I'd left a good review a few days ago and the next time I got I the car, 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses that nobody else can wear - gone. My battery/emergency power charger, gone. My phone charger backup battery gone. Looked in the trunk, jumper cables also gone. Fellas, whoever was in my car during my appointment ought to get another look, because somebody there is a thief. read more

Service: Ceramic tint on all windows but windshield. When I picked it up it looked great, I noticed a air bubble a few days after, called and they said wait a few days and if doesn't go away bring it in and they'd fix it. Very friendly during drop off pickup, and calling back. I still haven't brought it back, but upon closer inspection I found several air bubbles on three more windows. ***update*** I made the appointment and went in to fix the extra bubbles. They fix all that they could, for free. They said no tint can be 100% perfect. 99% of the bubbles are gone. It still keeps the car cool and looks good. Manager was apologetic and even gave me a $50 gift card for my troubles. read more

We went here for many years with services for multiple cars but after our last car (tint and wrap), we will never return. I'm not sure of the timing but it could have been due to different owners from one car to the next? We ended up having to return due to poor tint (lots of bubbles) which we had repaired and no issues after the second round. Next the wrap started to peel. Initially on mirrors which they repaired / replaced but soon after the front grill / hood area. I had pictures from the initial areas of concern however by the time I was able to drop off my car there were other areas bubbling / peeling. Basically they gave every excuse possible and would not back up the guarantee. Conclusion: there are many better options out there to which we will take our business. read more

I was looking for a good company to complete the tint on my new car. Mine came with tint on the sunroof, back windows and rear passenger. I needed to get the front ones done to match. They communicated well on Yelp, at times I waited a little bit for a response but that's ok. They set me up faster than most other companies could and I waited in the waiting area until they were done and it was peaceful enough for me to do some work (brought my laptop). The work done was great. It was smooth no issues with it coming up and to this day it has been perfect. read more

Had a stereo upgrade from the ancient factory knobs to modern technology with touch screen EVERYTHING to aid in my laziness. I even added a camera to watch myself reverse instead of glancing to my left, right & review mirrors. Oh and I also had Auto Trim install remote start for the chilly days I don't want to bother going outside to warm my car...I know; super lazy right lol. Anyway, the Sony system was installed beautifully, sound was superb, the look was awesome and the backup camera functioned just as I hoped. The remote start was off-putting because it required the I press the lock button on my keypad to operate (I wanted a 1 button push activation) because remember; I'm lazy. My final gripe involves the stereo install which did not have a tuner therefore I was not able to actually tune in to regular radio nor my SXM. WTF is the purpose of having a stereo you can't listen to. I contacted the owner (Chris) regarding the job which was well paid. He offered no apologies but stayed he could add the tuners for an additional $200! I was floored! Bewildered! Offended! Hot as fish grease! Needless to say, I got in ASAP for my tuners to be installed NO CHARGE; post bitch-mode of course. There was no way I was going to come out of my pocket any more than I had for a job that was not completed to my satisfaction. Please note I was extremely detailed & clear on what I wanted when I took my vehicle in initially. This was simply a hiccup on Auto Trim's part and needed to be made right at no further expense to the customer (yours truly). 3/5 because I appreciate Chris for accommodating my requests and follow up. I was conflicted on doing the same % all around vs darker in the rear... and Sarah was so kind and helped me decide on going darker by looking at her personal vehicle. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went here to get a backup camera which turned into a 2 month process of completion. The camera wasn't centered which I wish I would have received a phone call on in regards to if I still wanted it installed or not if it wasn't going to be centered. Additionally, my screen in the car was damaged and Chris (yes,I'm using names) suggested it didn't happen from "his guys." Essentially, he was saying the car was already like that. Thankfully I had photos of before service and after service to shove in his face. He agreed to replace the item but the first screen that came in was the wrong size so I had to wait additional time for a replacement to come in. Just bad service all around. Horrible personalities and a total waste of a grand. read more

These guys do great work. I had work done here in the past. Sunroof and a remote start on two different vehicles. Everything was great, so when I purchased a new vehicle last month I went back to get more done. I had leather, a sunroof and window tint added to my car. I dropped it off on Monday and they told me it would be ready on Wednesday most likely but with a possibility it would spill into Thursday. I got a call on Wednesday afternoon that it was ready for pickup. They did not disappoint. The sunroof was installed perfectly, it looks factory installed. Leather was tight and looks awesome. The window tint was flawless and the trimming on it was super clean which really bugs me if it is not. Kevin the owner is a great guy to deal with and Chris the manager runs a great, organized shop. Everyone that i saw in person or talked to on the phone was very friendly and accommodating as well. No question that when I get another vehicle I will be back. read more

Great guys, great service! Had a navigation system installed a few years ago right after purchasing a new vehicle. Service was quick and guys were very friendly. Over the years I've had a few problems, mainly with me pressing the wrong button and screwing things up. Whenever I call, they're always happy to have me bring the car in to fix the problem. I gave 4/5 stars for two reasons. 1. Satellite radio did not come with code used for activation, and I had to go in to have it retrieved. There was a need to do some rewiring with my navigation due to manufacturing problems- which I only found out because I called with a problem. 2. Whenever I call with a problem, they immediately say bring it in. It's sort of a long drive for me, and I have to ask them to troubleshoot over the phone to keep me from driving way out there. Most times, I'm successful but just annoyed that they never offer to troubleshoot or to show me what they did to fix things when I bring it in, just in case the problem recurrs. Whenever I purchase a product, I always register it in case of recalls. However, when this system was installed I wasn't given any paperwork to register the system. When I call, as mentioned before, they're always more than happy to help. My concern is what happens when they go out of business. Who do I call then? read more
