    The vehicle i sold.
    Julius J.

Give me the VIN is such a wonderful company that you can trust. I was looking to upgrade to an electric vehicle and so I wanted a great price for my trade in. The dealerships with their "market adjusted prices" offered me the same ammount for my car that they were upcharging for the new car i wanted. The dealerships basically told me that i was giving them a free car along with paying MSRP. So I decided to give GMTV a chance since I've heard their radio adds on my favorite radio station. They offered me a grand more than what the dealership was offering so it was a no brainer to go with them. The car selling process was super easy, just a few pictures and signing some online paperwork. Then dropping off the vehicle only took 15 minutes. Everything was smooth and simple. I highly recomend going with GMTV or at least call them to get a counter offer.

Quick, easy, and just as represented. One of the easiest sales I've had, and I have sold to several other companies before.

I went back and forth over run flat tires (on the vehicle now) or traditional tires. Traditional tires are definitely cheaper, quieter . But I have noticed many more of friends, relatives and colleagues have been picking up all sorts of nails, screws and sharp objects probably associated with all the construction goin on. My vehicle doesn't have a spare, donut or mobility kit so I figured run flats. Next, where was I going to get the tires? Checked out the big three companies around here, various locations yadda yadda... many bad reviews (and of course some good ones) price, probably a hundred or so cheaper , but they don't know me, or me them. Figured since I have a great relationship with my service writer and the dealer in general, I'd stick to BMW. Their package price was competitive, I needed an alignment (all wheel drive vehicles should front and back aligned) since buying new tires without an alignment doesn't make sense. So my appointment was this AM , checked in and drove away after the promised time with some new pirelli's . I chose to wait even though a loaner was offered, but I used the time constructively while at the dealer. So great service, expensive, but you can't skimp on safety. Thanks Frank H. et al.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at AutoNation Volkswagen…read more What began as a routine service visit turned into months of frustration and repeated issues caused by the dealership itself. During a repair in which a module was replaced, my infotainment screen protector was cracked while the vehicle was in their care, and afterward my vehicle's microphone stopped working. The microphone issue did not exist before the repair and required another service visit to correct a problem that was created by the dealership. I dropped my vehicle off on May 9 to have the microphone issue repaired, and the dealership kept it for nearly a month. Throughout that time, communication was poor. I repeatedly had to reach out for updates, and even Volkswagen Customer Care was unable to obtain timely responses from the dealership regarding the status of my vehicle. Being without my vehicle for nearly a month was frustrating enough, but the lack of communication made the situation even worse. When I finally picked up my vehicle, I was shocked to find grease and oil stains on the seats. When I brought this to the dealership's attention, I was initially told that they do not clean vehicle interiors. Only after I physically showed the stains and explained that returning a customer's vehicle in that condition was unacceptable did they agree to clean the seats before releasing the vehicle to me. While I am relieved to finally have my vehicle back, the overall experience fell far below the level of service I expected. Between my infotainment screen protector being damaged, the dealership-caused microphone issue, nearly a month without my vehicle, poor communication, and the attempt to return my vehicle with grease-stained seats, this experience demonstrated a concerning lack of care, accountability, and customer service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both the quality of service and communication provided to customers.

When I arrived, I was told to wait because someone else would help me. The service rep then walked outside and stayed out there for about 10 minutes while another rep walked in without acknowledging me at all. Eventually, the original rep came back in and finally assisted me. After checking me in, he brought me four different service package options ranging from $444.47 to over $1,255. I chose the cheapest package at $444.47. He told me the service should take about an hour, no longer than an hour and a half, so I decided to stay instead of using the shuttle service. At 1:42 PM, after already waiting much longer than expected, I asked about the status of my vehicle. I was told "5 or 10 more minutes" and that they would run my car through the wash. Neither happened. Finally, around 2:30 PM, I was told to come to the counter. The rep apologized for the long wait and stated he had "taken something off the bill," bringing the total down to around $380. While paying, I remembered I had a 15% off coupon. After reviewing the invoice, I noticed he had put the price back to $444.47 and then applied my 15% discount instead. When I questioned it, he explained he could only use one discount, so he removed the courtesy discount he claimed to have applied for the inconvenience and used my coupon instead. My issue is that this was never clearly explained beforehand. Had I known he was going to remove the courtesy discount and revert the price back to the original amount, I would have used the GM card they were promoting, which would have earned me $250 back on the service if paid within 30 days. Overall, the communication, wait time, and handling of the discounts left me very disappointed. My A/C went out in my 2019 Nissan Altima, I figured i would rather go to the dealer for the peace of mind and commitment that they would be able to fix the issue. I schedule an appointment for a diagnostic and they mention there's several other issues with the vehicle which wasn't an issue due to my warranty being valid at the time off appointment. So all together my costs were over 5,000$ which most off was covered by warranty but everything that had to do with my A/C had to come out off pocket which was about 2,000$. I picked my vehicle up 2/3 days later and was thrilled with the expectation to have working A/C in this heat mind you, I have small children which it's impossible to put them through! Reality struck when the A/C still wasn't operating, I was very dissatisfied I called and let them know off the situation and rescheduled with the older fellow beside the woman far right in the the service area near the manager office. I was hoping 2nd time they would be able to get it right! I was wrong again they kept my vehicle for about 3 days yet again and still no resolution. 3rd time I came in I spoke to the manger which he assured me they would get it right. Supposedly they would send the vehicle to another location and get me a rental. Mind you I work full time and have day to day errands that need to be done. 3rd time receiving my vehicle and still no results. This experience has been draining a waste of time and a realization that just because it's a dealer doesn't mean they will deliver on your needs and what you are paying out of pocket for. Very disappointed with this location they keep wanting me to bring the vehicle back and I'm fed up it's been under a month since I've returned. Dealt with this situation for a couple months with this location and my most valuable service wasn't ever complete I'm extremely frustrated and write this to bring recognition to the situation in hopes they will step up there service department. I still haven't been able to deliver and am expecting this to be taken care off!!
