I went with this business due to the high reviews. But am now regretting it. I had transmission work done for little over $4000 in March 2024. (Yes I am now finding out that was way over priced). First red flag was when I did not hear back from the garage of when my work was to be finished. My car was there for 1 week and over a weekend. I had to call them to follow up and when I did come to pick up my car, my car was not right. Hard to explain. But the side panel on the driver side window was pulled away from the frame and cracks on my leather dashboard, and heat blowing on full blast and grime on my leather seats. When I asked the owner about this, he discounted my claims said he didn't notice anything unusual. Although he said he would make it right but laughed and said he didn't notice anything. Now fast forward 6 months and barely 2000 miles later, my transmission is still leaking. When I called to ask about the warranty, the owner said 1 year. And then he asked what did I do. Is he placing the blame on me? We rarely drive this car and it is garaged. I made an appointment for them to reassess but I am weary. Do I want to take it back to this business? I guess I have to because it is still under warranty and not to mention the $4k I paid. read more

I appreciate this company for helping me out with my vehicle. Sam was the one that took care of me and let me tell you some truth. I was kind of skeptical about getting my car fixed there cause I've never been to auto world. Long story short. I went in and thought I probably needed a few things fixed which would have been almost $2,000. But Sam said, "Let's fix the EVAP fuel system first and go from there.
