Every time I call Hanz could not be more helpful. This is my go to for any car part. Let me start by saying this place doesn't even deserve 1 star, you might think you are saving money by going to this place but at the end you end up paying double or triple in the long run. My son bought a radiator in this place, which broke down a couple of days after it was installed. The radiator started leaking and over heated is car a few times which messed up the heads of the motor. He went back to exchange it and was attended by a worker by the name Vince who told him the radiator wasn't from this place. My son had his receipts and Vince stated that he needed to send it out to see if it was from one of his manufacturers. My son ended up buying a new radiator because obviously he needed it and the one he was returning was going to take awhile for the inspection. And this incompetent and unprofessional Vince refused to replaced it or refund the money. My son went back a few times to see if he was going to get his money back and this guy Vince just kept on giving him the run around. I went to find out what was going on, manager wasn't in, I spoke to the assistant manager who didn't even look in to the situation or even inspect the radiator, very, very unprofessional staff but I wouldn't be surprise because the owner is the same. He refused to speak with me. As owner if there is a situation going on and his unprofessional and incompetent employees who are handling certain situations, step in and handle it. Let me stop and tell you that Not everyone is unprofessional at this place, a very professional young men who unfortunately I didn't asked for his name, step in and did what a supervisor suppose to do. Inspectted the radiator and took him one minute to see it was one from one of their manufacturers and from that point he helped out. Wow I can't believe what I had to go thru even having proof that we bought it there. That tells you that you are dealing with either a very incompetent person or this is just the way they do business in this place. Either this guy Vince is an incompetent or he, the assistant manager and owner don't care and have no concept of what a customer service means or this is the way this place conduct business. Thanks to this other employee we got reimbursed for the radiator but now I am considering into taking them to small claim, keep in mind we ended up spending a lot more money in fixing the motor and other expenses due to this situation . I will never go back, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place the parts are very poor quality and it could be refurbished who knows . Owner, assistant manager and some of their employees have the worst customer service a business can have. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY AND TIME in this place. read more

I was there to pick up my part that I order online right at 8am I ask the guy that's right by the door he said we don't have online pick on this line right now so I went to the retail line and ones I got to the guy to get my part he said I don't do this orders here u need to stay on the online pick I told him that the other guy say there's no online pick there so who will help me very rude he said I don't know but u need to go on that line so I ask the first guy again so who's going to help me and he said I don't talk to idiots, I ask to talk to a manager he said there's no manager here at this time, a few minutes later another guy from the retail line got up and help me with the order it took me 40 minutes to get my order right when they open. They lack customer service big time, there prices are good they just need to train there employees to be more friendly and have a sense of urgency when taken care of a customer I'm sure they get commission for every part they sale unless they get paid for the hour that's why they don't care about there customers. But the guy at the front is very rude with all customers he must be the son of the owner because if he was working for me with that attitude he will be gone a long time ago. read more

Today, I called in to inquire about parts for my vehicle and the person that answered the phone was so rude that he even hang up on me. I was trying to clarify information that did not match the information on your website and it seems this person did not really want to spend the time to make sure that I had clear information before purchasing the part. I am not sure if the owner of this business knows how long it takes to get a live person on the phone when calling in. Why does your business ask to call in for price and availability and not having sufficient people to answer the calls in a timely manner? I have purchased a few parts from this place and have had a reasonably good experience in my over the counter purchase. I suggest that if you truly care about running a TRUE business establishment, hire people that really want to WORK in a professional capacity. Reading all the other reviews posted, it seems the owner of this business does not seem to care about customer service. Definitely will find another place to buy parts in the future. read more

Unreliable ,I ordered a lower radiator hose and was told it would be there Thursday. But I didn't want to take the chance that it wouldn't be there , so waited til Friday. I go to pick it up Friday morning ,and they tell me that the radiator hose still hasn't arrived. But that it would be there Saturday at 11am. On Saturday I called ahead to see if the radiator hose was there. And they told me that they didn't know what happened. And that I had to come in for a refund. Today was the THIRD & FINAL TIME that the grouchy employees sold me the wrong part. The first time I was given an air filter and luckily realized it was the wrong size before I left. The second time I needed to replace my radiator and realized it wouldn't even fit my car when I got home, luckily they had the correct one when I went back to complain. And the third time when they sold me a starter, which again, didn't even fit my vehicle. I brought it back and told the grouch at the counter that I was given the wrong part. He tried to make it sound like It was my fault and tried smashing it into my car. He was hesitant about giving me a refund. Oh and another thing, they NEVER even bring up the fact that the majority of their parts are already used or damaged items, yet rebuilt and sprayed to look nice, shiny and new. This place may be cheap, but from now on, I'd rather cough up the extra dough and buy BRAND NEW, brand name products from Autozone or O'Reilly. Buyer beware. read more

This place deserves "4" stars only for prices which major retailer can not compete with in this area. I have bought many parts here. It gets overall one star for bad customer service and long lines that occurs always; but, after today, i personally am not shopping here again. If someone swears while talking to me and mocks me as a customer, i wont do business with them. I didn't take it personally. This can be an awesome place if the people working their weren't in a bad mood. I'm not saying they are all in a bad or bad people but sometimes the service provided is not up to standard. Especially the girl that works their who always has an attitude and is always moody, and has no knowledge of vehicles or parts whatsoever. Worst customer service ever. I bought an alternator for my VW Passat V6 & it was defective. This specific car has 4 different models so you need to make sure you get the correct one. I took the original one to get the correct one that my car needed & they tried to give me the wrong one. They said they didn't have the alternator that I needed so they had to order it. The next day I went back to pick up my "order" & found out they never ordered it. Again they tried to give me the wrong one & told me it would work. So I did take it to my mechanic & he told me it didn't fit. So I had to go back for the 3rd time to tell them it was the wrong one! I had to deal with 2 different idiots who didn't know what they where doing. Obviously if a car has 4 different alternators it's for a reason, you can't use one for the other. Sure the parts are cheaper but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately I had to pay my mechanic twice for the labor since the first alternator I bought was defective. read more

Terrible customer service, horrible return policy. I tried to return a part that was wrong and I was charged a 30 percent restocking fee. I asked to speak to a manager several times and took him 20 min before he came out and spoke to me. He acted like he couldn't see me. And the girl that was helping me is so gross, eating in my face while I'm talking to her about my parts. This place is so Unprofessional. You might save 20 bucks on the part but the hassle isn't worth it. read more
