Purchased a 2014 Audi for 23,000.00 on 1/22/23 . The day after (1/23 ) I got it home the starter went, they repaired it. It was fixed on wenesday Feb 1st 10 days) I had it towed by them back to me at my expense. Then I told them on Feb 8th about oil leak between engine and transmission was soaked and also vibration engine mount engine splash shield missing and issue with the steering tight and a noise. I returned the car to them to be fixed, ( Thursday Feb 15) was advised all the above was done. Both Ben (salesrep) and Brian ( service rep) are great, the GM not so happy with Was fixed on Friday night Feb 24th, I picked it up on Saturday the 25th On Mar 8th oil light came on, I was told a complete oil change but the car took 5 qts of oil Humm. Now after 4 calls plus, the GM Kaitlin is going to handle this. Was finally returned and promised that "THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS" Then on March 15th the TPMS went, the abs the steering issue returned. Kaitlin said well snow and cold perhaps happens to her car all the time. Also it was past the 30 day warranty and I had driven the car 866 mile. Guess the 19 days which they had it to be fixed the the 120 mile driving back and fourth to them don't count. Now I am told the car needs over 5,700.00 of work and that's just parts no labor. Still not a return call. I also at my cost fixed the TPMS, and ABS $990.00 Texted the sales rep Ben, to keep him in the loop. Every detail, text has been sent and I will forward the repair quote to them also. Honestly, I own a small business and as much as it hurts me to file a complaint but STAND BY YOUR PRODUCT. I have paid to get the TPMS and ABS see attached the next quote is for the work which needs to be done. The alignment I was told was done was not, and the tires were sold to me bald but not visible, as the tread on both front tires was on the inside. I recently purchased a vehicle from this place. When initially looking at the vehicle, i was told that a power problem that I found would be resolved before taking delivery. They jury rigged the vehicle to hide the issue 3 times, then refused to fix the issue as "we tested the alternator and it's fine"; this was said by Paul the Sales Manager. Well, after 5 weeks of having a vehicle that didn't run, I replaced the alternator on my own and of course that fixed the issue. These guys are scam artists, stay away from this place. read more

I have never been somewhere where they are as lazy and unprofessional as this place. I am not someone to go out of my way just to write a bad review about a place. I understand things happen and people have bad days, but , I have brought my car into the service center over a dozen times to fix two things on my car. The overheating problem, and having issues with it starting. When I first came in with my problem, BRIAN, the man working on my car asked me what's the issue and while trying to explain it to him he interrupted me and took my keys and "dealt" with the issue. I will have my car towed in multiple times a month/ week just to have it given back to me to not start again. At this point I'm just wasting my time. And if you think talking to the general manager will help you are wrong... instead she'll tell you to take your car somewhere else, EVEN THOUGH I have bought my car here and it's under warranty through them.... meanwhile I'm still paying off a car (I owe more than what the things worth mind you) that won't even run for more than a couple of days, if that if I'm lucky. The transmission was shot. They would not help us at all. We fought with them for weeks. We were as poor as poor could get with 2 small kids and had saved up for a long time for a down payment. We went to the BBB and they got them to replace the transmission..but they added 2600 to the end of our loan. Then they would laugh at us when we brought our payments in. Over the last several months, I have been considering my options as far as whether I purchase a newer used vehicle than my 1998 Lexus. I began to look at vehicles in October visiting Auto Wholesalers at that time. I spoke with Paul who was extremely helpful and while speaking with him, he shared Auto Wholesalers also does mechanical repairs, etc. based on my telling him I wasn't sure if I was buying or repairing. I told Paul that day in October what I was looking for in a used vehicle and what my needs were. I left Auto Wholesalers without a vehicle but with a wealth of knowledge from Paul in order to think through the two options I was mulling over, i.e. buying a vehicle or putting some cash into mine and fixing it up. After 6 weeks or so, I decided I would reach back out to Paul and see what the used vehicles options were. To my amazement, after the one meeting in October, Paul remembered everything I was looking for. You have to be a very good listener and conscientious of your customers needs to remember all that (believe me, I had more than one or two specific needs) which put my comfort level very high with Auto Wholesalers. In the end, I decided to update my 1998 Lexus however while I didn't purchase a vehicle at Auto Wholesalers, I had my work done there. Brian did a great job with all the work that was needed and there was quite a bit - struts, shocks, breaks. Plus the car needed some rust to be removed and while they don't actually do the body repair right there, they sent it out to the body shop they deal with who also did a fine job! Brian was excellent to deal with as well. I spoke to him personally a couple of times and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly which put me at ease. The car looked like new when I picked it up and runs like a charm. The noises I was hearing prior to bringing the car in are now gone and the car looks like I just purchased it. My daughter bought her car from Auto Wholesalers a little over a year ago. It drove like a dream for the first 10 months. That's when it started to over heat. We took it back to have it looked at. Brian, the service manager, blew my daughter off and "fixed" the problem. Since then her car has continued to over heat and they continue to screw us around. The car has been towed in more times than she has been able to drive it. Last week it was in the shop again. She was told it was the fuel pump. She picked it up and the next day it wouldn't start. She had it towed in again this week...this time they said it was an ignition coil. She picked it up and within 10 minutes it was misfiring and the engine light was on. I spoke with the GM, Katelyn, who was incredibly rude and didn't want to listen to what I had to say. She told me to take the car somewhere else, so I did. What was found was that the antifreeze is traveling through the engine leaving the radiator bone dry. The engine coil that was just replaced was junk, and the spark plugs had gotten so hot they were blue and started to melt. This continued over heating has caused the head gasket to crack (but Brian said there was nothing wrong with it) I called last night to ask about the warranty but Brian refused to take my call. I talked to Katelyn again today, her response was "what do you want us to do?" So long story short, just stay away. The service department is an absolute joke and rude as can be. read more

This was awhile ago, but it has been bothering me for a long time so I want to share my story. I Bought a Volkswagon Scirocco there. I Made the deal and was to bring a check and pick it up the next day. I got there the next day with the check and signed the paperwork. Then they brought me out to the car. ALL of the Emblems and badges were gone. The factory antenna was stolen off the roof, The Top of the line Alpine Radio was gone. It was only at that time after I signed the paperwork they claimed there was a theft the night before and that car got hi but they would "Make it right". They signed a pc of paper saying it would be replaced in kind, so after buying a new car I Left the dealership with nothing. It took 3 weeks and I got a call the car was ready to pick up. Was super excited. I got there and to my horror, their shop cut the factory antenna mount off the roof. Bondoed it all in. Then drilled a cheap tall antenna on the passenger front fender near the hood and they installed an AC Delco AM/FM Radio and cheap speakers. NO CD Player and no top of the line speakers that were there. NONE of the emblems or badges were replaced and they told me "It is what it is". When you think of a Complete rip off Used Car dealership simply trying to pull off a sham, Auto Wholesalers is the absolute definition of it. I had to actually get a Lawyer involved. if you do buy a car there, I would highly urge you to get a Lawyer up front, because they are all about ripping off their customers. I would never ever go there again. I can also guarantee they got an insurance pay-out off the "Supposed" Theft the night before , then they sold the stereo and speakers or installed in another car, then made me the recipient of their Grand Slam win. They looked at my trade in and said it was not safe to drive home and made me feel scared to not buy a car. So I did. The sales man was pushy and a slim ball hitting on me the whole time. I'm sure he does this with all female customers. A few months later when I went to get it inspected my 2007 ford edge needed 1500 dollars worth of work done. November of 2014. My 86 year old father who is also a veteran which he displays proudly entered into a deal with a sales person at Auto Wholesalers. We looked at the truck took it for a ride and then asked these questions. Has rust been taken care of before on this car? Salesman told my father truck is original, couldn't visually see any. Does the AC work? Salesman said yes, turned it on and of course it was cool it was November. Is there any underbody rotting? Salesman said no. There was a compartment that wouldn't open they said they'd fix it, THEY DIDNT. The truck to an average person looked to be in great shape with high mileage but it was a second vehicle. They wanted 7200, my dad got them down to 6000 with new tires. In December the transmission lights went. I went back with my dad to talk to them. Low and behold the salesman didnt work their anymore. Basically a mechanic told my father to hit the dash and it would go on, really? We asked about the compartment that wouldn't open and they said it was cost more money to fix. The sales agreement said they would fix it without mention of additional cost. My father drove away feeling a little shamed but I was BS. By the end of February early March all the spots that AUto Wholesalers had sprayed green paint over rust were bubbling. Called again our response was he should have brought it back right away. The end ALL for us was in May when dad tried the AC and nothing but stagnant air came out. Knowing we werent going to get anywhere with Auto Wholesalers we took it to our own mechanic who revealed to us that the AC wasnt even connected to work and was missing some important components even to get the fan to rotate. I called them back and I told them I had had enought of this, I finally spoke to someone after leaving messages who said he was the owner but who knows. I told him everything we had been through and asked him how he could sell an elderly veteran such an overpriced piece of crap and sleep at night ? He told me he personally didnt sell him the truck(what a joke) good way to stand by your product and employees and he continued to tell me how that employee didnt work there anymore. WHO CARES, The Owner then asked me what i wanted from him. I told him i wanted atleast 3 grand on the truck back or an even trade for a better vehicle. His response was "if your father had come back earlier we could have done something." ARE YOU LISTENING!!! He did and they did nothing for him from the moment he stepped onto that dealership. I end this rant by saying that in this month of October 2015 my father brought his truck to the mechanic to find his gas line leaking, his underbody so badly rusted, rust coming through cabin floor and the 4 wheel drive has never worked that if he had to have it pass inspetion it wouldnt. He bought this almost 1 year ago. This truck has under a year to live without thousands of dollars of work. This dealership took advantage of my father and I dont want them to do this to anyone you love who is considering purchasing any type of vehicle from them. So folks who are looking to buy a vehicle from a reputable dealer avoid this place at all cost.. If they are low enough to take advantage of an elderly, veteran of the US Air Force and National Guard as well as(recently widowed) which the salesman knew because my father expressed it to him then they will have no problem selling you the next lemon on the lot. NOTHING BUT OVER PRICED AND JUNK VEHICLES. Giving Auto Wholesalers of Hooksett even one star is pushing it. I traded in my 2000 Toyota Camry for a 2007 Ford fusion. That honestly was the worst mistake of my life. For starters, when I bought the car all I knew was that it needed brakes, and from the sound of it I new I needed them done, front and rear rotors and pads were done within the first week of my "wonderful" purchase. Then my coolant started leaking, come to find out it was the water pump. After buying coolant every other day or so. Within two weeks I took care of that problem. By the third week My car starts to overheat every lets say 4-5 miles. If I have to pay over $200.00 a month id rather be paying for a car that does not have these problems. I decided to bring the car back to auto wholesalers and try and figure out a better option. Knowing any day my engine could go I needed to get rid of the car ASAP seeing as I still owed a little under $2,000 on the car. So after bringing it back to them there only option was to put me in two vehicles that are way over priced, for their year, make, model and mileage. even though in their minds "they were helping me out big time, and i should be very thankful for them." I purchased a 2005 Cadillac CTS-V from these people. The car is in overall great shape however 2 days after owning it I emailed and called about a clank every time I shift from 1st to 2nd gear. After an entire week they agreed to look and repair the problem. I showed up at 7:50pm they closed at 8 funny they ran and shut all the lights off. I had my wife who was following me run and bang on the door, the sales guy Jim came out and he seen the car sitting there in reverse running with my foot off the clutch and not moving, so needless to say they knew there was a problem. The next day they called said its all set and drained the transmission fluid. This is where it gets good... I picked it up and left and started to smell transmission fluid hmm wonder why, figured it was spilled on the hot parts so I let it go for a few days. So after that I started to notice spots of fluid on the ground so I called and wanted to discuss the issue. Paul the service mgr was meeting me that Saturday, well the Friday before I got a call from a female there saying he won't be in till 2pm and didn't want me to show up and be upset, good right!! So Saturday is here its 1pm I call to verify he will be there for 2pm, I get told John Kelly the owner of this scam dealership does not want me at the dealership at all and refused to fix the problem, so if I didn't call I would have gone there for nothing!! Nice huh the things they do... The next day at 1140am I missed a call from the dealership, so I called back to speak to Paul as I assumed it was him that called of course they didn't leave a message, no response no call back nothing.. I called Monday and asked for Paul he came on the phone and I asked what was the reason for the call, he declined he called; whatever no big deal so we talked he said the same thing John said that we won't service the car. So at this point I'm worried about the transmission so I brought it to my mechanic to have it looked at, these guys left the drain plug hand tight so it would leak the fluid nice huh great guys there.. I also found out that it was never a problem with the transmission at all and if their people had half a brain they would have know this and seen it was the bushing in the differential. So the car still isn't fixed and I have a complaint filed with BBB and the attorney generals office and have let me lawyer know what's going on as well. Also just to make others aware of the lies of there so called inspections and going through the cars here, I replaced my air filter and found 3-4 hand full of leafs, butts, and plastic in there I guess they missed that huh.. They left a life positive bare line from an amp in the trunk near metal, the GPS wire was disconnected on the radio, and they just don't care and don't look at anything on their cars DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! There A+ BBB rating don't mean anything do your research I didn't and just wanted this car bad as I waited 3 years for it and that won't EVER happen again! read more
