bad design, counterintuitive - - you have to spend at least a half hour on YouTube to figure it out, and I didn't have any inclination to go through it again. Without a lot of hope on the walk-in front, I drove straight to Casullo's, explained the situation, and Alex came right out, drove it into the garage and re-installed the offending blade. He even topped off my tire, which was low!!! You don't find this kind of honesty and attention to customer service much any more. Casullo's is my garage from now on!

I think it is our new auto go-to place for most any automobile needs. I took Lynette's car in for an inspection this morning. She knew it was going to need at least one tire (it needed two) and that the wipers were starting to shred. But there was also a clunk that two other places had not been able to locate the problem, and two days ago the hood latch had broken. Max and the crew did it all. Marylou at the service counter provided friendly and courteous interaction and information. Sammy's began on Tupper St. in 1955 and has been on Niagara St. for the past 20 years. They do collision, towing, inspections, mechanics ...and hood latch repair. The clunk? "Over certain bumps or potholes, the exhaust pipe had been hitting the drive shaft."
