DO NOT GO TO AUTO WRENCH 2.0!!!! Brought my minivan here for an alignment. When I left the shop the van still pulls to right like it originally did. I honestly don't think they know what they're doing as far as alignment goes. Upon returning home I had to wash the van because of all the greasy hand prints all over the place. But what pisses me off the most is the grease all in my carpet from mechanis boots. They tryed to hide it too by driving my vehicle with the floor Matt removed and then when the mechanic was done driving around my vehicle he put the floor Matt rite over the gresy boot prints. Unfortunately, I was going to write a stellar review of this place. In 2019 and 2020, I brought my truck, cars, and motorhome in for oil changes and checkups and minor repairs. Very quick service and reasonable price. In 2020. I was told I needed an entire new transmission, estimate was one week. Three weeks later, I got it back but 2 days later had to return to get it replaced with a good one. Turnaround was long and communication was non-existent. I had to continually call them to find out when it was going to be done. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, in 2021, I brought my truck in again for some installation work with an estimate of 2 weeks. He couldn't give me a cost estimate and I should have not left it. No phone calls from them, but I called over 20 times, left messages with receptionist and voicemail but never got a single return call. Finally got the truck back 3 weeks later and the interior was filled with a layer of dust/sand - they obviously left it outside with the doors/windows open the entire time! There's more issues with this last visit, but I just won't get into them. Over the past year, communication and customer service from Auto Wrench has been dismal at best. It's really sad because I thought we had a good thing going. Not communicating, not being able to provide cost estimates and finally receiving shoddy work got me thinking version 2.0 needs an upgrade to version 3.0! read more

Unfortunately this is an update to my review based on last service done. I was having problems with my rear AC of my truck and authorized Michael and his crew to take apart the center console. Long story short there was a connector unplugged. I paid 330 and some change for the labor to do this. I understand they diagnosed and labor costs and get that. However, paying that amount and not testing the actual function of the rear AC when that along with the switch was not working and what I brought the truck in for doesn't sit too well with me. When I went to take it home while still in their parking lot, I tested it and switch did now work but nothing was coming out of the rear vents.Michael came out and looked at it and told me he didn't test the function, only the switch. I had specifically brought in my vehicle to have the rear AC and switch fixed. He said he would do some research and get back to me. 1 week later nothing but followed up and was told they were still trying to come up with a solution and we're waiting for a manual from Toyota. 2 weeks later nothing. Left a message, no call back. 3 weeks now and no call back. I spent close to 4-5k over the years on service on this truck, be it most was aftermarket stuff I "upgraded" for off-roading and things I could not do based on my experience level or lack of time. In my previous 5 star review, I first spent 1500 in which they replaced the rear AC components and recharged the entire system. That was 2 years ago and I've been back over the years because I valued their customer service and actual follow through. I expected better follow up and at least a call back considering I've been a repeat customer. To be honest, I felt like I got taken for the last 330 dollars I spent since the rear AC is not still working since the day I picked it up. I had to update based on my latest experience and lack of any call back or follow up. read more

I took my car in for a simple diagnostic test on a Thursday and did not get it back for two weeks and six days. I never received return phone calls about my car, and when Mike did pick up the phone, he always spoke to me in a condescending tone. I went in twice to pick up my car, but the owner, Mike, said he couldn't give me the car because he had taken it apart, which I never authorized. When I did finally receive my car, it was completely dusty, and had cobwebs on it, which tells me it hadn't even been looked at. And no I was not charged the $68.00. read more

I should have read the reviews before coming here and it is a very terrible lesson to learn. I took my car in to have a very expensive repair done. After the repair was done, my car made sounds and under warranty they should inspect it. They did NOT inspect my vehicle and left me in the dark about it for 3 days! I demanded my vehicle back and immediately took my vehicle to Brakemaster shop and they troubleshot and found the issue in less 15 minutes. Autowrench screwed up the installation of my repair and I had to pay over $200 more for another shop to fix their screw up cause they can't or won't do it although they are under warranty to do it. DO NOT take your vehicle to this shop unless you want to be ripped off!! They are liars and cheats. Trust the negative reviews that have detail accounts of what happen instead of positive review with little details. I hope this saves someone from the nightmare I been through. Update: I been contacted by so call owner on here and you can see his comment. Instead of isolating the 3 days of no contact and Brakemaster fixing the problem they caused in less than 1 1/2 hour, this "Dirty" owner focus on screen name and credibilty smearing. This place lied to me about the work being done did not do all the work and my Incurance cover all the work that needed to be done. They told me that I needed to pay out of pocket an additional 2500 for the same work that my insurance company already paid for. I would not recommend this company to anyone and on top of all of it they kept my car for 7 months. The customer service here is very bad and they refuse to give me any copies of any receipts for the work. Worst auto repair place I've gone too!!!!!. Took my jeep just to put the front led lights. And my brake lights we're not working when i picked it up. I took it back again to get it fixed and second time my jeep had another issue, and it was a total of 5 times i took my jeep to get it fixed and nothing was ever fixed and got overcharged, never put original parts back on my jeep either. they never follow up with you. And it's been almost 3 months they haven't been able to fix anything from my jeep. And always making excuses for everything!!!!! Totally scam place. Scammed my partner and I out of nearly $4,000. Took our vehicle to auto wrench 2.0 in January 2022 because of a check engine light being on, after dropping the car off the business took 2-3 months for a diagnostic alone. They were not communicating leaving us to constantly call only to not have an answer as to what the issue was because " they couldn't figure it out ", they had no answer every time we called, they never returned our calls as they stated they would, no line of communication. We even began to think they were doing shady business due to the fact that they had the car for months and we still had no answer as to what was going on with it or if work had even been started. Finally, the car was ready for pickup in March 2022 we went to pick the car up and paid $400+ and left with the car, an hour after leaving the business on the way home the head gasket blew on the car after they " fixed " the issues and the light was temporarily off. My partner immediately notified the business via cellphone and told the answering employee that the car was smoking and it was mentioned to the them that it was thought that the head gasket blew we were instructed to bring the car back so we paid $80 for a tow back to auto wrench 2.0. My partner was told it was not the head gasket, instead Mike said it was a blown hose. We left the car again to be fixed after having it for only an hour after they had it from January to March. They did not call and inform us on work that needed to be done aside from the head gasket that he confirmed was blown during the one and only phone call. During that one phone call within the 2-3 weeks they had to vehicle the SECOND time, the price mentioned on the phone was $2,700 for the gasket which we were expecting to pay, but upon arriving after being notified the car was ready the second time, he told us he went ahead and added new things to the car ( again we were never informed about the extra pieces , work being done besides the head gasket, etc. we continuously informed Mike we wanted to know what was going on when they had any information on the car at all times, of course they never communicated or had answers)The amount was changed to $3,100+ when we pick the vehicle up, it wasn't the price he originally said it would be, it was an amount much over which we were forced to pay even though we weren't informed and had no say so in what he decided to do to raise the amount. 30 minutes after leaving the SECOND TIME the check engine light was back on , we called immediately obviously frustrated, Mike told us to drive the car and put miles on it and the check engine would go off once the car was used to " the new organs that were put in" and if it didn't go off to bring it back in, after paying $500 the first time just for it to blow up an hour later, $3,100+ the second time just for the check engine light to be back on and for the OB2 scanner to read the exact codes it read prior to taking it to auto wrench in January in just 30 MINUTES of leaving the auto wrench parking lot, the light never went off and we never returned understandably!!! It is now September 2022 and the check engine light was still on and the car began to worsen up until today. Today, 09/16/22 we went to MARIPOSA AUTO for a diagnostic where they went ahead and fixed the issue along with the diagnostic, since leaving MARIPOSA AUTO the check engine has been off and everything is running normal for the price of $100 versus the nearly $4,000 we spent to still receive a broken down car from auto wrench 2.0 !!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!! They got paid to do a job they never did and or did very very very poorly and we are still paying the debts and suffering. They got paid for doing absolutely nothing. Our check engine light was on from January - September after being worked on and kept at the shop TWICE for a total of 4 months all together!!!!!!!!!
