I spoke to Mary and she was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very patient answering all my questions since i was optimistic about buying used tires. She never got impatient or annoyed with me. She was even able to fit me in the same day with minimal waiting. Their shop lobby is very clean and comfortable to wait in. I wish i started coming here many years ago!
