That morning the check engine light came on again. Then they replaced the catallyric converter, the clock spring, the valve cover gasket, and pcv valve. Apparently none of this was discovered the first time I brought it in. This was on a Friday then over the weekend it started making a tapping noise. I brought it in Monday and they told me now the transmission needs to be replaced. Again this was not discovered either of the two times I brought the car in within two and an half weeks.Every time you have service done shortly afterwards another problem arises. They took me for $2700. I will never go back here and I'm selling the car basically for scrap and getting an electric car.

They are always polite, respectful, and extremely helpful when explaining any issues you may have and options for a solution. I was charged $88 for the oil change and an additional $60 for some fuel injector cleaner because I don't believe they took the coupon off. I asked for a receipt and the guy in charge told me that the receipt would be in my email. I never received the receipt in my email. I then call the Valvoline customer service line. I talked to them and they said yeah, we will get you a receipt right out to you in your email on file. I told them I felt that I was overcharged. I couldn't see the charges. They never sent the receipt! I will never again go there. First of all, the guy never put the fuel injector cleaner in my car and he made it a different name like it was something special and all it was was a bottle fuel injector cleaner you can get for $10 at AutoZone. And kind of pressured me to buy other items and upgrade products I didn't need. Then went to tell me that I needed windshield wiper blades which I knew was a lie because I just replaced them like a month ago. They never gave me a receipt for the services I paid for. That alone is a violation when I feel I was overcharged with a coupon. Total costs was like $155 total, for oil change and fake fuel injector cleaner. Poor customer service in not giving me a receipt, and me lied to me about my windshield wiper blades, and pressure to buy other services, I won't be going to Valvoline ever again.

My car shut off while in idle three times. I called the shop and drove it back to them and it shut off three times while driving. The man at this shop said it was nothing they can do even though nothing was going on with my car prior to me bringing it to them. Now my car will barley make it up the street, its vibrating, shaking, and won't stay running. It stops at every light and while sitting. Then they proceed to " offer" me the option to change the air filter "to see if that helps". Little did I know it was not offered to help rectify the damage they caused because o had to pay an additional $30 on top of the $90 oil change. This means I have NO valid receipt or warranty protection for my actual car. I've been trying to get this corrected for over 30 days. Corporate sent me to Regional Manager Darryl, who sent me to Jason, and still--CRICKETS. So much for their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee."
