They installed an Eibach Pro-Truck Lift Stage 2, paired it with ELEVATE upper control arms, and mounted Method MR703 wheels with Toyo Open Country AT3 tires--the truck turned out absolutely perfect. Ken also tracked down the Heritage Wheel caps that I wanted. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knows their stuff when it comes to off-road and suspension setups. Fitment, alignment, and overall attention to detail were spot on. The LC250 rides smooth, handles better than stock, and looks incredible. Communication was clear throughout the process, timelines were met, and the quality of work speaks for itself. Looks like they weren't careful with it. The guy in the front likes to do a bait and switch so make sure you get your pricing in paper trail. Edit: the owner responded with bad reading comprehension. This review is just based on Shipping and Customer Service…read more I will review the product later and am hopeful they are as good as previous reviews say. However, Shock Surplus "lost" my order for a week. Never received shipping so I called. I worked with Daisy. Now I can understand a warehouse missing something. And it sounded real nice, "Oh I'm so sorry, let me find that and overnight it to you for your inconvenience". Well that didn't happen either. It has now been 2 weeks since I ordered the product. I ordered it that far in advance so I would have them and be ready before the day I planned to work on the truck. Well now Fed Ex says they won't be here til tomorrow "sometime" and I had to make multiple phone calls just to talk to them to possibly change the delivery address to the shop so I wouldn't have to make multiple trips. Well no go on that one too. Also my biggest complaint is that after every call I would hear, "I will call you right back" or "check your email, and I'll get right back to you" for roughly 3 days. Nothing ever got resolved and I did not ever receive a call back from them. Needless to say very disappointed in shipping and customer service. Hopefully the product makes up for the inconvenience. Bottom line where the order says ships and arrived in 3-5 days, don't hold your breath.
