I could feel in my gut that I was in the presence of integrous, high quality individuals. I explained what happened and said I wanted the damage repaired but also didn't want the other person to get screwed. Mike gave us an estimate that was very reasonable and promised a great result. The other driver came right over and paid, and they were able to get us an appointment right away. Only took two days and my car looks brand new. It's like magic! I gave her all the information she needed for the two claims. She didn't bother to offer me a handshake but she shook my wife's hand twice. I was told it would take a month to fix my car. They had it for 10 weeks and didn't fix it. They are horrendous people who have no clue how to run a business. They say I didn't give her the claim information for the second claim but a claim adjuster called me, asked for my recorded statement, so I know they had a claim number somewhere because I didn't call them. Don't take your car here if you want it fixed properly.

Both this locatio and it's sister location, 16604 US Hwy 19 N, have been here for years. Both have had the same staff for many, many years. They both rate high in customer service per surveys. Yes, I work here. But I've always been pickey about who I work for. I left a job, because I did not want to be associated with the company. AutoNation, both this location and the one north of here, they do quality work and stand by their work. If something was not to a customer's liking, they've addressed and do it professionally. I like who I work for and that I'm part of a great team of professionals.
