As a first time Mercedes-Benz owner I expected so much more from thier "badge". These dealerships and service departments represent that badge and much maintain the high degree of of customer service and support to maintain their superior luxury status and image. I wrote an email with the multiple problems I encountered on my first visit. I got a voice mail at the end of the work day and called back the following morning. I never heard back from them again. So its quite apparent they do not value new customers. This is not a good team to do business with. Beware my Mercedes-Benz friends.
