Came in and got an oil change, the works, and it turns out I had a leak. Which the technicians knew about, because they even noted it in the 'extra comments' section, but failed to mention to me in person when they handed me the papers. Even said I was good to go and to come back in five thousand miles or so, with no mention things were wrong. One month and a thousand miles later, my car alarm is going off and the leak has gotten worse. If you notice a really bad issue with someone's car, just tell them about it instead of hoping they'll see it in the notes section. read more

Amazing service! The day before I had my oil changed at a different location. I was well on my way south when my husband noticed a pool of oil where my car had been. I stopped into this location to have them check it out. They were so helpful! The replaced the filter and topped off the oil for free! Annoyed. Only came because of a coupon. They charged me full price after I showed the coupon to three people. I'm just annoyed by it. Waited 20 minutes for them to refund the difference, which never happened. Also, the guys were cracking jokes the whole time about not being able to "speak English " after a customer just left whose first language wasn't English, due to her struggling obviously to communicate. I can't say enough about the team -- Mason, Jason, Gary, Chris and Josh -- at the Kelso, WA Jiffy Lube. I had a 'check oil light' come on, pulled off the highway, found their building and asked if they might be able to help. They were incredibly friendly, immediately checked my oil and found it was way too low, even though it had been fine when I started my trip. They asked if I'd been to Jiffy Lube before but even though I said 'no', they had me pull my car in, topped it off, checked the engine area and provided one of the most succinct descriptions I've ever heard of what might be going on... And when I tried to pay they refused, saying they were happy to help. Just wanted to share how much I appreciate their help - they listened, understood the situation and addressed it, all in a way that made me feel respected and taken care of - I definitely recommend them. read more

I went in to get an oil change, and the guys were super friendly and nice. But when I left, I got 30 miles down the road, and my check engine light pops on, which is strange considering my car was excellent before the oil change. Comes to find out they didn't put the oil cap on, and my vehicle leaked all the new oil they put in. Luckily someone came to fix the problem, but I will not be returning here. read more

Beyond aggravating!!! I pulled into and asked for the SIGNATURE SERVICE & along with the $126 price tag to get my oil change, yes even with a discount; I was screwed!! They didn't vacuum my car. I asked and was stared at with a blank stare. I had to look up on their website to make sure that vacuuming was supposed to be included!!! The employee told me that the manager told them to stop vacuuming because customers were complaining due to missing items from their cars!!! Wow! Now my trust level just sunk to new lows... they obviously have big problems with theft too? I couldn't drive out of there fast enough!!!! Hope my car makes it home! read more

This was my first time here. The staff was friendly and answered all my automotive questions. Price was about average for an oil change and belt replacement. They got me in and out pretty quick. I'm sure I'll be back! I'm adding to this review.... I'm still pleased with the customer service. However, I took my car into the mechanic for a blown head gasket and he points out that they put the wrong belt on my car... It's shredding inside my engine. There's belt debris all over. I'm not sure if the wrong belt can blow a head gasket but I'm pretty unhappy about throwing that money away. The latest update: New head gasket, serpentine belt, tension pulley, and labor. I Had three poor experiences at this specific location. The first included me needing a pair of wiper blades. There was one car getting an oil change in one of their two slots. There were four people working there and they took approximately twenty minutes until they came and asked me what they could do for me. After explaining to them I needed new wiper blades, it took another 10 minutes for them to put them on. After paying for the blades, the man gave me $5 in change which included all dimes. He then said "sorry bro, this is all I got". My second experience included getting air in my tires. It again took them approximately 25 minutes to put air in each of my tires. The young man helping would eat a cookie and fill a tire with air. He walked into the office and ate another cookie and came back to fill another tire with air. I felt like it was a big joke and I was in a hurry to get back to work. My last experience included me needing air in my tires again. I pulled up and again only one car was in their two slots. One of the four guys working came down and instead of asking "what can I do for you?" he said "its gonna be over 20 minutes buddy". He walked back up and did not even let me tell him what I needed to be done. Overall, awful customer service and poor work ethic by this Jiffy Lube crew. I went with a coupon online, but they said it's no good here (even though coupon said it was) Then I said I'll take the oil change you advertize out front for 27.95 and they said, "not good for your Honda Fit", then said it would be 82.99 for lowest price oil change. Even in the first 2 minutes there, they had my cabin filter & air filter out saying, "these need to be replaced", but I said "NO thanks" I just replaced them 3 months ago. I told them, "I'm out of here". They're used to being so pushy, they weren't surprised when I said,"I'm out of here"...If you don't mind paying a 160.00 or 180.00 for a service, they "might be" okay, but I wouldn't go back. read more

Brought my new $50,000 car here for first oil change because dealership is all the way in Beaverton. Been to different jiffy lubes in past and for safety purposes have always been told to please stay in car. These guys had me in and out of my car a dozen times walking over hoses and tools on the greasy floor to check in, and pay, and whatnot. Then without asking got in my car and moved it in their filthy clothes. They tried to push full synthetic oil on me when my car only needs partial blend. Come to find out they were out of all of their oil except fully synthetic! They told me they discounted me to what the regular oil change would be and gave me the fully synthetic no charge but still ended up costing me $90.00! Very unprofessional, I will never go here again and will take my car to the dealership now to make sure they did everything ok. Super sketchy place I don't know how they are in business. read more

While taking care of my car one of the employees hand slipped a broke a plastic thing under the hood. Nothing that stopped the car of normal operation. The manager came ove and explained, offered many temporary fixes while they got it replaced. I said no worries and he replied saying we bike it we have to replace it. They ordered the part, fixed everything and were a joy to be with along the way. Nice people and don't plan on going anywhere else because their swift action, honesty, and integrity. read more

Careful! There's some questionable activities here. We brought our truck in for a routine oil change. No problems with the vehicle. The mechanic informed us that there was a transmission leak and if we brought the truck back on the weekend, when it was just his manager and him, he could fix it for us for $200. Now we have a leak that leaves a mess on the drive every day when there was nothing there before. Seems fishy to me and you can bet we won't be going back for our $200 fix or another oil change either. read more

Ive been here twice... the last time will be my final time....... My truck signaled that I needed to change the oil, so I went there, and not only did they say they were doing that but the also talked me into doing some other things..... I had went there before so I felt comfortable with what they told me and had the work done..... A month latter my oil light came on again. I was shocked to say the least. How can it be? I had just had this taken care of. I checked the oil and I was three quarts low...... THREE!!! I told my husband, "how can that be, I just had my oil changed. It should still be plenty full.... I mean unless you can see a leak in your driveway, where does three quarts of oil go????? I was immediately suspicious, but I also thought maybe there was something wrong with my vehicle. It made me so nervous for the longest time.... Its been a year and a half and I have had no more "check the oil" messages from my truck..... Obviously they did no service on my rig, and I was driving around all that time needing an oil change...... Never again! I will pay more and take it to a full service mechanic that can be trusted...... It is what it is, isnt it folks?.... If its to good to be true it probably is.....
